What does FOC mean?

That means final order confirmation and is a good thing indicating the losing carrier is ready to release your number(s) to Zoom.

Best.

@ShelleyP ,

 FOC means Firm Order Confirmation. So you should be getting an email from the Zoom Porting team if you have not already received one on when your porting date is to be scheduled.

I hope that this helps.

hi molinarojas,

i do not think an earlier date will be possible.  the firm order confirmation (foc) date is provided by your old carrier.

zoom has extensive porting information available such as porting guides for various countries and areas and a faq on porting.
