Hello,

I want to downgrade from zoom one pro to the free plan. I still want to use my account on the free plan.

How do I downgrade?

Instructions for cancelling your Zoom subscription can be found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203634215-Canceling-your-subscription

This will only cancel your paid subscription and will not deactivate your entire account.

This does not work for my account. When I hover the pointer over the "Cancel Plan" button, I get a red circle with a line through it. I am the owner of the account.
