Is there a way where we can trigger a predefined template when we start a conversation with any person or team. When a Support team member pings a person, it should throw a template " I am XXXX from XXXX team " and that XXXX team is critical need to be highlighted as "Critical Response team" .Is this possible?

The new user interface hides the most important part.  Logging in and setting up meetings!  One day I found it under Preferences.  Today I found it under Settings.  I should have to click more than once to open up this feature.  Please make it obvious!  Thanks!

I do not have time to click person by person during a discussion meeting.Most times their suggestions come to me (the host) via the chat and I do not want others to see their inputs.Now, I have to click name by name to check their inputs. Ridiculous when I have almost 100 people in the meeting.I need to be able to read all incoming messages quickly at a glance as we are discussing stuff.Please allow us to choose if we want to see all messages at a glance instead of having to click user by user!

My colleagues and I commonly need to share files, we do so via the team chat.  These files are commonly .apk files.  When I use my phone to try and download the file, the file just downloads into the app.  The app notifies me saying download complete but when I press on it, it just launches the app.  I am wondering how I can actually download the file directly onto my device so I may use the .apk

Dear Zoom Support,I recently subscribed to the the Workplace Pro+ Phone plan at $21.99/month. The subscription was activated successfully, but when I logged in again after about five days, I noticed that my subscription had been cancelled.This is confusing because the payment of $21.99 has already been deducted from my account. I was not informed of any additional charges or dues before the cancellation.I made the full payment, and I also received the invoice for this transaction. The invoice clearly showed that everything was settled, and there were no extra charges.However, I was surprised to receive another email from Zoom stating that I still owe $2.93. This is very confusing because my initial payment and invoice did not indicate any pending amount.I kindly request clarification on the following:Why am I being asked to pay an additional $2.93 when my invoice already confirmed the full payment of $21.99?If there are any hidden charges, why were they not mentioned in the original in

There are 20 people in my organization - I have one-on-one chat threads with everyone, plus a whole bunch of topic-based group threads.  When I look at my sidebar/dashboard, I see the little red circle in every chat with individuals and groups except for one person - I think she's ignoring me but when I click on her name to see the chat, she has replied but I didn't get the notification. I can't find a setting that would control that. Advice? Could it be a setting on her end?

How can I contact Zoom Support to get ‘Meeting chat - Private group messages’ added to my ‘In Meeting - Basic’ settings?

As a participant it's always been possible to save the chat in a Zoom meeting. I've upgraded to Zoom Workplace and I can't seem to find the option for saving the chat. Has this function been taken away? 

I have Basic Zoom versionn 6.5.11 running on an Adroid phone, Samsung Galaxy S25+ (recent model).  On this phone, Gallery view does no work properly.  On any of my Windows computers I see a matrix of rectangular views of the correct aspect ratio. My view of myself is is the same as all the others, included in the matrix.  On my phone, the views of other participants are all perfect squares no matter how I orient the phone, and my view of myself (the speaker?) us a small thumbnail.  I can't find a setting that will make my phone go into the normal matrix gallery view.  The only control I have on the phone of my views is swiping left.  The last swipe left brings up the fake gallery view described above. The correct gallery view used to work for me on an older Samsung phone, probably with an older Zoom version.  As I recall, there was a view control on the upper right corner that included the matrix of dots (the gallery) that you see on a computer.&

i purchase zoom pro for 1 month and it was finished and cant access my previous recording, cant repurchase againany way to access my previous record, it is so expensive to pay 17 dollar to just access cloud for 2 days

Zoom wants me to update the desktop up. But I can't get past the sign in screen to do that.  It says I have error code 4.

I know there are a lot of questions about chat history, so apologies for adding yet another! However, I haven't found a scenario equivalent to mine, so I'm hoping someone can help. Around an hour ago I ended a meeting but then realised I'd forgotten to manually save the meeting chat. Not to worry, I thought, I've set the chat to save automatically: "Viewers can see the chat" was switched on in Account Settings. However, when I try to access the chat history (Account Management > Reports > User activity reports), I find no chat history. What am I missing? 1. Can I retrieve the chat from this morning's meeting?2. If not, what else needs to be set for chats to save automatically? My Zoom app was on v6.4.12 during the meeting, although it's just flagged it wants to update to v 6.5.9. Many thanks 

The Block Contact option seems highly inappropriate in a corporate environment.  I would like to disable it across the entire account. Senior Executives have requested a report of how many (& who) have used the Block Contact option, is there a way to generate this type of report?

I added the Zoom doc tab to one of my customer's chats.However, after deleting the Zoom doc, I can’t remove the tab or make any changes to it.I’d like to delete the tab from the chat. Is there any solution?

Does Zoom offer Chat Statistics ?  I am inquiring  if there is a way to concisely view the following chat metrics:High Priority-how many messages were sent, and by whom-how many times a person was @ in the chat/channel-how many times a mention group was @ in chat/channelLow Priority: -who interacted with messages (sorted into emoji & reply)-view number of daily/lifetime clicks of chat resources and by whom-added & removed list of members time stamped

We use the zoom call as our main number for work. I had to block someone today. Our parent company is the one who sends us the zoom invites and they record our calls and such. Ar they able to see if I have blocked numbers. I am on a desktop with the newest version of zoom

I want to share a Screenshot of my PC, which unfortunately I am not able or allowed to upload to you. Now the main reason for my Screenshot uploading was to reveal you the annoying continues popping of message chat box during live session on zoom whenever someone comments.I am a Professional Engineer, and it hurts me to tell you that in such advanced time zoom is unable to provide any option/feature for minimizing the chat box that constantly pops up every single time someone comments, its so unacceptable.It hinders the focus during live sessions, especially if there is some reading material shared by the host and the host which most of the time doesn't reads it makes it difficult to accept that zoom is a friendly user App.Its a Kind request to due address it ASAP, as I found my precious time to be utilized addressing a single simple annoying feature.Thank you.Engr. Zoom started putting a time/date stamp in the chat box at the end of meetings.  This takes a lot of screen space and is completely unnecessary.How do I turn off this feature? Thanks! gigi

Hey there! I am trying to work on a solution where (using Zoom workflows) send an email to a shared mailbox by reacting to a message someone posts in a channel. Ultimately, if someone posts something requiring IT support, I would like to react with a specific emoji (which wouldn't be used by others) to send an email through Outlook to a shared mailbox with the IT team. I got through the workflow, but I see that the only email sending capability is with GMAIL. Is there any prospect of leveraging Outlook? Or can I do this if I integrated my Outlook with Zoom mail?

I was wondering if the ability to customize the zoom notification sound is something that has been implemented yet, as I saw this question asked back in 2022 but it's 3 years later. Has it ever become a thing?
