I am using Zoom Scheduler and it's not generating a zoom meeting link when people book times with me. Zoom scheduler books the time, adds it to my Outlook calendar, and sends a confirmation email to the person but there is NO ZOOM LINK and there is no Zoom meeting created in my account. Troubleshooting:I am a licensed Zoom One Pro user with Zoom Scheduler enabledYES I chose "Zoom Meeting" under "Video Conferencing" when setting up the booking schedule YES I read the Zoom Scheduler FAQs and watched the videosPlease help, we paid for this service and it's not working. Thank you.
Is there an approach which would support staff that work from home and the office? For example, if Monday through to Wednesday were office days, I could offer either Zoom meetings or face-to-face meetings to clients. However, on Thursdays and Fridays when I work from home, the only option available to the client is a Zoom meeting. In the ideal world, when the client is taken to the employee's Schedule, the calendar displayed would have icons (or similar) visible on each day that provides an indication of the type of meeting that is available. This would make it simple/easy for the client to select a day for the meeting based on their preference (ie. I really want to meet face-to-face).
Hi, I'm trying to use the same Zoom meeting invite for a number of meetings in future. I know the date & time of the first meeting, but I don't know yet when the other future meetings will take place. In the past, I could do this by simply clicking "Recurring" without specifying future dates. Now with the current version of Zoom, I am prompted to already input those future dates - which I don't know yet. How do I solve this? Or, alternatively: can I set up a single meeting now, and then simply re-use that same "old" link in future? Thanks for any help!
I am an admin assistant and I have two coworkers who want to give me scheduling permissions for their Zoom accounts. One added me with a license and that set up was fine, but when the second coworker added me I found out that I can't have a license under two different people. Is there a way for me to be added under two different Zoom organizations and be given scheduling permissions for these two different people?
we need to send zoom invite via Comcast CRM, invitation is send automatically with Zoom linkIs there any possible way to proceed that
I am a zoom pro user. If i try to schedule a meeting by click schedule button, it pop up blank page. Not scheduling input field. If i click scheduler tab, it is blank. I have unstilled, reinstalled, sign out, sign in. It is really frustrating experience, take too much time. My time worth more than the subscription fee I paied. Last time, I have to schedule on web but launch on app have some problem, as you still need to open app's schedule page. Please NOTE, this is a basic app, nothing to do with video, audio, device stuff yet. And this community post system is ridiculous, when you post a discussion. you have to put a topic. "This board requires at least on label for each message". What are these concepts of Subject, Topics and Label?
I have two issues:1) the meeting scheduler zoom plug-in in outlook no longer works2) I can't log in with username and password and I can't change the passwordTo schedule a meeting, I now have to open zoom workplace via the icon on the desk top (no problems with that, so I don't know why I can't log in the other way) and create a new meeting from the home page.I'd be grateful for any advice. Many thanks.
Why is my Zoom Scheduler showing No Availability when I have time available for bookings? It has nothing to do with conflict with my other calendars, I have time available for sure. I don't understand why it has the whole day showing no availability. I would attach pictures here to show but not sure how.
I don't see a resolution for this scenario. In-Person meeting is say in Boston (Eastern Time Zone) I set up scheduler and set Availability to Eastern Time Zone. I set availability to 7am-4pm on a specific day. When I go to the booking page - I'm located in Austin, TX - it shows the earliest 7am ET availability as 6am (as defaults to Central Time Zone where I'm at) This is confusing - if the meeting can only be in-person and it's in Eastern Time Zone - should the booking page default to the selected Eastern Time Zone and simply be greyed out - basically locked? Having folks do time math to understand that the 8am in-person meeting that they selected when they were in Minneapolis 4 days prior to the meeting in Boston will actually be 9am ET when they're in Boston - it seems needlessly confusing. Am I missing something on how to effectively do what I'm trying to do? EDIT - in researching and signing up for Free calendly - Calendly has a "Lock
In Zoom Scheduler, if a calendar event is marked "out of office" instead of "busy" it is not considered blocked time. The time will still show as available booking time. Scheduler only removes availability if the calendar invite is marked "busy" or "tentative". This is really unfortunate as it causes availability in Scheduler to be inaccurate. What is Zoom's reasoning for this?
Does anyone know if you can use a different email's calendar than the zoom account email for zoom scheduler? For example, if my email as EmailA @ work.com to log into zoom, could I then use a different email account's calendar to link to zoom scheduler (like EmailB @ gmail.com) ? Or does the zoom scheduler email account have to be the same as the zoom user account?
