Streaming webinar to Facebook Live

I am unable to get my zoom webinar to stream to my Facebook business page. I am only offered my personal page as an option. I was able to do it without a problem last year but it no longer works.

To forestall already tried suggestions:

1) I am an administrator on the page so have level permission.

2) I have followed all of the steps in this guide: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115000350406-Facebook-livestreaming-meetings-or-webinars

3) I have cleared the cache and cookies for both zoom and FB.

4) I have a Pro account

5) It has worked previously.

I am attempting the custom streaming workaround suggested here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/115001777826#h_c5c43bde-b0bb-458c-96ca-8c2664b7868b

But to be honest, I cannot figure out what to put in the boxes in the attached photo.

If you know how to fix the original issue or complete the workaround. I would appreciate it.

Hello @TPII,

This function is difficult to speak on over text or email. I have found for me that using YouTube has been the best resource on how to solve for this as it is a somewhat advanced setup. Please see these options and let me know if they are helpful for you. Basically, you have to put in your custom streaming API URL and API key from Facebook into the custom streaming in Zoom. https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=live+streaming+to+facebook+from+zoom I guess what I am saying is visually watching how this is done is easier than attempting to explain how this is done over text.

I am having this same exact problem. Just a few days ago, I was able to stream Zoom webinars to my FB group live, now that option isn't available anymore. I looked up the links that you provided Brandon but they are not helpful to my specific issue. PLEASE HELP.
