A few of my webinar guests were asked for TK - but most weren't? What is is this and why?

Hi @EmmCee68 , welcome to the Zoom Community! We are happy to have you here. This is a great question. Can you give me some more information on the users that were affected? Were they panelists at the webinar? Did this webinar require registration?
