Yo cancelaba la cuenta de zoom hace 3 años mensualmente, pero este año 2024 decide cancelarla anualmente. Sin embargo me siguen descontando los pagos mensuales, lo cual indica que pago DOBLE. ¿Como hago para cancelar esa inscripción mensual que tenía hace 3 años y que me reembolsen lo que me han cobrado? Gracias

I have canceled my monthly subscription beginning of April. I also received a confirmation email.But Zoom continues to charge me monthly.What can I do?

I want to give you money!  But not $160 per year. I know so many people that want a "family" plan, willing to pay to avoid the 40 minute free limit.  We don't need 100 people 30 hour Pro meetings.    Why not offer something for like 10 people,  for 4-5 hours, $49??

A colleague left the company and I (the admin of all accounts of our company) have to change the account of the former employee for a new employee .I have made the change for the former colleague and she has confirmed the changelink email from Zoom! Nevertheless, the access for the new employee is not working! Why? Can somebody pls. help me...Zoom Support (chatbot) does not understand my request and my problem. So it can not be solved...

Hello everyone,I'm reaching out to share a frustrating experience with Zoom in the hope that someone might have advice or that Zoom will finally take notice.Several months ago, we mistakenly purchased an annual Zoom webinar license for 10,000 participants, thinking we were only committing to one month. The cost is nearly CAD 10,000 per month. Realizing our mistake almost immediately, we contacted Zoom customer support to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, our requests for a refund have been consistently denied. Instead, Zoom insists we must pay for at least six months of this incredibly expensive subscription.Despite our efforts, including exchanging numerous emails and even involving our credit card company to block further charges, Zoom managed to withdraw another CAD 10,000 last month under a different name. This message is for representatives of Customer service and quality control of ZOOM!I am extremely dissatisfied with what you guys are doing. We work with a big number of companies and I will never advise service that you provide and will be asking them not to work with people that are not professional and not client oriented. My message to your Trust and Safety team has been ignored 3 times, the only thing that they did is kept sending me same samples that they have without even understanding why I am trying to reach out to them and not trying to help me. I think that it’s a big shame having such resources and popularity in the market and providing such a poor service.

Hi everyone! please help me return my pro subscription! Does anybody know what I can do?II have payed pro but still don't have an access pro. I used to try everything, Sign out, exit Zoom, and sign back inIt doesn't work for me. I have an email from zoom that payment was processed and invoice pdf 

We hosted a speaker on Zoom this past Sunday and one of our attendees reached out afterward to let me know that when she initially tried to join the meeting there was a long delay and then she was asked to provide her credit card information (as if she were rerouted) in order to join the session (which we don't charge for). She did provide her credit card information and was billed $1.85 and the next day was charged $36 (and change). Her bank caught it and she closed her card. The vendor on the statement is EOFT-XYZ. It is very concerning to think our attendees could be scammed through a legitimate link we provide! I did an internet search for the vendor and nothing came up but I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Hi Team, I need advice on creating multiple vanity URLs for a single account. We need a specific URL for meetings with government officials due to legal reasons, while regular meetings will use main company vanity URL. Only a few people create such kind of meetings, and only those specific accounts require the vanity URL. Do you have any suggestions on how to implement this without purchasing a separate account?

I am trying to log into my account, but it asks for the verification code to be entered, but the email either comes 10+ minutes later or not at all. By then the code has expired and is no longer valid. And so the cycle continues. I can't log in to change this either so have no way of accessing my account.  It is NOT in Spam, Important or All Mail. I have already checked all of them multiple times in the 10 minutes.  I am using Gmail to access my emails.

My Zoom account requires a meeting passcode for users to join my meetings. Recently Zoom changed my passcode without notifying me. Is there anyway to prevent them from changing my passcode in the future?

I have a Zoom Workplace Pro account. I accidentally deleted a file that I have 30 days to recover while it's in the Trash. I can't recover it as my iCloud storage is full, and it says to either buy more storage or delete files. I've deleted multiple files and hardly have anything saved, but it still says my storage is full. Currently:  14.62 GB of 5 GB, 9.62 GB over current capacity. What can I do to recover the file without buying more iCloud storage?Really appreciate you're help!

So recently, I’ve been trying to get help regarding a 1130 to error code that I recently received. And due to the complete gross and negligent response times and outlandish lies provided by the customer support team. I have now resulted to asking for help on here now. After receiving an email from I clicked a link that was attached to it and resulted in nothing. The link was supposed to send me to my status update regarding my ticket that I submitted For this situation. But the webpage is blank, and when I log into my account, it is not there, and on top of that the chat is not allowing me to access to representatives or agents. That is completely unprofessional and unfair to a user/client that is using these services. And I still have a copy of my email so if you want me to send that I will. But for everyone that is reading this, I do have screenshots of three separate conversations with customer support representatives and how they completely lied about  error code 1132 and

I updated my PC today and discovered that the Zoom app is called Zoom Workplace. My old PC has Zoom version 5.17.11 which worked brilliantly. In the new version, when I try to check my calendar of appointments in Zoom, I get an error message "Unable to Load" and a pop up "Refresh" which does nothing when I click on it. Can someone please help me to troubleshoot this? Or, can someone please tell me if it is possible to load the older 5.17.11? Thank you

I registered for my Zoom account with my work email address. During the pandemic my work decided to set up a corporate account and consolidated my Zoom account into this. They have since cancelled the corporate account and removed me from the account. Then from my account I signed up to Zoom again for the annual subscription (are you still with me!!). However when I now try and access the account I get a message with 2 option I can either consolidate with the business account again or change my email address so I am not using my work account. I don't want to do either I have already paid for an annual account, I just want to keep my own subscription with my work email address but I cant get passed this screen.  Can anyone help, I have tried to email Zoom but they tell me to speak to the Bot who does not have an answer for this and when I tried to call Zoom apparently I am not supported and they hung up. Help please!!!

On the 3rd of May I received the confirmation that zoom account in payed. Why it is limited to a 40 minutes meeting and no webminar? What can I do as the chatbox does not help me and I cannot get to support team. is there an email or phone number? 

Hello! There is a message about the debt, but the bill has been paid (the write-off has been checked and the zoom hangs in the cabinet as paid). How do I check if everything is in order?
