Whiteboard

I just started using zoom on my iPad Pro with Apple Pencil, and I am having issues with the whiteboard. When I put my hand on the screen as I write, the whiteboard zooms in and out randomly which makes it very hard to write neatly. Does anyone know how to fix this? My temporary solution is to not rest my hand on the screen, but this makes it awkward to write. 

I have added all my students to a unique channel.When I go to share a whiteboard with them after a tutorialI get the following message "Board owner has disabled collaboration with users outside your organization."I am currently on the zoom one pro plan.How do I solve this?ThanksTom

I am wanting to change to zoom to tutor students. I am able to past an image or PDF to the whiteboard, but the meeting participant is unable to. The upload button is greyed out for them. How do i fix this?

I have a Zoom Pro account, and I can't edit any of the three whiteboards that I created a little over a year ago.I had experimented wit the whiteboard feature outside of a meeting to familiarize myself with it, and then when I tried using it live with a client, I found it clunky and awkward, so I decided to go with a Google Jamboard instead.However, I kept the whiteboards in my account, thinking I might give it another go. Now, I can view my old boards but I can't edit them. My understanding was that I could continue editing 3 boards with my current plan. What's wrong? The whiteboard feature is useless to me at present. This is very disappointing.

I have been using Zoom for for two years without having any problems using the Whiteboard or writing with the stylus pen.For about a month or so, writing with the pen no longer works properly. It does with other programs, but if I try and write something on the whiteboard it looks like in the second image. The other image is from MS Paint, written one minute later on the same device at the same pace. The pen strokes aren't detected properly, some are shortened, others are reshaped a split second after I wrote them, others aren't detected at all. The only way to make it legible is to write extremely slowly, at a pace of ~two seconds for each letter. It usually does work when i first open the whiteboard, but only for a few minutes. After I have written a few lines or pasted a few images, it begins to get worse and worse.  I tutor Maths online for living and I use it 8 hours per day. I've been in touch with Zoom customers service, but I have not heard back from them for several

The contents of my board disappear any time I zoom in/out on a board.There is a significant lag where objects take a lengthy time to reappear. In many cases at certain zoom levels, the objects never appear no matter how long I wait.Additionally the cursor flickers and does not indicate the function I am presently in (Select or Grab modes). This means I don't know if I am selecting/editing an object or if grabbing the board to navigate. Both of these issues make me unable to navigate my board with any confidence as I can't be sure what I am clicking on or where I am in the board.These bugs make the Zoom Whiteboard app almost completely unusable for my needs.macOS 13.5.2 (22G91) Version: 5.15.12 (22445)

I used to be able to use it. All of a sudden I a cannot because I keep getting an error. I pay for zoom (do not have the free version). I have called customer support several times only to be placed on hold and I end up hanging up because no one ever answers. I am have been on hold for 38 minutes currently.

Is there a mechanism that allows me to create a whiteboard page, duplicate the page and paste it into a 2nd, 3rd, 4th page, etc.? 

All the functions work, but I can't write, the letters don't appear. Basic whiteboard. What can I do?

I bought a MacBook Pro yesterday and I tried to install zoom. (I downloaded zoom from their website, clicking on the link specific for the M1 Mac processors, such as the one I have). I have the latest macOS 13.0 installed. During the installation, I received a question about whether I would like to give Zoom permission to access some file folders. Not knowing what to do, I clicked " No" but I never thought that would lead to an installation fail. Right after I clicked "no" I get a banner saying the installation failed. Not much explanation of why it failed. Then, I removed the installation file, and I downloaded it again from the Zoom website. Now, the problem is that I don't get anymore the permission question. It automatically gets again to the " installation failed" banner. It seems as if my first " no" response to the permission question is still recorded somewhere and as a result any other attempt to install Zoom keeps failing over and over. Does

Is there a way to completely remove the white board option? We don’t use it and it is a pain to disable every meeting. 

