How do we add a status indicator button/light to a desk phone or the Zoom Workplace app that shows there is an incoming call to a queue?  If this is not possible, how do we submit this as a feature request? The button would also allow users to pick up the call.

Hi all,I am working on developing a Zoom Phone integration with an audio-based chatbot, and I’m wondering if there’s a way to automatically accept incoming voice calls. My goal is to have the chatbot handle the call right away without requiring manual intervention or any additional steps.Is there a setting or API endpoint in Zoom Phone that would allow this? Any advice or resources would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

My SMS campaign tells me that because I'm a sole owner I will need further verification. They will send me an OTP via text messaging. I have not received a text message and I assume this is because I don't own a US number. Because the campaign required a US number, I put the phone number that I have just registered through zoom. Obviously, text messaging hasn't been set up yet fgor this number.My regular phone is an Australian number which is on my Zoom account profile. How can I get past this?

In the Zoom Admin Dashboard you are able to see your call quality. Ours usually sits right at 100%. However, today we've seen this drop to 80% which doesn't sound bad but we're having reports from our users that callers sound like "robots". Has anyone else experienced this? There also isn't a clear outlier in the bottom sections where it splits it up by device, ISP, and video codec. They are all similar. Our internet connection to most locations was stable all day so I don't think it was that.

I am new and having the same problem... I am unable to call the UAE, Armenia, and Turkey.  Says "Sorry, we cannot complete your call.  Your service plan does not support calling this destination."  Is there a setting I need to change, or what?I could call the US, Canada, UK, and other European countries without any issue. I subscribed to the US & Canada unlimited calling plan, $15 a month, and am using the Pay-as-you-go option to call the rest of the world.

Hello!I've been travelling in the last few weeks and my Zoom phone account was shut down 2 days ago due to 1 outstanding invoice.The one outstanding invoice has been paid. I need to regain access and have the company phone number operational.How to regain access? Do I have to have a phone extension, can I just have the direct call come through with out having the caller dial an extension? If so how do I do that?Also, can I have the call transfer to another line if I am on a call? If so how do I do that?

Please help.  When a call is made or picked up from just one phone number under my account, it triggers the prompt "This call may be recorded for quality assurance."  I have no call recording enabled on any account, so please don't direct to the instructions to turn off the toggles for recording and ad hoc recording. Has anyone experienced or does anyone know how to disable?  Again, it's only happening on one phone number line.

Hi,I've been using a Skype VoiP number as my business phone and SMS for years. After Skype's retirement, I ported my number to Zoom. My phone works fine, but I can't seem to get my SMS working. I get the same error message saying:"Make changes to the errors shown in the Rejection reason section and then resubmit.{"description":"Mobile Phone Number not supported. Must be a Mobile Phone Number that can receive SMS messages.","code":551,"fields":["mobilePhone"]}"I am also getting mixed support by Zoom. Last tech support stated that I cannot setup SMS campaign on a VoiP number, and that I would have to use a regular cell phone number for SMS, which would defeat the purpose of this whole setup to begin with. Any advice please? Our users have brought to our attention the inconsistency between the Zoom Phone Mobile App and Zoom Phone Windows client. In the mobile app when answering a call you swipe right to left (left to right to reject) and when you answer a call in the windows client you swap left to right to answer (right to left to reject).  This has caused some users who use both devices regularly to mistakenly reject calls and vice verse. Consistency one way or the other for both apps may be an improvement.

All our Yearlink T43U phones have today just suddenly started displaying a warning message, indicating that the "User default pwd is in use". All these phones were provisioned 3 months with a non-default password. I've tested the default admin password on these phones and it doesn't work, as it should. Tested the non-default admin password, and that works. Not sure what set these warning messages off. They all have the latest firmware version: 108.86.3.1

We have park buttons on desk phones, 801,2,3,4. When users answer calls on mobile app, the first Park is something like 837. How can we get mobile app to have 

If a member of a Fax Call Queue deletes a fax received in the call queue, will it delete the fax for that member only or for all members of the queue? If a fax was deleted in error, can it be retrieved/recovered?

Are there any APIs for Zoom telephone that allow taking full control of the call?I mean, receive the transcript in real time, regarding what the user is saying, use a Websocket or any method to send that text to an NLP process, get back an audio, and send it back to the user? I have my orchestrator (main API) in full control of all the microservices. Is it possible?

Hello, When I download the zoom intune app for my workplace - I am able to get signed in with SSO and everything works great for a day.  A few days later I go into the app to dial out and the dialpad on the zoom phone is unable to be clicked to dial out.  If I uninstall the app and install, it works fine.  All other features of zoom work such as meetings etc.Samsung S24 UltraThank you!

Hello, I am trying to get to settings so me or my people get an email notification when there is a new voicemail.  Tried using chat function to get this answer.  Finally clicked on the Enable Email button     It says email notifications will go out per email list  But I cannot find this email list.  Googled the question etc. Called our company line and left a voicemail, and no notification came to my email . Does anyone know where to find this email list?

Is there a way to transfer a call directly to another user's voicemail from a desk phone (we're using Cisco 8861s) even when they are not using their phone? With our previous provider, we were able to key a zero before the user's extension and it went directly into their voicemail rather than ringing their phone line. I am hoping that this is a possible feature with Zoom, as well. 

My office uses the Zoom Phone System for our phone calls and I use both the desktop computer Zoom Workplace app and the Zoom Workplace app on my cell phone.  In the last month, if I am on a phone call for more than 20 minutes, the audio from my end stops working.  The call is still connected and I can hear the person talking, but they cannot hear me anymore.  If I quickly switch the call to the other app (i.e. if I'm using the Zoom Workplace app on my cell phone, I switch to the Zoom Workplace app on my computer) the other person can start hearing me again.  Then like clockwork, after about 20 minutes the audio from my end stops working again.  If I switch back to the other Zoom Workplace app again, they can start hearing me again.  And this just keeps repeating after about 20 minutes.  My tech team seems to think this is something with my home network/internet, but I can talk on my personal cell phone at home on this&nbs

I have an external number which is being system blocked, I checked on the account level and reviewed audit logs for user level.  This number has not been blocked.  Has anyone else run into this issue?  Thanks!

Is there a way to set up my holiday/vacation so that calls go directly to my voicemail without ringing?Also, can someone explain the Call Handling options on Holiday List & Call Handling? Should I turn those sliders on or off? I just want the calls to go directly to my OOO voicemail. 

I need to be able to see the phone number of the person I am talking to. I know that you can click a drop down button to see the number, but if I click into another app, then the phone number goes away. How can I have the phone number permanently showing?

I am a very small business just starting out.  I use zoom to forward business call to my personal phone.   When my personal phone rings I would like to determine if it is a personal call or a business call being forwarded by zoom.   Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank yiou

Hi. Our outbound Caller ID shows "Private Line" instead of our company name. I looked up the steps to change it and the company name appears to be in the system correctly so not sure how to address this issue. Our clients won't accept our calls because they think it is a spam call, so this is a significant issue for us. Any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you!
