Having same error scheduling zoom meetings too.Had reported the problem but since I'm a free user there is no support.Appreciate if someone can enlighten or help to solve the issue. The other participants can see the shared whiteboard so I'm pretty sure the issue is on my end.Had done multiples uninstalling and installing to no avail. 

When I am sharing whiteboard and editing live, participants' pen edits to my whiteboard jump from the original place the pen is placed. This issue started after I completed the latest update and is preventing my online teaching business without this functionality corrected. Has anyone else experienced this or know how to fix it?

As of today, April 24, 2024, when sharing the WhiteBoard, I can no longer see the participant video. I have been using Zoom for years and I have not had this issue until today. I can see the participant video when I am not sharing the WhiteBoard. However, if the WhiteBoard is being shared, the only video I see is the host video. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi!As a techer I use classic board to write during classes. When I close it and share documents and then I go back to the board I was usin, the text I previously wrote disappeared! I also tried to save it, but still disappears.Never happened before. I wonder if you had the same pronlem and possibly consequent to a new version.It is relly annoying, because at the end of the session, before closing, I use to save the board and send it in attachment to the students.Any help? Thanks!

Good morning! I use Zoom in Polish and I want to continue doing so. I use Windows 11 in Polish and I want to continue doing so. I temporarily changed language to English, in order to take a screenshot of my keyboard settings. My problem is that Zoom has some sort of problem with words. I searched this issue online and found that it's usually a problem with Windows, not Zoom, but where exactly is the problem? In settings, yes but where exactly? I don't understand exactly what needs to be changed, so that Zoom and Windows understand that I don't want any word to be underlined in any language, no matter how correct or incorrect it may be in any language. See 3 screenshots. Whiteboard refuses to open as shown on the picture. Restarting and reinstalling Zoom doesn't help.

Hi, I'd like to restrict meeting attendees from creating and sharing their whiteboards. How do I set up the meeting as a host to prevent attendees from doing this? Thank you!

Previously, when I clicked on "Share Screen", it would show the different options: specific word documents, spreadsheets, webpages, etc.  Suddenly it stopped and, regardless of what I had open on my computer, it only allowed the whiteboard to be shared.  It didn't matter if I closed, opened or re-opened an application or document, the only shareable item was the whiteboard. I found that for meetings which are pre-schedule, I cannot share anything but the whiteboard.  If I want the option to share additional applications or documents, I have to create an immediate meeting by clicking on "Host A Meeting".  However, it doesn't show the specific items to share anymore - just "Word Document (1)" and "Chrome (2)".  The number reflects how many items of that application I have open.  This is also problematic because if I share, I can't go to the specific document/website, etc. immediately; it opens up that application and then I have to click to get to the p

Hello,I am having problems with allowing others to edit/access/annotate my whiteboard even it appears I have allowed all participants.  I keep getting a message that says "admin has restricted access to anyone not in my organization" but I am admin and I can find nowhere to even find this setting or change it.  I've checked every section I can find but clearly. haven't solved the problem.  Since I am the sole person on my account, it restricts everyone!Help!

Can someone please help advice where to find this magical upload button on whiteboard for a pro account?  Under account management the whiteboard upload is enabled.  Why can I not find this, am I missing something?

個人アカウントで新規にWhite Boardを作成し、共有リンクを作成しようとしましたが、なぜか私の所属が「東京都」になっており、アクセス設定が「制限あり」と「東京都 の誰でも」しか選択できず、「リンクを持つ人全員」がグレーアウトしていて選択できません。メールで共有しようと思っても、「東京都があなたの組織以外のユーザーとのコラボレーションを無効にしました」というエラーメッセージが表示されて誰にも共有することができません。他の人に共有するためにはどうしたらよいでしょうか？

ホワイトボードを使って、途中で違う画面を共有し、またホワイトボードに戻ると全記載内容が消去されています。ただ、毎回ではなく10回に1回くらいの確率で起きます。他の画面を共有する前に毎回保存するのも面倒ですし、消えてしまうと記載した内容に追記もできないので困っています、、、。

We are trying to build out lessons on the Zoomwhiteboard and would like to embed some videos and interactive sites, but we are running into an issue that one person cannot press play and everyone sees the same video/activity. Everyone needs to click play to see their own copy of the iframe. Is there a way to have everyone view/interact with the same frame.

