Workspace Reservation

Hi, We're just about to launch Workspaces in our environment and I was wondering how you can specify who can reserve a specific hot desk? An executive in our company wants his office to be a hot desk, but only reservable by himself and another colleague (possibly one more person in the future). Is this possible? Any answers are greatly appreciated.

I am seeking assistance with the Workspace Reservation feature in Zoom. We operate a hoteling desk system and would like to implement a user-facing message during the desk reservation process. Specifically, we want to display a prompt that encourages users to remove any personal items from the desk after their use.  Additionally, if users encounter any issues during their reservation, we would like to provide clear instructions for contacting our IT department for assistance. Could you please advise on the following:Custom Messaging Options: Is there a way to customize messages that appear during the reservation process? If so, what are the steps to implement this?Notification Settings: Can we set up notifications or reminders that include this message, either through email or within the Zoom application?User Interaction: Are there features available that allow users to acknowledge they have read the message before completing their reservation? 

Pardotのフォーム経由で申し込みがあった方をZOOMに登録する際に、手順に沿って設定していたものの、「連携」タブの「構成」のボタンを押してもPardotのセグメンテーションリストを選択する画面に表示されず、連携ができません。（しばらく時間をおいても表示されません）解決策お分かりでしたらご教示いただけますでしょうか？ なお、Pardotで側でWebinar IDやpost URLは設定しているほか、以前設定した際は問題なく画面遷移したため、原因が不明です。よろしくお願いいたします。 

As an Admin in Workspaces I can Search for user reservations but the result is No Reservations found. I tried changing floors, dates, times etc, but as an Admin there should be a general overview listing of all the reservations when I search a user name. Is anyone use Workspaces at an enterprise level with high levels of success? #askingforfriend

Hello there,  I was wondering if there was a way to have it so only a select group of users would be able to reserve a specific desk. Looking through, I see there is an option to do this at the floor level but that would make it so the other desks on the same floor would not be able to be reserved by other users. Would appreciate help verifying that there isn't a way to do this (or there is)

Hello! I am almost certain this functionality exists but I can't find exactly how to do it, so maybe I'm wrong. The use case i'm trying solve is that User A is able to reserve workspaces for User B.  User B is a sales advisor and their account manager(User A) creates all their meetings etc.   As i said previously, during our demo period, i thought this was laid out as a possibility, but now trying to configure I can't figure out how and struck out on finding the instructions on my won.

For Zoom Visitor Management System, is there any supported printer list for the badge printing functions?

Hello,I been playing around with Zoom Visitor Management System for some time now at my company and we enjoy it so far but I noticed a few missing features I list below. If someone could provide some information that would much appreciate.1. How can I disable the Registration step in the visitor email? Or, more specifically, is there a way to send the invitation to a visitor already registered?2. There appears to be no method to check out a guest. This appears to be automated, and I'm not sure what time Zoom checks out the guest. Is there a method to perform this procedure manually? For example, if I have a visitor arrive between 2pm and 3pm and they depart at 2:30pm, I don't see any option in the settings to check them out at that time.I also attached a few photos for more examples. Thanks 

Despite showing as available, a seat that I am trying to reserve in WR is coming up with the following error:  Can not overbook same workspace at same time.Is anyone else experiencing this?  Thank you 

We are exploring Workspace Management but have some requirements which I am not sure will be met.  Hopefully, I am missing something.  Our organization does not use Zoom Phone and does not require users to install Zoom on personal phones.  The main requirement is that users can only check-in to a desk if they are physically in the office.  Is there some way to only allow check-in at a kiosk for those who don't want to load Zoom on their cell phone and put QR codes at desk locations for those who have Zoom on their cell phone?  Is there some better or easier way? The second requirement is to assign the schedule on behalf of right to one or two people for each team.  When you are talking about 20 teams and 4000 users that is going to be hard to manage with .csv file imports.  Has anyone figured out a better way to do this?

We use a custom workspace type "parking space" for reserving parking spaces. It works excellent.  Until the beginning of June, we used the dashboard, Workspaces to get a download of all the reservations made for that day. Something has changed now in the Workspaces dashboard: we can only see Workspace reservation of type Desk and Room. The filter on the top right Workspace Type does not have the possibility to select Custom workspace type. Is there another way to download reservation on a custom Workspace Type? We do not have the capability to make API's. Thanks

We would like to add some Fleet vehicles in Workspace Reservation. I don't want to use "desk" as the asset type but instead created a new type of Vehicle. However, when I add a new workspace as a vehicle, it doesn't give the option for a calendar and doesn't give access to all the settings. Is there a way around this?

