RECORDING SETTINGS

HELP!! How do I set up for my recordings to always record with the following happening throughout the recording:

SHARE SCREEN WHEN I WANT TO SHARE SCREEN

RECORD IN GALLERY VIEW WHEN I HAVE US ALL TOGETHER

RECORD IN SPOTLIGHTED SCREEN WHEN I SPOTLIGHT

I have tried so many different settings and it never offers BOTH/ALL to occur interchangeably.

Please help! Thank you!