I am using Zoom for teaching and recording the lectures. Some of the lectures include alot of numerical calculations, for which I am using a whiteboard. Previously, I was using Miro white board, and it worked excellent.Now; I wanted to use Zoom whiteboard. Although the whiteboard writing in not lagging with the audio for other participants, this is not the case for the recording.So, there is a 5-6 seconds lag between audio/video recording and whiteboard writing. I have tried different solutions (turning off camera, AI assistance, host only using the whiteboard,...), but nothing is working.This is extremely disappointing as we are paying for the Zoom, and its whiteboard seems not to function properly, even for basic functions, while free whiteboards such as those from Miro are working flawlessly.Can something be done regarding this issue? Thank you! 

Prior to this week, using the scroll wheel on my mouse or dragging up/down on trackpad would scroll around the canvass about Y axis, and holding Shift + scroll wheel would scroll along the X axis. Exactly as you'd expect on something like a browswer window. Now using the scroll wheel increases and decreases the magnfication. There is no combination of modifier keys that will let you scroll on the Y axis. This is extremely not useful! Moving about the canvass used to be effortless, but now I have to swticth to the hand tool to drag myself about the canvass or manually drag the scroll bar on the side of the window. I don't understand why they would change such a critical feature. Is there any user control over this? I'm on Version: 6.1.0 (35886) using a Mac and I uninstalled and reinstalled if that matters.

When teaching my math class, I always screenshare the classic whiteboard because it's bigger. When I click the toolbar to erase what I wrote, the whiteboard minimizes by about 30%. This just started today. If I want to change the ink color, nothing goes wrong. Touching my pen to anything I usually do on that toolbar minimizes the whiteboard every time. I just uninstalled Zoom Workplace Pro yesterday in order to update it via reinstalling. That's because the update instructions use features I don't have. I repeated that process this morning to no avail. My version is now 6.2.3 (47507) on a Dell Inspiron 3793 laptop (Windows 11). Is anyone else having this issue?

When opening a whiteboard inside a meeting, I get the option of Collaborating Mode and Presenting Mode. This works great. However, I cannot find a way to switch between modes once the whiteboard is already open. Is this possible to do? Or is the only way to exit the whiteboard and open it again in Presenting mode or vice-versa?I am using the Zoom Web Client in Chrome 

Hello, I am attempting to create a new whiteboard and I keep getting this error below:  Cannot find collaboration servers-code-cc588a225c-1734626848045 When I try to exit out of the pop up box it takes me back to the whiteboard homepage. I am unable to open any previous whiteboards either. Please help! 

Hello, I'm trying to open the Zoom Room Whiteboard (New) for a Zoom Room Touch and I'm getting the error: "Couldn't Load Whiteboard - connections error code 100000401". See attached picture as well.The classic whiteboard is opening and working fine. Any help or tips on how to addressed this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi , I've been getting so many emails lately asking to edit whiteboards from strange Zoom accounts , I'm sure I haven't attended any of the meetings.Does Zoom have a whiteboard sharing invitation feature for external users?

Hi, I've been using Zoom for a while for teaching and often write things on the whiteboard with my stylus and tablet. I have a Wacom tablet and stylus. Until recently, everything has gone fine. However, for some reason, now when I write things using the stylus and tablet some of the strokes are recorded and some are not. Sometimes strokes will trigger a ripple around the cursor but the stroke won't be recorded. In other apps, I don't have this problem, only with Zoom. And as I said, this only became a problem recently. It has become so annoying that I have to screen share and use a whiteboard somewhere else. I did a search on Google but couldn't find how to fix it. Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you.
