Yesterday, our members were not able to use the meeting invitation we have used for along time. We were referred to another useless meeting code which did not work. Device:MacBook air, latest version, Details: tried various ways to contact for help-no results.

Our desktop support team would like to use to Zoom Scheduler, but they need a way for the appointment booker to specify the location where the meeting should take place. They tried this workaround: put TBD in the location field, disable online meeting option, add required question for user to specify a location, but unfortunately the question response is buried in the body of a calendar invite. Since they are viewing meetings on their phones in the field, they really need the alternate location to show up as a location in the calendar invite location field. 

Hello, I have just added zoom scheduler to my account. While setting up an appointment booking page and exploring the feature, I am noticing that scheduler is showing my entire schedule as available-- even though most of my calendar throughout the week is booked. To state this another way, when someone looks at my scheduler page they will see a list of times that I am not actually available due to external appointments that do show on the calendar I have synced with my zoom account. Is two-way calendar sync not available? Is there a setting that I have missed somewhere?  What I would like to do is use zoom scheduler to have folks add appointments to my calendar that do not conflict with events that are already on the calendar. 

I use paid Zoom licenses with all my co-workers in a tech support environment. We schedule meetings with clients using the meeting calendar BUT these calendars are individual specific - meaning having a team calendar where anyone can start the meeting without the original person is problematic. Yes we can add a co-host to a meeting later but i want to know is there a way to create an actual TEAM scheduling link - where any member of the team can administer the meeting or is there a way to auto-add a co-host when the scheduling link is used?

Looking to find out how to configure two devices that will be using the same Outlook email address with in the portal. The actual Zoom room is configured to pull from outlook for upcoming meetings. I am tiring to install a Crestron room scheduler outside the room that will be using the same email as the Zoom room.  Any guidance would be much apricated.  

Since the last changes in mid July I have been having two problems.When I copy and send a Zoom link to a client - it no longer has the date of the meeting in the invitation. I has July 16 (it is now August 1).Also I was told by clients that it sent the wrong time (today it said 9 am despite the meeting being at 9:30.)I am a psychotherapist and depend on Zoom and this is a real problem. I guess I could always put the correct date and time in the subject line, but now I no longer trust this Zoom that I pay monthly for. 

Hello, I am new to Scheduler. I have a schedule set up that is recurring each week with the same hours for availability. That was easy and I am having no issues there. What I am trying to figure out is how to block off an odd day/time where I don't happen to be available. It would be for that occasional use when I have another commitment. Is this possible?Thanks,Stephen

I want to create monthly date ranges and time slots from which clients can choose meeting times with me based on times I invite them to choose from.

I have set up a date range of days with slots throughout but i need to delete some of the slots and some of the days but cant find where to do that

Hello, I would like to know if a Zoom scheduling integration exists similar to apps out there like Donut, Random Coffee, and Coffee Pals, where a chat bot assists with randomly pairing team members on a monthly basis to help schedule a time for those team members to meet for an informal 30min meeting. We are looking to incorporate these informal coffee dates for our staff and I noticed the integrations exists but haven't figured out if something like that exists for Zoom which is our teams main platform for communication. We also use Outlook and it looks like this feature is available through Teams but I would like to avoid having something on a separate platform. Thank you!

I created a scheduler calendar - but it's not recognizing my existing meetings in Zoom to block off those times in my schedule. What is the issue?I create the meetings right in Zoom.

I want to set up a Zoom Scheduler for a series of 1:1 meetings that will happen over a two-week timeframe. My availability to meet on Monday of the first week is not the same as my availability to meet on Monday of the second week. Ditto for Tuesday, Wednesday, etc. Is there a way to set this up without having to send meeting guests a separate link for my first-week availability and my second-week availability?  I've already looked everywhere I can find in Zoom and even outside Zoom for help with this problem, but it seems like something EVERYONE would want to do, so I suspect there's just something I don't understand about how Scheduler works. (I'm brand new to it!)Thanks for any help you can offer!

