Hello, I have a Google Pixel 7a phone. When I join a video call, my camera is in portrait mode. If I try and turn my phone landscape, the video turns sideways rather than the camera switching to landscape mode. Ie, the view stays in portrait mode but my camera is showing everything on its side.  I can't see any options to rotate my camera manually. Is there any way for me to manually ensure my camera switches between portrait and landscape mode (either before or during the call)?  Thank you in advance!

My company is migrating with another; we plan to move to another Zoom account. How do we go about transferring our Zoom phones? Can we port numbers between Zoom accounts?

Tried entering letter password with phone keys, using corresponding number for the key.  Didn't work that way.  So how do I enter a letter password on phone keys?

I have 2 zoom phone numbers to accommodate 2 different companies. But when people call either number, they are displayed the same way- making it impossible to determine WHICH phone number was being called. Is there a way to personalize the incoming display to show which number is being called. Along the same lines, is there a way to display which number was called under ALL HISTORY? I am using the phone and desktop app. Version 5.17.11

How can I add a regional phone number that Zoom does not list?  Malawi Africa.

Just going live today and we had planned on using the Power Pak license with the Zoom Assistant as a receptionist console.  It presents a very usable list of users with their current presence.  I'm having problems with users who has enabled calendar and contact integration.  When they have a calendar item their status changes to "in meeting event."  For users who schedule tasks for themselves that doesn't necessarily mean they are unavailable to take phone calls.  When a user has a calendar item and locks their PC their status remains "in meeting event" rather than updating to Away because the PC was locked. This makes using the Zoom Assistant as a receptionist console pretty difficult.  Any thoughts/suggestions?

We have some classrooms where common area phones are installed in order to reach the IT support desk, or Security (and call 911 if necessary) but should not be used to call any external number.We were able to do this with our old phone system but we have not been able to recreate this with Zoom Phone. Has anyone been able to do this?

Hi all, I tested the above scenario and it seems the dial by extension can reach a Zoom Phone Pro user's extension, but is unable to reach a Zoom Phone Basic user's extension. I thought a Zoom Phone Basic had the ability to receive transferred calls? Or is this only applicable for transferred calls from another user but not from the auto receptionist? A Zoom Support article would definitely help. Thank you.

User has voicemail greeting set to American Male - Joey and without any action, the message is now a generic message about the phone number isn't available using a Spanish female voice. 

I have configured the Account Management > Account Settings > Zoom Phone > Automatic Call Recording = True / Enabled. I have ensured the Access Member List includes my accounts and I have access to Access, Download, Delete, Play all recordings. When I log into Zoom and go to Phone > Recordings tab, there are no calls in the list to listen to. Can I please get some assistance with this issue?

Hi All, With hybrid working we have many team members working from home using VPN. Recently both parties on a call experience no audio when on a Zoom Phone to Zoom Phone call whilst on the VPN. If they switch off the VPN it works fine.  Has anyone experienced this and solved the issue without switching off the VPN, or using split traffic for Zoom. We have no issues with Zoom meetings over the VPN. ThanksPaul 

Hi,How can we reassign new Zoom Phone Numbers to team members? Their existing phone numbers are triggering SPAM ALERT messages for outbound calls. Please advise.

Is it possible to set it up to where if no one answers it will go to voicemail? We have it setup to where if it will ring to person one, then if one doesn't answer it goes to person two then if two doesn't answer it goes to person three. If person three doesn't answer we want it to go to voicemail but instead it circles back to person one. Anyway to fix this? Thanks!

Why is it that we can't connect an analog phone to an ATA and use it with Zoom Phone but we can use an ATA for fax? That's what I was told by the sales rep.

In the desktop Zoom client, my voicemails have recently starting automatically deleting without even playing when I click the play button. Any advice would be welcome.

Majority of our users are in the USA.One of our Zoom Phone Users is in Philippines, Is there anything i can do to change user's region on his account to improve call quality? Or Zoom Phone adjusts it automatically based on where the app is used from?

I use Zoom Desktop and Zoom iOS, however, I do not want to receive calls through Zoom iOS as I take all calls through Zoom Desktop, and only use iOS for chat when I'm away from my desk. Is there any way to turn off the calling feature on Zoom iOS that is not uninstalling or logging out of the app?

I want to create a voicemail box that plays a message only.  So when a caller calls the number is says blah,blah,blah.  Can I set it up so the number is directly to the voicemail and not a device assigned to a user or common area?
