I activated a new phone line yesterday (I'm the Zoom account owner), made the full configuration as required, but when I try to make a call via the mobile app or via my desktop app, I get a message saying “it is impossible to make the call, please try again later”. I would like to point out that all my software's are in up-to-date versions and that all my devices have the required configurations for Zoom IP calls.Do any of you have this problem?
Zoom cancelled our active SMS Campaign and asked us to resubmit a new Campaign. After a couple of quick rejections, our current Campaign has been in Pending status for close to 4 weeks?! Client support continues to be of no help, so looking for any other options other than just giving up and switching services. We only use it for client meeting confirmations and reminders, so any help appreciated.
Just today, callers are unable to call us. They get a recording suggesting that Zoom phone is now out of order. Does anyone know how to get Zoom to correct this problem.
PCでイヤホンを使い音楽等は聞けるが、zoomphoneでかけると、相手の声が聞こえない。向こうには聞こえている。
Hi,The problem just started yesterday, for no apparent reason, that incoming calls go directly to voicemail. With the message: "We are sorry, there is no one available to take your call"We're a small business with just one phone number, 2 people, one userI opened a ticketThe ticket response came in the next day asking to check business hours and queue.I checked business hours (7 days, 24 hours), and checked Calls in Queue (I have no queue)I replied - no response yet. Maybe no response till after Labor Day? Meanwhile my customers are not able to reach me. Any help would be much appreciated
I have zoom meetings and phone. The video meetings continue to function normally, but today when I try to make an outgoing phone call from my laptop, I get a message on my screen "Not connected, trying to reconnect". It never connects. I am out of the office at a public WIFI network, but connection appears to be fine. (had zoom video meeting) Incoming phone calls connect to voicemail, and messages are received. I can send outgoing SMS messages on the same phone without problem. No changes have been made to any administrative settings. SOLUTION - I switched the laptop to my cellphone's hotspot instead of the public WIFI, and I was able to make zoom phone calls on my laptop!
I believed to have setup the phone system, however, all inbound calls go directly to voicemail. Unless, they know my extension. Can you set it up so that all calls can be answered unless I decline and then they go to VM? Thanks, in advance.
How can the admin activate a user account without sending an invite to the users?
I'm trying to connect with SSO on my phone. I'm receiving a message that I have to update my zoom to 6.1.11, but the update isn't available on google play. Did anyone had this problem? Thank you!
Is there a way to remove the extension number? I have tried to unlink myself from the number but it will not let me as I'm administrator. Is there another way to go about this? We want patients to be able to directly call our main number without having to put in an extension number. The call only comes through to my zoom app if the extension is put in. No voicemail is recorded if extension number is not done even though it goes through the whole voicemail process and recording. Any help is greatly appreciated
Is there a way to force all Phone users to use the company's main number as the default outbound caller id? I know we can allow them to choose, but we need to have everyone default to the main number. If there is a way to do this, I've yet to find it! Thanks in advance for any help.
Hey everyone! We have some of the Poly phone handsets to accompany our Zoom phone and I wasn't sure if you guys had encountered the following issues and/or if anyone has a workaround! We've found that when you change the outbound caller ID in the Zoom client, the phone still won't make calls out from that number, even after resetting and seems bound by whatever settings it was given upon initial setup. Another thing we can't seem to figure out is how to transfer directly to a voicemail from the handset? All of these processes are so straight-forward in the Zoom client/web app, but not on the hardware! Any insight at all is very much appreciated!
Does Zoom record a list of calls forwad/redirected to external numbers? Can the administrator search for a history of calls made forward to an external number? Is this possible? If possible, how to do it?
I am trying to figure out how to forward one of my call queues to an external number when the call queue is selected from the IVR auto attendant. The call queue has its on toll free number as I thought that might be a requirement. I just can't figure out how to route it to the external number.
Can I get help adding add-ons to my zoom phone plan. When I go to plans and billing I can only see a limited amount of zoom phone add-ons.
Is it possible to answer calls automatically in the zoom phone application, without need of manual intervention? How can I do this configuration?
All, I'm looking to set the same time zone on all of our physical phones in our organization. All of the phones are located in the same time zone. How do I go about setting the time zone for all of the current (and future) phones so they default to the time zone we're in? I've been able to change them one at a time, however, I have too many phones to do this individually. Thanks!
We receive calls from a client, in which Zoom tells me that I need to dial 1 to be able to answer the income call, I need to remove this configuration so the calls always come in automatically, without the need to dial any number and therefore, place an automatic forward to another number of a specific employee. But Also I need to set these automatic incoming calls at a specific work time How can I do this?
Hello everyone,I am experiencing issues with the recent Zoom update in our seafood processing company based in the UAE. Since the update, we’ve encountered several problems, including [briefly describe the issues—e.g., connectivity problems, audio/video issues, or specific feature malfunctions].These issues are affecting our operations, as we rely heavily on Zoom for internal communications, virtual meetings with clients, and coordinating with our international teams.I would appreciate any guidance or solutions from the community or Zoom support. Has anyone else in the UAE or in similar industries faced these challenges? If so, how did you resolve them?Thank you for your help!
I am looking for a way to turn off the Zoom default voicemail instructions. Currently, when a caller reaches us, they hear the voicemail recording that we have created as an .MP3, but then they hear a zoom default recording that says "no one is here to answer your call...". It is jarring and seems really unprofessional. Please help me turn off this default voicemail instructions recording!!
Why can't you simply ad hoc add a personal external number to your Zoom Phone without having to invite, blah, blah blah!
Hi, Is it possible to use 1 number for all users to receive and send SMS? How do I set that up? Thanks
Hi, I am having trouble with the initial setup for my zoom phone account. Firstly, I am unable to see my caller ID as the same number that I've rented, underneath my dial pad it says my caller ID is 800. I am also unable to make calls and thought that this would be linked to my first issue. I want to make international calls to the US from Australia with the basic phone plan. Do I need a provider carrier exchange for this. Please help
Are there any ways to customize the Zoom client or add macros to make certain tasks one click? We are preparing to roll out Zoom Phone and it would be nice to offer our reception staff a simple, one-click or single button press way to sign in and out of call queues. Our reception staff will have phones running the Android-based Zoom client and will physically move locations to cover breaks. Being able to press a button to sign out of call queues before the next receptionist comes up and signs into the phone will make the transitions easier. I know there are various methods to do this with the desktop, mobile, and phone-based client, but those usually involve at least a few clicks. Thank you for any suggestions
Hey, I was wondering if anyone has found a way for a clickable phone number (tel or callto) to open up in zoom phone and immediately start dialing it. I have it working with the Windows default apps to show the number in app but the user still needs to press the dial button. I need to save them that click, so once a user clicks on a phone number in the web it immediately starts dialing. Any help would be appreciated! We have some developers looking into the smart embed, but if we get this to work we might be able to avoid all that development.