I have a personal free account (email 1). I also have a corporate account as a user, with a different email (email 2). I sign into 'email 2' account and set up my meetings there, but the invite from zoom is sent from 'email 1'. I need it to be sent from the 'email 2' account instead. How do I get this to happen please?
Feature Request: Enable Zoom Scheduler to check availability for both a user’s calendar and a Zoom Room’s calendar before showing available meeting times. This would allow seamless scheduling for meetings that require both a specific person and a specific physical space, ensuring no double-booking and improving hybrid meeting logistics. Hybrid meetings often require both a person and a physical conference room to be available. Without this feature, schedulers risk booking times when the room is unavailable, leading to inefficiency and rescheduling.
I am currently on a free trial for Zoom Scheduler. I was informed that the trial will end in 3 days time and I do not want to continue. Is there an option for not wishing to continue when the trial ends? I tried to stop it today, but Zoom just assumes that I want to buy it, but I don't. I did not even want to be on this trial. I just clicked to look which I find rather underhand. This is no way to treat customers.
I’m trying to add other licensed users as Alternative Hosts when scheduling meetings, but I keep receiving this message: “One or more people you want to add as alternative hosts are not licensed users or are not members of this account. Remove the following users to continue:Unable to assign "email@samecompany" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time” I have verified that the other party is licensed and we all work at the same organization together. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a solution?
I need to link a form for my clients to fill out for their upcoming meetings that they have scheduled with me . They need to fill it out ahead of time so I am trying to embed the link within the reminder email that they receive the day before the meeting. I can get as far as copying and pasting the link when I click on the "embed link" option but then nothing happens after that, even when I press "finish". I am attempting to embed a link using a form from the app Tally Forms. Can someone help me with this please?
Noticed today that when a client books a meeting with me using my scheduler the confirmation of booking is EXTREMELY delayed. I have a Business level account located in North America. Any word on the ZOOM SMTP server experiencing delays? Thx
Is there a way to generate a report for meetings removed by the "Remove recurring meeting series after instances" feature?
I want you to know that just by looking at something that I have not signed up to it. I recently looked at scheduler and before I knew it, that I was told I had subscribed to it. I haven't! How can I get out of it? I only looked. This is a sneaky thing to do! I just looked, I did not buy. Can I please be not subscribed to scheduler because I am not using it. Is there a way to unsubscribe?
I see that this has been an issue in the past. I need to set a schedule for appointments with customized start time (like 1:55 p.m. or 9:05 a.m.) but when I input that time using the Scheduler, it changes back to 9:00 a.m. What am I missing? I've tried "Set custom hours," "Date overide," changing the increment times, the duration, the padding times. I've read every article I can find, and used the Zoom Chatbot and nothing works. Any suggestions?
Hi, I am registered with Zoom using my active Gmail address. With my previous - now deleted email address/Zoom account - Zoom would open Outlook to send the meeting invitations once the meeting was scheduled. When I schedule a meeting now, it doesn't do that. Should Zoom be generating an email from Gmail to send my invitations, or do I just copy the information and send it myself, or does it matter? Thanks!
My use case:I want to schedule a weekly presentation that my audience can sign in for using a schedule page created with Zoom Scheduler. I want Zoom Scheduler to only display dates that have an event and not "empty" days that have "No availability". But Zoom does not allow me to make the setting "Don't display days without availability". I urgently need this feature!
I want to create an automatic notification that is triggered when someone is marked as a no-show to a scheduled meeting. This does not seem to be an option...is there a workaround or does it need to be done manually? Or is it obvious and I'm just missing it? I cannot "cancel" a meeting once the designated time has started, so building it into the cancellation notification won't work. If it is not possible, is there a way to submit a feature request? Since it is possible to mark someone as a no-show, I feel like it would be easy to add that to the drop-down in the custom notification under the timing trigger, so the list would be: after booking before event starts after event starts after event ends after one cancelsafter marked as a no-showSurely I can't be the only one who would appreciate this feature???How do you handle no-shows?
I have been spammed by a party (or parties) in one country. I want to keep the scheduler available, but avoid one country. Please advise.
When a booker schedules an email and the confirmation email comes to our inbox, their email is in the body of the confirmation email. When we reply to that email to follow-up or respond to a question, it only says "Zoom Scheduler" in the "to" field not the booker. How we do get the booker info in there, so that we can reply/follow-up?
