I would like to add Zoom Scheduler to my website for prospects to book meetings. How can I find the link to just add this?

The option to send a quick survey email is available for one-on-one meetings but not available for team schedules, which is really inconvenient. When will this feature be available ? 

Hey there! Does Zoom scheduler allow for you to create 4+ meetings for a singular company in which each user chooses a time that works for them? My use case is as follows: Company XYZ will have 4 training sessions booked for their team. I set up the 4 meeting times, but I need the 100 users to select a time that works best for them without the need to forward invites. Can this be accomplished with Zoom Scheduler? 

Hi there, I just started using Zoom Scheduler (it's been awesome so far). I have a question; I have created 6-7 one-off meeting links to share with people and there is some crossover with the slots I selected on my calendar. If Person A books one of these slots, when Person B clicks on their link, will the slot I selected still be one of the available options even though it's been booked over? Or will Zoom automatically remove that slot. Thanks!

Hi, how do I change the default meeting duration time when setting up a meeting? Currently it's set at 30 minutes and I would like to change it to 1 hour. Many thanks.

Apologies if this is answered somewhere and my searches didn't bubble it up.  I'm trying to use scheduler to allow contacts to choose between multiple time slots.  However, one to many appears to cap at 200 maximum attendees despite this being a hybrid in-person (500 can attend) and Zoom (we have large meetings with 1000 attendees).  Has anyone figured a way around this?  Thanks!

I spent quite a while setting up my availability for one meeting type (hour-long podcast recording).When I added a second meeting type, the availability did not migrate over.  How do I sync my availability across all meeting types?

Is there a way to limit how soon someone can schedule a meeting? For example, I sent someone my Zoom scheduler link at 4:37p and they scheduled a meeting with me at 5p. I'd like to be able to give myself an hour leeway to prepare.

My Scheduler Public Page is not working. I tried changing the URL in settings to see if that would help. I've tried it in Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and on multiple computers. Please help!

I have 4 different options for my customers to schedule meetings.  The problem is, for example, I have availability tomorrow but when a customer tries to schedule a time, it does not show available for them.  Is this a setting somewhere that requires a time frame to be able to schedule with a certain period of time?

Yesterday we had a huge zoom meeting setup just like we have always done, but yesterday the host was not allowed to start the meeting. He was only allowed to join the meeting we ended up having to conduct the meeting via phone conferencing.  Today the same issue came up. I ended up having to send out a revised zoom invitation under a different account we have with Zoom and there were no issues. Why is zoom only letting us join a meeting and not allowing us to start the meeting? 

Does anyone know if Zoom is planning on allowing for copy/paste in the Alt Host field when scheduling? I frequently need to create multiple Zoom meetings in the Scheduler and have to manually type in 8-10 email addresses/names for Alt Hosts in each Meeting (30+ meetings each time). It would be very helpful to have this ability/feature. Cheers,Emily

How do I change which email address the zoom meeting invites are coming from in Outlook? All my zoom meetings are being scheduled on the wrong calendar, and coming from the wrong email address. 

Hi. Can you please share how to see those who registered to the Webinar meeting link?

I have Ghostery ad blocker installed and have had it for a few years now. Scheduling meetings with Zoom Chrome Extension has worked fine until early June 2024.  Now I click "Make It A Zoom Meeting" in the calendar event editing page and I get this error message: "calendar.google.com says / Schedule meeting failed. Please try again". Switching off Ghostery entirely (eg for every site) fixes it, but obviously I don't want to switch off my ad blocker for every site! Trusting zoom.us and calendar.google.com sites in Ghostery doesn't fix it. Thoughts as to what is going on? Is there a new site which needs whitelisting or is the Scheduling extension doing something it shouldn't be...?

Hey ,  I have several shared zoom scheduler links with users who have been deleted. I can't figure out how to delete these shared schedules since they were the owner however we have deleted them from our account. Any suggestions? 

Is there a way to set up my sessions to be reoccurring in Zoom Scheduler. So that if they sign up for 1PM on Tuesday that is every Tuesday at 1PM? 

In using the App, I scheduled a recurring meeting for the 1st Saturday of each month, at a specific time without an end date on this recurring meeting.  The invitation says the meeting is for any time, not the specific time. When I use the web portal to schedule, it does not give me the option to not have an end date for the reoccurrence.    It only allows me to select a certain date or a number of occurrences.  I need the invitation to say what I created. 

I'd like to be able to charge for a Zoom call.  Like a consultation.  Is there a way to do that?

I will be the host of the meeting. If I only know the email address of one person who I want to invite to the meeting, can that one person send the invitation to others so they can use the same link to attend?

My company is looking to shift to Scheduler from Calendly. As I have tested out Scheduler, one thing I can't figure out is how to have the participant's name show up in the title on Google Calendar, as it does on Calendly.Instead, the meeting type shows up (ex 15 minute meeting) and I have to click into the meeting on Google Calendar to see who I am meeting with. These are all one-on-one meetings and it is a time suck to have to click into each meeting on Google Calendar when I have multiple meetings in a day.

When giving a link to a client to schedule a meeting in my calendar, is there a way to limit their ability to cancel or reschedule the meeting.  I'd prefer to approve their change before it is updated...thanks!

hello I have my google account synchronized with my zoom account, in contact menu appears all my contacts, but when I have to schedule a meeting and want to input a attenden from my contact list, zoom do no autocomplete the email contact.Wich could be the cause...I appreciate any clue
