I created a Zoom account and run it through my Acuity Scheduling page. When clients schedule appointments with me via Zoom both they and I receive a "An error has occurred message."
When i used to schedule a meeting through zoom, it would automatically save to my outlook just once. Now it is saving it twice - one with the link and the other as an invite. Why does this happen? The old system worked just fine. This is a professional account so all I need is the syncing to outlook, but why does it replicate twice!?
Zoom links generated in scheduled meetings (by others) is associated with the wrong account. I have 3 accounts with different email addresses. How do I change account associated with links created in scheduled meetings by other admin.
Hi allI’m trialling Zoom Scheduler, and I’m keen to make my schedule public. What I don’t want is for any salesperson to book time with me whenever they see fit! How do I set a precondition that I have to approve all requests for an event before the event is created? TVM Matt
Hi there, I'm having such a bad time trying to fix this matter. The thing is when I try to schedule a meeting using the Teams Add-in I get a loading meesage "Zoom is trying to add a meeting..." and I get prompted a web browser to a page stationg "Zoom has found a proble. Visit Support page..." https://zoom.us/office365/addzoom?_host_Info=Outlook$Win32$16.02$es-ES$$$$16 I don't have Zoom installed on this computer and the Zoom Add-in for Outlook was removed aswell a while ago, it won't appear on the Add-in list in Outlook configurations, not even on the Disabled tab. I tried the Zoom Cleaner but for company policies it's not allowed to run the tool. Also tried cleaning temporary files, looking at Program Files for Zoom folders, App Data. I ever reinstalled the whole Office package and no luck. If my explanation is confusing or not clear, I recorded the issue so you can see what is happening: Grabando #1.mp4 Thank you!
I would like to have the user that is scheduling time on the public scheduler page have the time format as 12 hour vs the 24 hour format. Right now it is 120013001400 I would rather it say 1200 100200 Is there a way to do this? I feel like I am missing it somewhere.
I have scheduled a series of meetings with my team and included them at attendees. For some of my team, when they log-in to their zoom account, these meetings are listed there however for others, they arent. I have doubled checked spelling of the email addresses. All attendees use the same format email address as from a work account. There are only 8 of us in the meetings so shouldnt be an issue of capped numbers. I know I could integrate our emails however as these links are to be available at any time, I am reluctant to use this integration. Some of my team arent great with technology, so want them to be able to click on the zoom app icon and the meetings be there straight away whether it be from their PC or their ipad. The inconsistency between attendees is the part that has me stumped. Any theories? Any tips for getting these meetings listed in their zoom accounts?
Hi evryone, since I added the Google Calendar, which I like, I can´t find the meeting links anywhere!! HELP!
Hello - I've embedded a Zoom scheduler link via iframe to our app, was wondering if there is a way our app could receive a confirmation once a meeting is booked. Ideally, this confirmation will come via a postMessage API. This is the data transmitted to the outer page every time the user does anything: {type: 'adjustSize', height: '100%'}. Thanks!
How is it possible that a zoom invite can be copied, and an invitee can send a future zoom invite to others?
Zoom got updated recently and the interface has changed. I used to leave only the upcoming meetings window, it was compact and informative. Now I cannot find how to hide the 'Home' or 'Calendar' but leave the 'Upcoming meetings' window. So basically I want the old interface described in this https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0060655 article. Can anyone assist me with that?
I am trying to leave Zoom open to have a meeting anytime. When I try to set scheduling for re occuring meetings, it will not SAVE?
Hi, I am facing an issue. Please help. While scheduling a new meeting It ask for ICS file each time I schedule a call which automatically gets opened in new outlook instead of old outlook. I remember when first time it happened it asked me to choose whether scheduled meeting to be opened in new outlook or old outlook, I selected new outlook and since then I am facing the issue. However I am not able to figure out how to change the selection back to old outlook ? so that when I schedule a new meeting in zoom it opens meeting details in old outlook instead of new outlook
When scheduling a meeting in zoom it used have give me a pop up to send the calendar invite to the participants that I enter their email address. Why don't I get that option any longer.

こんにちはzoomミーティングのスケジュールを外部のユーザーと調整できるスケジュール機能に期待していますが、メール含めて日本語化できないのでしょうか
I begin by apologizing for using the "Scheduler" location for this post because the issue I wish to raise does not fit neatly into any of the listed Locations. Specifically, I wanted to submit general feedback and Zoom does not provide a simple way for doing this. I had previously posted my disappointment with the decision to remove the ability to schedule recurrent , but undated, meetings from the Zoom app. Since then I have noticed that others share the disappointment. What I have not seen is any explanation from Zoom as to why this was done and whether any effort will be directed at addressing the matter. Providing a substantive response to my issue, as well as those posted by others, may take time but it also reflects respect for your users and clients, expecially after they have taken the time to post an issue.Respectfully,
I am making a series of meetings for my school. This link will be shared on social media so that people can register for whichever date they would like. However, my colleague and I are alternating each week. The day before the meeting, we send a reminder to the people that registered for the following day. If I create a recurring meeting with all of the dates, including the ones for meetings my colleague will host, can she go in and see the participants and send them a reminder? We are trying to not have two links with different dates on each. We want to have a single unified meeting link that can be easily shared on communication to prospective students!
We are utilizing Zoom Rooms and Tap Schedulers. One thing that I haven't been able to find is how to get the tap scheduler to display the meeting name on the device instead of only who the creator of the meeting is. It's nice to see if a room is Available or Busy but people wouldn't necessarily know what room to go into since it appears we can only get the tap scheduler to show the creator of the meeting. I'm just curious if this is possible, or if it's something that could be added in a future update to Zoom Rooms for Tap Schedulers.
Hello A number of my customers don't turn up for zoom meetings. They all point out the same issue When Zoom sends an invite, they click accept but this meeting does not automatically appear in their calendar. They need to manually download the invite from the Zoom email. Why does it not automatically add to their calendar, like all the other providers do?
Can you schedule a meeting from your office desk top for sometime in the future and host that meeting at a different location from a different computer and IP address?
Hi!Can I make it so that each of my schedules in the Zoom Scheduler checks a different calendar for conflicts? For example, I want one schedule to check my just personal calendar for conflicts, and another to check my work calendar AND my personal calendar for conflicts. The way I see it now, the calendars you select for conflicts will be applied to all the schedules you have created. Thanks!
I'm in EDT and my recipients are in EDT, CDT, and Arizona, which is Mountain time and has no daylight savings time. How do I indicate the correct time for each generated email?
Is it possible to schedule a meeting that is as long as 720hours? I want invitees to be able to come and go in that period of time, without a moderator. Is this possible? Thanks!
I would like to know if there is a way to request information from someone that books a meeting with you that they need to add to their details at the time of booking - so I have an idea of who they are and their account info please?
