I’m a piano teacher and teach online.  Recently I have not been able to hear the piano when my students play.  I can hear them talk but the piano does not come through.  Please advise…

good morning, I don't succeed in sharing the links in a second moment. If I plan a meeting for tomorrow, when I go into the meeting it tells tomorrow it will tell me  NOT VALID.

I am tired of trying to host a meeting on the website. My students are not getting proper education because they can’t get onto a meeting with me.  We have to do something about this.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Good day! I quite like the fact that I can share my computer audio without necessarily sharing my screen. It would be great if this functionality could somehow be de-linked from the regular screen share!? I just facilitated a workshop whereby one host was was sharing a PowerPoint and the other host wanted to share a 15 second jingle but could not do that without first having to kick the other host out!?

I had a meeting on Zoom last night and took pictures of the questions that came into the chat box via screen shots; now I am unable to find those screen shots. Any clues on where to look for them? For reference ~ I have a MacBook Pro, version 12.6~ I used command + T for the screenshots and cannot find these screenshots~ Screen shots obtained using command + shift + 4 showed up on my desktop TIA ~ jjsimpson

I use and external speaker with my laptop, but need to add another speaker.  The speakers work fine until I open a zoom meeting than only one speaker will work.  How can I add an additional speaker?

I received an e-mail this morning from 'ZoomInfo'    addressed to an unknown person on my domain.  (I receive 'catch all') .  I suspect it is fake/spam.  Can I forward it to somebody to verify?

I have been teaching classes using Zoom with no problem. I helped a friend set her Zoom up and she made me a co host of her meet. When I next logged in to teach my Zoom set up was different. My camera is backward and I have to change it every time. My share screen got changed so it's more clunky than before. Is it because of her Zoom and making me co host?

Hi Support Team/ CommunityI have a user using Zoom and when she updates the time on the WebPortal it does not reflect the changes in her Zoom App in Outlook? I can't get any of my contacts to import from Outlook.  The Zoom Personal Contacts gives me the following... X  Sorry, we cannot recognize the CSV format. I have tried several different versions of Comma Seperated Value file and nothing.

Not supported since the last Zoom update. Have contacted Zoom support but although the new chat experience appears to be enabled, my participants cannot send to me 

I am struggling to put on Closed captioning for the zoom class that I am in ... I have already tried clicking on the zoom tab and did not see anything. I clicked on the "more" tab and there was only an option that said "stop incoming video"... I even went to settings and clicked for "manual captions"... "automated captions" and "save captions" and I still don't have closed captioning. Would anyone be able to help with this?Thanks

How do you find a peers's Gmail if you don't think you remember it what would you do to find it.

Hello! Since last week, my teams have been in zoom meetings where the chats that come through during the meeting can be seen via the notification pop-up, but when you click into the chat modal itself, they disappear. Also, when going into breakout rooms, we cannot see any of the saved chat. Is this happening to anyone else /  are there any other known solutions?
