I have multiple pages in my whiteboards, so I would like to name them appropriately rather than the default "page 1".Is this possible?

I'd like to use my iPad and Procreate to draw on whiteboard like page in my zoom meeting. How do I do that? I'm finding virtually no help online on this issue. HELP? 

Hello ZOOM:  I am an admin and have a group of ZOOM Enterprise Pro hosts who have created whiteboard "templates" in order to facilitate certain group activities.  Is there a way to prevent participants from accidentally erasing or editing elements of the whiteboard template itself (or, for that matter, other participants' contributions) - while still allowing them to add/edit/delete their own contributions?  Second, can we prevent participants from further sharing whiteboard with anyone other than who the host has designated when they shared?  Thank you!

Hi, I trialled the new whiteboard functionality today with a participant before our workshop starts next week. While she could see my whiteboard, and me drawing on it, she herself couldn't add to it because she did not the 'index' of pen / shapes / Text etc down the left side of the whiteboard as I had.(Yes, the whiteboard was set to 'everyone can edit' Any idea what she can do to get her to be able to add to my whiteboard (ie to get her drawing implements accessible)?

Hello. I have a premium account and I am trying to create a whiteboard to use for an upcoming webinar. There seems to be some kind of problem with the interface, when I am trying to had a note or text or image on the board I newly created, it doesn't show. And last week, when it was still working, I closed the window after creating my design, and when I went to look at it again the next day the whiteboard was completely blanc, no design on it anymore, so a problem with the save settings I guess. I tried to go on forums, check out the settings of the whiteboard on zoom, but I can't find a solution. Does anyone has this issue? And how did you solve it? Thank you kindly for your help! 

I have prepared a few boards for the whiteboard before my meetings.When I go live only the first page content can be seen by me and the participants of the meeting.When I go to the 2nd or 3rd page all I get is a blank screen, no content at all. If I end the meeting and go back to the whiteboard the content is still there?

I feel appreciation to the convenience of using this service and consistent update. The newly introduced whiteboard is also useful, but I have one complaint.It is a little less convenient than the previous one when using an iPad and Pen. I miss the ability to eliminate writing with my finger. Am I missing that feature?

Hello,my language ist set to german but in the whiteboard dialogue i have indonasia.When i change language to indonasia the whiteboard language change to german.Maybe there ist a language bug? I use the Apple native Application.

I have been an online mathematics educator for 20 years in K-12.  We switched to zoom in 2020. Right now I app share Smart Notebook as my teaching whiteboard.   I use the new Zoom whiteboard rarely.   I have two wishes.1.   I wish we could save a whiteboard(or group of wbds) as a pdf/png. A  pdf is preferred. 2.  I wish I could import a pdf/ppt/googleslide into a whiteboard and use as my lesson shell.  

Hi everyone,I'm new in Zoom Meetings (conference participants in university)  Unfortunately, using the whiteboard doesn't work for me at all in the moment. If only text is written, the text starts to be displayed overlapping as you write -> the picture explains it.  Even when scrolling or moving, shadows of the written text remain and are therefore unreadable.  Tried new installation, update of all drivers including graphics card and BIOS, AMD adrenaline tool (device is a Lenovo E15 Gen 3 with AMD Rzyzen 5 5500U- WIN 11 pro 64 bit ) Zoom version is 5.12.8.  I would be very happy if someone could give me a tip!  Thanks greetings Stan

I'm a teacher and use Zoom for classes a lot.I have enabled automatic saving of whiteboards, so that I have all of them at the end of the session and can send them to my students. Recently Zoom started replacing saved whiteboards with later versions so that the original files are lost.For example I will have a whiteboard at the start which will be automatically saved as [1] whiteboard - 1, then I send out my students to Breakoutrooms, join each room to help them and return.Once I return and use the whiteboard again, this whiteboard will now be automatically saved in the same folder also as [1] whiteboard - 1,  therefore replacing the original whiteboard.It has happened several times now, that go to the folder at the end of our lesson and discover that I lost half of my whiteboards.Previously it used to save whiteboards after my return from the breakout rooms in a different folder to avoid this issue.Is there something I can change in the settings?

Hi!So I updated Zoom and a few things changed.I teach online, so I often use the whiteboard to write/explain things or correct my students' grammar.I've noticed that when I'm typing a text, my students don't see what I'm typing until I'm done.If I want to correct part of the grammar I have to select the text (and the whole text disappears for my students when I select it), then I correct the grammar (which my students cannot see) and when I'm done and deselect the text, only then will it come back on the screen for my students to see, but then I have to explain where I changed the grammar because they couldn't see my corrections...It's definitely not working for me 😞I hope Zoom can fix this so my students can instantly see what I'm typing OR see the words I'm selecting as I type. Because that function is also gone 😞 

So yesterday i create a post about my students cannot see what im typing,Today i started my class and the whiteboard didnt work at all.I had some whiteboards open, which i deleted all to trash. When i opened a new whiteboard page, it gave me the last whiteboard (that i trew away.) But when i doubleclick on the whiteboard its blank. When i start writing there and select the text to move it, it multiplies the text over and over..... i canceld my class because im not able to work like this... Does anyone have another solution? A whiteboard that i can use in combination with zoom or maybe a whole new working environment? Teams? Skype? Never worked with that programs but im open for sugestions!Thanx!

Since the last update, my whiteboard menu (and only my whiteboard menu) appears in an undefined language I can not understand. How can I change the language of the whiteboard menu?

I am using Zoom to teach small groups and want to know if I can screen share, use a stylus on some type of external pad to add notations to the screen share. I do not have a touch screen laptop, thus the stylus will not work on the screen. Any suggestions? I will need to purchase the stylus and any recommended hardware that will enable me to write notes that will appear on the screen share.

Recent update is worst. After that, I can't write note smoothly. When I write something fast with pen, the writing mode is cleared. (MOUSE POINT IS CHANGED TO CLICK MODE - I can't wirte letters anymore) I have record video clip which shows this error. I want to show you. In original viersion, I can wirte something fast, but now I should wirte very slowly. It's not matter for mouse-writing users but for pen-user like me, it is so terrible. It is critical problem in running classes. Because of your system's worst program, I spoiled my classes a lot. I checkd my pen funtion another writing memo applications, and it works well. (fast writing is possible) So, I am sure this problem occurs only in ZOOM. Plz send quick response and feedback. It's emergency for me. I have whiteboard on in my settings but it doesn't show up in zoom?

I would like to use my tablet for the Whiteboard instead of trying to draw with the mouse. Sorta like talking in a meeting room and drawing on an actual whiteboard. 

Hello, I facilitate collaborative workshops, and need all teams who are in breakout-rooms to work on one and the same whiteboard (= Participants in Breakout 1, Breakout 2, etc. all see and modify Whiteboard A).-> how can I do this?thanks a lot for your help!

I have started a whiteboard and have three participants but only one of them is set as an editor along with me as the host. The others can not edit.  I have searched all over for an answer. All instructions say that it is either all or none.So during a shared whiteboard how do I make sure that all the participants can edit? How do I add them as editors?

I can start a whiteboard, but cannot see any controls. I know Chromebooks are not the best with Zoom, but any ways round that or other hacks would be really good to know.
