Hi Community
I received an email about the payment for our account, it was indicated that it was 06/11/2023 which being received in the UK read 6th November 2023. I did not follow up the email, as this was well in advance of the due date.
The annual payment was taken from our bank account and being a little curious, I have realised that the email I received was a due date of 11th June 2023 (American format)
I am finding it extremely frustrating that I cannot contact anyone to discuss this situation.
We are a small charity and as we do not use the account, it needs to be cancelled, and we would appreciate a refund of the payments, however it is so difficult to contact a team member that can help.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
