Keep geting charged despite changing the payment method
Hello to all,
I lent my credit cart to mi gf for the Premium Zoom Account for a while. A few months ago she changed the payment card to her own.
Today I realized that I'm still being charged for the account.
I know that I can cancell Zoom payment trough my bank, but I need a refund for all the months that I was being charged.
I would much appreciate any guidance on the subject.
