Question

Zoom version history?

How can I see what Zoom versions I have had installed, that is, my version history?  Why?  Because I was involuntarily recently "upgraded" to 5.6.6.880 which when running caused my Windows 10 computer not to work well--a bad version for me.  I want to go back to a version when Zoom was working adequately, if that is even going to be possible--anyone?  If it is not possible to go back to a working version, then this question is moot.  Rather I will simply have to keep installing newer versions until one hopefully works well (well enough).  Please advise.

    Hi @XB70

Unfortunately, there is no report or tracking of which versions you have installed on your computer. If you would like to look at the list of previous windows versions and choose a specific version you'd like to rollback to, I can provide the download link for that specific version.

Thanks for the offer.  I have "upgraded" to version 5.7.7.1004 (?), and will see how my computer behaves at my next meeting on Monday.  If it is back to normal with 5.7.7 loaded, I will not need to consider "going back" to a previous version.  If however, having Zoom loaded continues to result in browser pages not loading--"not enough resources," Zoom meeting sound being totally garbled unless having the meeting page front and center--previously I could listen even if the meeting was minimized,  and other problems when 5.6.6.880 was loaded, I may need to consider you kind offer.  Thank you.

Do you happen to have the 5.9.1 version but that's compatible for the silicon chip? If so, do you mind sharing please.

    Hello,

I am trying to find a zoom .msi for version 5.6.799

I have a bad install or something and can't upgrade as the uninstall process can't locate the uninstaller files.
I've had this before where if I can point it to a matching .msi file it will finish the uninstall process.

I've opened tickets with Zoom via chat etc and no luck yet.

I just need this version .msi file .. can you help?

    Thanks!

FYI for anyone else having the issue where you need the old zoom .msi installer file to remove it, but can't get an older copy...

I just used this Microsoft tool to remove it.

Bort, I do not need this .msi  now!

I had to run it 2x before it fully worked, but go with all default options when you run it.

I need to blur my background for a Zoom Meeting, but I don't have the old version of Zoom because in the videos they have the old version.

Hey, @Bort , any chance of getting the 64-bit MSI for 5.10.4420?  Have a user stuck on that version and can't uninstall without it.

    Hi @cludena_svb

Sure, here is the download link, but keep in mind you will need to immediately update to 5.11.4, as that is the current global minimum version: https://zoom.us/client/5.10.1.4420/ZoomInstaller.exe?archType=x64

@Bort ,I'm so sorry, but I think I also need the MSI for 5.10.4 (5035).  The user's registry/Programs & Features was pointing to the older version, but this seems to be the one that runs.

And no worries on updating, we're on 5.14.14578, it's just this one install I'm stuck on.
