I would like to get a refund I didn't want another month I don't need it anymore I've already cancelled the subscription but I got charged anyway.

I have reviewed your account and can see that you cancelled your subscription after your monthly renewal had already been processed. Please note that when you cancel a subscription, the cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle and you can still use your paid plan(s) until the end of your service period. You will no longer be billed in the future.
