Zoom does not start on Server 2016

The Zoom.exe does not start anymore on server 2016 since update to 5.16.6.24712. The task appears for a short moment in task-manager and terminates right away. There is no error and no log in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Zoom


Any idea how to troubleshoot this?

Zoom is aware of the issues with Zoom versions 5.16.5 and 5.16.6 on Windows Server 2016/2019. Zoom claims that version 5.16.10 will fix the issue and should be released by the end of November.

Zoom 5.16.2 and lower work fine on windows Server 2016/2019, as I am currently using this version with no issues.

Zoom 5.16.2 and lower work fine on windows Server 2016/2019, as I am currently using this version with no issues.
