As a non profit organisation we got reduced pricing for our Zoom Workplace Pro account. Now we want to add Webinars. What do we have to do to get reduced pricing for Webinars as well? What is the right way to buy the additional plan? Thanks for your help!
We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.
This is INSANELY confusing as a webinar attendee. There is now an icon for SETTINGS on the attendee tool bar and it looks like the options one would have as a Meeting participant. As a host I do not see any way to turn these off. I hope to hades this is a bug that can be fixed because my attendees are going to be SO confused. As a webinar attendee they don't need to see these as options, even if it isn't really an option - for example, they cannot turn on their video yet they get a video preview as a webinar attendee as if it were an option. Is there a new setting as a webinar host that I am missing to turn off these options from attendees even seeing them?
It seems there is no way to stop spammers from just adding you to their webinar. I get added nearly every week to some spammer's zoom meeting trying to sell some product. There is no spam option on the invite or way to report them. There is only a cancel meeting option and contact organizer. Why doesn't zoom add in a feature to report them or remove the option to just upload a list they purchased of names and emails??
Can anyone tell me how to do this? I know how to trim from start or end, but not how to cut out a few minutes from the middle of the recording. Thank you!
Anyone else getting invitations to zoom calls from spammers? This used to happen a lot to me on other platforms, but it seems that they have now moved to Zoom instead! At least on the other platform it was very easy to report it as spam - but I don't see that here - and the Zoom support AI bot can't handle it !! If anyone knows how to reach a human at Zoom HQ to flag this stuff, please let me know... We've run a few Events now and we've encountered the following issue with our survey responses: Responses to event surveys & polls are not being displayed in the Surveys & Polls dashboard (under Event Analytics). We're able to pull a custom report or just download the table data where it does show that there actually were responses to a particular survey. Could this be a product issue that needs to be addressed? Thank you for the help with this concern,Manuel
A company that I used to subscribe to receive a service from, but I have since cancelled, is continuing to add my name and email details to register to new webinar series. The company is then using this as an excuse to try to continue to charge my credit card to attend and view the webinars. I never signed up for the webinars and I do not want to receive these spam emails. How am I able to unsubscribe from these webinars that I never signed up to? (a fraudulent company is using the invites as an excuse to try and charge me for attending the meetings!)
I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I wonder if anyone, particularly someone from Zoom, can speak to the issue of the overwhelming amount of webinar spam that's going out. It seems that some email addresses have been handed out to different marketers, and those marketers are regularly signing up people to Zoom conferences that they haven't asked for. Because of the way my system is set up, when I get a meeting request, it goes on to my calendar, and then I have to deal with it. Sometimes, I just get an email saying that the webinar is starting, and it's all junk. I've requested several times to have my name removed from the list. I don't want to be removed from all webinars because I do have to attend them as part of my work, but I'm absolutely fed up with the amount of webinar spam that I'm getting through Zoom. I think it's not just bad for the companies that are producing this spam but it's also bad for Zoom as a brand.
We are changing some roles in our organization, and I will no longer be hosting a series of repeating webinars that I have created templates for. I would like to copy those templates to another user in the same account, who will host the webinars. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this without deleting my account. I don't want to delete my account, as I will still be using it for other meetings. It seems like this is something that we should be able to do. Is it, if so, how can we do that? Thank you in advance for any guidance.
Hello All! I run a lot of Zoom Webinars without any trouble - but today we experienced a pretty nasty glitch. - The entire screen went Green - no way to get it back. Just restarted Zoom and then the video was just black. Restarted the computer and then it seemed to work fine. Worried about future webinars.
Till 12/12/25 evening we were able to host live meetings & attendees were able to join. i keep getting webinar registration emails that i never opted in for. How do you stop people from registering you for webinars you didn't sign up for?
Hi guys, I wanted to know how do I get a report in zoom where it gives me the analytics of the participants. By analytics I mean how do I see the focus time, drop off rates etc during the webinar/meeting of the participants. This is something which is very important for me and was included in the reports of Demio (I recently migrated from Demio to Zoom). Please help, I urgently need to get a solution to this. Thank You.
How can I change the name of the sender that appears when participants receive their registration confirmation? Last year it was possible to change both the sender and the email address, now only the email address can be changed, but not the sender. Is there a solution for this without changing the account name?
Hello,I have a small issue with the Zoom API. When retrieving the participants of a webinar, one of them does not have a “last_name” field. However, this field is required to join our meetings/webinars.What’s even more confusing is that, when retrieving the participant list through your interfaces, the person does have a last name. How is this possible?
Is there a way to set up a webinar in which the webinar participant will have their camera on, but mic will be off until unmuted by host?
Description: Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Zoom desktop client on Linux Mint. The client launches without errors, but when I try to join a meeting, nothing happens — the connection does not start, and no error messages appear.Details: Zoom version: installed from .deb package (latest official version). All dependencies are installed (ldd /usr/bin/zoom shows no missing libraries). Audio devices are recognized
I am receiving spam webinars every day, and there's no way to stop them. I have already unsubscribed from all Zoom Webinars emails, but I continue to receive them. I have also reported these webinars, but Zoom does not take any action against them. Can anyone from Zoom explain why you don't take any action against them? Webinar ID828 4602 3920Passcode186270
I recorded a webinar and it was saved to my local computer, not the cloud as I did not realize I had to indicate the location. I would like to share a link for it. Is it possible for Zoom to provide a link? Can I upload it to the cloud and then get a link? Thanks.
I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices. It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar. Is anyone else facing the same problem?
I am hosting a webinar but do not want attendees to be able to see/use the "raise hand" button. How do I remove that option for a webinar? Also, is it possible to prevent other panelists from seeing the # of participants/attendees and their names? Thank you
Hi,I have been looking into the possibility of using the annotation function in webinars. Looking at the compassion between webinars and meetings it shows that this is possible but I haven't been able to make this work. Is this an option? If so what am I doing wrong? Thanks,Jordin
Hello I’m reaching out regarding a technical issue we encountered during a recent webinar hosted by our company, and I’m hoping to get some assistance in resolving it for future sessions. Here’s a summary of the issue:Whenever our executive, who served as the webinar host, unmuted themselves to speak, participants experienced significant feedback and echo. This occurred even though all participants were muted during the session. The webinar host did not personally experience any feedback or echo on their end while speaking. The host was using a laptop with built-in speakers and a built-in microphone in a private office environment.Given that participants were muted, we’re unsure what might have caused the feedback. Please help in diagnosing and resolving this issue to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees in the future. I've looked at other articles on audio feedback resulting from a second device picking up sound but per the webinar host this wasn't the issue.
