Merhaba, zoom üyeliğimi ücretsiz üyelikten bir üst segmente yükselttim ve bu esnada aylık faturalandırmayı seçtim. Fakat yine de 129 Euro olarak ücret hesabıma yansıdı bu durum da bana gerçekçi gelmedi. Bu sebeple kuşku duyduğum için iletişime geçmek istedim. Aylık faturalandırma seçmeme rağmen yıllık ödeme mi alındı benden?