Hi. We are using Zoom Workspaces to let users to view the availability of workspaces. We are not letting the users reserve for themselves because of bad past experiences so we are using a form with an approval proccess in another platform. We are sending the reservations via API once approved. The problem is that if the space is set to "Restrict reservations to in-person only", which is intentional, a reservation cannot be made. Can I send the space admin id through the payload so the request mimics the admin ability to reserve for others?  Is there a workaround to handle this? Thanks in advance

We are setting up Workspace reservation for the first time and encountering a problem. When I reserve a room and add an additional person, that person receives two emails and two calendar invites. They receive one email from me and a second email from Domain Admin. This is also creating two calendar events on the recipient's calendar. How do we stop the system from sending the email from Domain Admin so that recipients only receive emails from the user that added them to a reservation?

It's crucial for users to specify the Workspace Reservation ID in the form to facilitate follow-up by the assigned personnel. Furthermore, in the event of a request denial, we aim to automate the cancellation of the reservation through API integration

We would like to use Workspace Reservation on our campus as a space booking - is there a way to bulk import workspace reservations for a recurring class.  Is there a integration we can utilize with our SIS (PowerCampus)?

When a US based colleague booked a Zoom desk (Workspace Reservation) for our UK office, Zoom displayed the times for the time zone they were currently in, not GMT. There is no indication that it’s doing this. Thus when this colleague booked from LA, the  reservation was actually made for 5pm GMT, and the desk was unavailable as someone else had booked it for 10am GMT.  Does anyone know if this is a setting where the bookings can be linked to the workspace reservation's time zone or it would be a new feature? Thanks

Based on the help articles and searching the tool myself, it appears that workspace reservation is not available on the desktop application itself, is that correct?  Only the web portal and mobile app.  Is this a feature enhancement that is being considered for the future?

Hello,Q1.I wanted to know if Zoom provides any tool to reserve a whole floor through the Workspace Reservation since some departments at my organization would reserve in the future the entire floor for the Zoom rooms (8 to 10 breakout rooms per floor at my organization). Or is the any solution for this kind of reservation? Q2. I have noticed in the calendar when reserving a hot desk, the user is allow to reserve with the set of rules that were provided in the settings, but I can turn off the recurrence option for showing when reserving through the app? Furthermore, when reserving a Zoom Room, user is not able to change the day to reserve the room? Please need some guidance. Thank you! 

Hello,In Zoom Workspace, it's missing some features around date/time management for resources like:Managing a planned maintenance from/to a certain period of time for which people wouldn't be able to book desk.Only allow reservations starting/ending at a certain date/time.Allow reservation to only a certain group from a certain date/time.Display a message about why desk/area is not bookable.

Does anybody can teach me how to cinfigure Zoom Visitor Management on both Zoom web portal side and hardware side? I can not find any detail documents for this feature.I already have  a Neat Frame and a Brother printer. Thanks very much!Xiaolei  

I am having some issues with how to designate private offices on the floor map for our office. When I click on "Add Workspaces," my only options are to add either a "Desk" or a "Reservation Only Room." A Desk appears on the floor map as a dot, whereas a Reservation Only Room allows me to draw the perimeter of the room on the map--which is how I would prefer to have those offices appear. The problem I am running into is that when a user wishes to create a reservation for one of Reservation Only Rooms, they are being prompted to enter a Meeting Topic and other info, and after they click Reserve, a Zoom meeting appears on their calendar along with login info and a link to enter a Zoom meeting. My intent is to only create a reservation for that room/private office, not a Zoom meeting. I'm stumped as to whether these private offices within the suite need to be designated simply as "Desks" or if I might be configuring something incorrectly when choosing "Reservation Only Room." Tha

Hi there!Is there any way slack can provide notifications if on a given day where all desks are booked, the system will notify a channel that a desk is now available if someone deletes their desk booking or forgets to check-in?

Hello,It would be nice if we could have some sort of approbation workflow when someone wants to book a resources in Zoom workspace. The workflow should be able to be plugged to third party ticketing management like Zendesk/ServiceNow/etc ... for operational team to review request & approval.

Is anybody aware of when the guest or visitor booking functionality will be added to Zoom Workspace Reservations. I know it is in their pipeline as we engaged Zoom Professional services to implement our workspace and it was noted that it was in development.