Since I've been on Zoom, over 7 years, I've had my own forever link (not to be confused with Personal ID link) at the bottom of scheduled meetings. I use this with all regular clients in my calendar, and when it's time to start the meeting, I go into zoom and tap start.  This week I had an unavoidable zoom by phone, not laptop. I ensured it was fully set up and had the meeting. When I was back on laptop, I noticed my forever link was gone. I uninstalled zoom from my phone. I uninstalled zoom from my laptop and reinstalled. No improvement, link is still missing. I need this link because if I try to borrow it from an already scheduled meeting despite it being my forever link and not an original link, it brings with it the client who's schedule I pulled it from. All I want is my forever zoom link that sat at the bottom of all scheduled meetings on the MEETINGS tab, back. 

Hi community. Please help. I schedule meetings for my account reps and they are not seeing any bookings come through to them when we are testing it. I have tried them as the "owner" and with the "edit" option turned on. Both have failed. I need my account rep that I have added the schedule and myself to get the notification when a meeting is booked. How do I do that?

Hi everyone, I am just about to launch an online course with zoom support. People can have a free trial or sign up.I am wondering about having different zoom links for them?For example, after a week free trial, and they don't sign up to the course, they will still have the zoom link that the paying members use. Wondering if there's any workaround here?Thanks so much in advance!Rachel

NEED SOLVED TO USE ZOOM SCHEDULER VS CALENDLY  Issue: I have a team with multiple hosts and each have different meeting types. With that said, we need 1 link to send clients to so they can book with different hosts on our team. When sending a booking confirmation email, how do I remove the "One tap mobile" and "dial by location" in the email that will be sent to the person who booked? TIA

Customer support is disgusting.  I have Zoom but cannot find icon or speak to a representative. I need to initiage conferences and so on.  This is a new computer.     Time is of the essence.   What does this have to do with microsoft?   Why am I unable to speak to a human?   The AI menu is circular and unhelpful. ***********

I have been trying to find this answer for several days and I'm losing patience.  How can I set up a meeting schedule for only a month? Right now, the weekly schedule appears to be permanent and I do not want it set up that way. Is there a way to eliminate months or specific dates within a month that I do not want to have meetings scheduled (I want to meet on that day of the week, but not on certain dates within the month due to other commitments)? 

hi everyone, are we not able to create an availability with x:15 time? for example, 9:15AM, 10:15AM, etc? TIA

Is it possible that our Zoom Scheduler routing form could crash from too much simultaneous activity? We had a Scheduler link at an event this evening and our form says that we have captured 74 responses, however only a handful of events were actually scheduled and appear on our calendars. In the moment, folks were not able to click and schedule an option from the calendar.  The calendar view would show up and then the dates would disappear from the available options. Anyone experience similar issues or have a solution to provide?

I do remember could invite someone by email, they could use my ZOOM to schedule a ZOOM meeting  

First off - Zoom support sucks. "WHY???" Just why, guys. I have had the paid subscription to the zoom scheduler for a couple of years now, loved it (notice the past tense here?). I have a link to my public page in my email signature and most recently, more specifically in early May, the link has stopped working. My clients have reportedly clicked the link to schedule time with me and my public page just spins and spins. I thought it was nice for a while, because my clients had to figure out their own problems and my calendar was a bit slow. But now it's just irritating. I went and tried the link myself and sure enough, they were right (dammit), the link just brings me to a page that spins. I've tried everything: Updated my browser, tried from different browsers, deleted my history and cache, deleted the link in my email and pasted a new one... EVERYTHING.  To top it off, I've tried chatting with the stupid auto-fed zoom VA and I've searched the community forums. Som

I cannot pin point exactly when this changed but I believe it was around the same time the interface change, which is not efficient for my application.   I have 4 meeting options that my customers can choose from and schedule.  1 hr, 1.5 hour, 2hour, and 3hour sessions.  Previously, depending on the session length they choose, it would show my calendar availability for that length of meeting.  Now it appears that it will not show any availability for approximately 1 week out.  I need my customers to be able to schedule the next day, if I am available.   I am having to go back to manual scheduling for last minute meetings, which is very time consuming. I love the scheduler because it saves me so much time in back and forth emails.  I have removed all limitations to time line but it does not change my availability that shows.   Please help!