When using the 'Whiteboard' on an iPad, the screen automatically expands when I write letters. Is there a way to keep the screen fixed without zooming in?

Hello! How can I export whiteboards to my computer as files?

Zoom stats seem pretty limited. how can a zoom admin see use data for the different zoom tools - like Zoom's whiteboard? BTW, see screenshot for a laugh.  

I'm using (i would like to) zoom mobile on android on my tablet, same thing on android phone . We can't output the audio on a BlueTooth Speaker.i tried all the tricks given here and there and none works. (disconnect/reconnect, enable/disable original sounds). My bluetooth speaker works with all other androi apps, i can output to the speakers bluetooth, but not with the mobile zoom. 

In present mode, I have a whiteboard with several pages. Is it possible to lock the other pages so that my participants can only view the page that I am on as you are able to when you normally share screen? Can I share my computer sound while presenting/collaborating my Zoom Whiteboard? My participants cannot see the content on any of my Zoom Whiteboards. This has not happened before.  Why is this?  I have a Zoom Pro account. Does Zoom want me to upgrade my plan to unlimited whiteboards so that my participants can see the content on my whiteboards?  Most of my whiteboards are VIEW-ONLY. Is this the reason why my participants cannot see the content of my whiteboards both non-view and view only? 

初めて質問をさせていただきます。ホワイトボード機能を使っていて、PDFにエクスポートすると、文字が消えます。作成した図形は残っているのですが、文字のみが消えてしまう状態です。まだホワイトボード機能を使い始めたばかりで、色々と勝手がわかっておりません。何か対処法はありますでしょうか。 使用しているのは、mac用のアプリで、バージョンは5.13.11。ただし、アプリ上だと、ホワイトボードのエクスポートボタンが見当たらないため、Google Chrome上でエクスポートをおこなっています。プレビュー画面では文字も見えているのに、書き出し後のPDFファイルには文字がない、という状態です。PNGでは書き出し可能です（若干文字が切れたりはしますが）。こういった場合の対処法をご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたら、教えていただけますと幸いです。

Hi Zoom community, I am using the PRO license of my company.  I am trying to setup a retrospective session by using the whiteboarding functionality.  I would like to share the board with people outside of my organization to populate the board with their experiences.  I would like to have these individuals update the board before the meeting, which saves time during the meeting. I have found some configurations, which i have changed.I cannot update the access level to Editor.  Therefore the board remains viewable to external people outside of the meeting.I have also looked at this article and made the adjustments as described.https://community.zoom.com/t5/Whiteboard/Sharing-zoom-whiteboard-outside-my-organization/m-p/75359?lightbox-message-images-90558=14111iFE8FCA78F1F3366E I only have one active board at the moment. My question is, does the PRO license allow the sharing and editing of whiteboards outside my organization and outside of the meeting.&nb

HiI have an issue when I try to start witheboard on Version 5.15.2(18096), it shows the witheboard window but keeps loading and I can not select anything also not able to create a new one.On the WebPortal it looks everything good.I updated to the newest version 5.15.3 but still same issue.  Any idea?Thanks 

there is a lag while typing when working with apple pencil on the new ipad. Have any of you had this situation? Never had this problem on the old iPad.

Dear all,  I have two problems and am quite under pressure, since my online seminar runs next Sat & Sun. 1. I have prepared different whiteboards and would like to have them edited and saved in several breakout rooms.However, my participants do not have access to these whiteboards.What setting do I have to make so that each group of breakout rooms can open, edit and save their own whiteboard (my own)?I can open a template myself from the breakout room, but as soon as I leave the room it is closed.Is there a trick to access prepared whiteboards from the breakout room? I am offered whiteboard, but then only a white sheet appears....2. Problem: screen sharing. How can I access individual applications? At the moment, only the desktop is offered to me, which means that I have to awkwardly "position" individual windows in advance in order to be able to share them.Does anyone have a workaround or an idea? That would be great.
