Hello everyone. I just downloaded Zoom to my desktop. Question: how do I generate a shortcut on my Bar area at the bottom of the screen.

I want to to fully test my internet speed, audio and video before i schedule an important meeting to make sure everything works. can someone please zoom with me or add me to a meeting to make sure everything works?

The channel order in my left sidebar depends on the least active channel.  Is there a possibility, to order it alphabetically?

Hi everyone, apreciate your help I´ll make it short: I have deleted all my recordings to get space for new sessions. but still ZOOM don´t let me record new stuff on my cloud. I´ve done all steps they asked for but still nothing. I don´t give credit for that.

HiI want to know is there any features available in zoom that we can set participants in meeting by their mail id and mail should go to their mail of participants after schedule a meeting or update or cancel without manual send should go automatically.  

 I have 2 problems:  1. Whenever I send a message through a private channel, it will show on my end as 'Message not sent' but on my colleague's side it shows  2. I do not receive any chat from the channel but private chats are fine  What I've done:  1. Left the channel and was readded  2. Deleting Zoom and reinstalling  Any suggestions do help, please

Every time I start Zoom, a prompt which says "Zoom Quit Unexpectedly" appears. I can login after closing this prompt, but whenever I end Zoom and start again, it will still pop up. Please help!

Is anyone else seeing this?  We've been sending images and screenshots to each other for years and yesterday that functionality seemed to break. We're on day two of the outage and completely crippled. Symptoms:-When pasting an image, .TXT file, or screenshot Zoom spins like it's uploading for a minute or two and errors out.-Even when trying to send myself an image in Zoom, on my cell phone, using my public carrier, Zoom spins and eventually fails.-Inside the firewall or outside makes no difference.-Everyone is in the same group and IM group. We can still chat each other with text-based messages though.

Bom dia!Estou com problemas na internet quando estou fazendo uma reunião zoom, meu link de internet fica muito lenta deixando outros computadores sem internet, esse erro iniciou no final do mes de novembro de 2022. Preciso saber se ouve atulização client zoom meeting, e por isso esta causando muita lentidao na internet. 

Estou com dúvidas sobre como preencher o Ticket para o Suporte Técnico. O que colocar no campo "sujeito" e "produtos". Não consigo iniciar uma reunião agendada. Quando clico sou direcionada para uma tela de compra.

I will have 50 or so students participating in a Zoom discussion. They are from various countries and organizations - I do not have their contact details. After the live session is over, I want to invite the students to continue discussion asynchronously in Zoom Teams Chat. How do I invite them in to Zoom Teams Chat? Were this Slack, Discord etc, I could send the students a link or QR code....

pls how can I set up bible on my zoom so that when the sermon is being read, the verses can be displayed on the screen. pls does anyone know how I can do this.?

I switched from a windows PC to a mac, and I was wondering if there was any way I could have the app icon in the dock display the number of unread messages like it does on a windows (or like how iMessages displays the number of unread messages). Otherwise, the Zoom icon only bounces once when I receive a message, and if I don't see it, I don't know that I've gotten a message. Thanks!

Hi is there any way to retrieve a chat that’s being sent by my boss to me. I had a zoom meeting with him and I suddenly got logged out I couldn’t anymore see his message to me and that was really important. if you can help me that would be great. Thank you

For some reason I can not zoom chat on this computer.  I can every where else in the building but not on this computer 

Is there an easy way to add multiple users to a Chat Channel without entering each name one at a time?

As you can see from the file, the video is like that: a green screen😨, what's going on??I have reinstalled  Zoom app several times, but nothing changes.The PC camera is ok, then what??For instance in Microsoft Teams it works perfectly...Help!!@Florence77 

This is probably really simple, but it's Monday, and I am having mental fog.I have an onsite meeting with 6 people scheduled at a hotel during a conference.  I have one person that needs to join this meeting via Zoom because he will not be at the live meeting. Does the leader of the group just have to have her laptop and I set up a Zoom just to invite the one person?  Will the rest of the 5 people be able to hear the person that will be joining via Zoom and will the Zoom person be able to hear the rest of the group? Thank you
