I'm trying to help some coworkers create accounts but they have accidentally selected "Yes" when asked if their organization worked with students. We are not using Zoom to provide educational services to students and they are now stuck in a cycle where they also can not follow these instructions to request the educational lock lifted because they aren't able to log in in order to submit the request to lift the lock.  What should they be doing? I'm going to try to submit a request for them, but I'm not sure if that's going to work? Based on some brief research this seems to be a pretty common issue and it's difficult figuring out how to resolve it using the circular instructions that's in Zoom's help center.

I want to map a User group based on the content of an attribute. My attribute is the departement. How on earth do I cancel this thing? The Plans and Billing page is useless and I desperately want to stop gibing these scammers my money.

Does anyone know of a promo code that I can use to upgrade from Free to Pro? $15.99/month seems a little steep, so I wanted to try it out for a month or so. Annual is not an option at this time, as I am a very small business. The code would need to provide a discount for the monthly option. Thanks!

Some of our staff have personal zoom accounts and business zoom accounts. I need to know if they use both  accounts on the same computer will it link the two accounts together?

I always logged into my Zoom Account with Google Login. THe problem is, that I need to delete the account now, because it cant be added by other users for some reasons.To delete the account, I need the password. Since I logged in with the "log in with google" funtion, I do not have a password. If I click on "forgot password" nothing happens. What can I do now?Thanks.

Good afternoon! I paid for a subscription to another account by mistake. I can't use it because authorization is enabled only through Google. I have 2 questions: 1. Is it possible to transfer a subscription to another account or change the owner? 2. Is it possible to change the type of authorization from Google to a login with a password?

I am a member of an organization that has a paid Zoom account and am the Zoom tech at meetings. Last month, someone (not authorized!) contacted Zoom to have the ownership transferred to another email address. So, the president of this org does not check email every day, so the warning emails from Zoom were not read and responded to, which resulted in the ownership being transferred. When she finally checked email, the account had been transferred. She emailed me and I logged into our account and changed the owner email back. So how did someone accomplish this transfer? Did that person have to have our login password? If I change our account password, will that be enough?

Recently, I have renewed my subscription. However, the meetings are still at 40 minutes and it disturbs the smooth conduct of my classes. Ticket # BIL1531354  dated 08 Oct 2024, and nobody has responded to it. It shows my priority is low - as if I am a free and basic user. If the company can do the sales round the clock then why not round the clock customer service. At the least listen to my query. 

good morning.. I paused my zoom one Pro for 3 months which ends April 27th. How can I extend it for another 3-6 months? Is it possible?   ..thanks for any help resolving  ..it says it will resume automatically on that day.

Something has happened with our Zoom Meeting renewal that also seems to have removed our Zoom Phone licenses at the same time. Because we are being shown as only having a free/basic account I am unable to reach tech support. Any ideas on how to get this rectified. This means our entire phone system is not accessible or manageable.

Hi, I'm trying to add a new user to my account but am getting a pop up that says 'This email address cannot be added to this Zoom account'. I've not come across this before, has anyone else? Do I need to get my new user to change her email address? Many thanks!Kim16

  I submitted a request, as per the instructions, to change the Vanity URL. The URL was changed, and we updated the Alias in our SSO service, but the login still doesn’t work. Unfortunately, the SSO bypass for the super admin isn’t working either 😞 Now we are completely locked out. I can’t access my super admin account. I can’t contact support via chat because I don’t have a business-level subscription. I can’t submit a new ticket from a personal account because the auto-responder immediately declines it. Phone support is only available during the european time day (or I can’t find the contact info, since I don’t have access to my business account). All I have left is the broken SSO application and an authorized Zoom client on my Mac.I can provide any necessary documents  for my identification, could you please help me urgently restore the service?

I am looking to cleanup my enterprise account.  We have more than 23k licensed users.  I'm looking for a report or a way to compile multiple reports so that I can see which users have not logged in in more than 6 months.  Of those users, which do not have custom PMIs or cloud recordings.  If I can identify these folks, I can do a bulk import to either demote or delete their accounts to free up licenses.  Does anyone have any insight?  I do not find the reports available to us particularly useful or intuitive.

Since mid September I have been trying to resolve an account issue with no reply after posting here several times and submitting a ticket as instructed. We are a nonprofit. In order to renew using a tech soup coupon we had to cancel our account. Done and done, resubscribed, worked fine. However we needed to change the owner of the account - billing support helped with that HOWEVER instructed me to set up a new email address, different from license emails or account owner emails. Did that. Rep said they would "sync the two accounts". This has not happened. I log in with the "new" email address (who is the admin), and get a notice that I have unassigned licenses. I try to assign licenses (we purchased three) and get a message that I have exceeded the # of licenses we are allotted.  The offshoot is that I cannot, using this new email address, assign alternate hosts for our meetings. Hi-- I am beyond frustrated with Zoom.  We have Zoom Pro and Zoom Phone.  Our phones are not ringing so I tried to contact Zoom for live chat support (which I have used within the past couple of days).  Zoom's stupid bot is saying that our account does not come with live support.  I do not know why the live support is not working now, when we are clearly paying for Zoom Pro.  I have an invoice indicating that we paid for Zoom Pro for the next year.  Zoom's horrible support is paralyzing us.  We are paying for help and cannot receive it.  I do not know what I can do.  Any advice is welcome.

How do I pause my zoom pro account since I only needed to use it for 1 day but will need to use it for the remainder of the days (27 days left for my monthly plan this month) starting late November or so.Does this make sense? I paid for one month of zoom (31 days) but would like to pause it and use 28 or 27 days I paid for some time in the near future.TIA
