Remote control on the newest installer of Zoom has stopped working. It worked on old installers 5-x versions, but if you download the latest windows installer of zoom, and request a remote control from a remote machine in a meeting, i get a promot that REMOTE CONTROLL is not enabled. If old installer is used, same machines, we dont get these prompts of zoom. How do we change this in the new installers to allow remote control option to work ?

The top portion of the top row on my IPAD gets cut off when there is 3 or more rows in the Zoom meeting??

I have an iMac Retina 5k. In zoom meetings it often happens that the image and sound appear staggered with a delay of approx. 2 seconds. So first the sound and the picture follow with a time delay. I can't work like this, does anyone know a solution to this problem and where does it come from?

Why is that I loose the audio when I mute myself? 

I have a business trading stocks and i join a meeting daily called IBD Live hosted by Investors Business Daily. I don't need a paying account to listen, but because the meeting is so important to my success, I signed up for a ZOOM account on 5/9/24 and paid $169.89 (including tax). I still can not access Investors Business Daily's "IBD LIVE" meeting, and this is day #8 that I've missed this meeting. WHO CAN HELP ME AT ZOOM ??I spoke with Investors Business Daily and they advised it's a ZOOM issue.  Zoom is unwilling to assist despite my having signed up for a paying account, which I haven't needed for the past 2.5 years I've been attending these meetings.  Any suggestions since ZOOM refuses to assist>Thanks,  Sandy Shaw aka user name: sailtrade33

To join Zoom workplace meeting, will I require code to sign up and sign in? 

Bit of a weird one, We have a setup consisting of a Crestron MX70 setup using a Crestron Mercury as the desk microphone and speaker.This is also a split combine room so as a secondary input there is a Q-SYS Core 110 running some ceiling mics and speakers .  When the rooms are separate, running the Mecury's all is good. When the rooms are combined all works ok (manual change of microphone / speaker to use the ceiling setup) until you plug in a HDMI cable into the Mercury. The end users then get an echo. Very weird..... has anyone had any similar?

Hello People, I separate two programs from one Zoom account and the meeting templates for the preview account are for the new account. Is there a way to backup these Meeting Templates and upload them to the new account? If anyone can help. Both accounts are open.

I have the latest version of Zoom; today I was reviewing my task manager and saw it running even though I'm not currently using it. My system looks like it restarted -- but Zoom is not enable to start automatically.  I have used the end task command 6 or 7 times and it just keeps rebooting/running in background. I do NOT use any of your other add on services so there is no reason for it be on and using valuable RAM when I'm not using it. Why won't it stop running when end task is used? There are 8 tasks running under the zoom folder in Task Manager and even trying to end each one it just starts up again.  Zoom is acting like a VIRUS. 

Any Zoom meeting I am on, my own or someone else's, will work fine for 15 minutes or so. Then my video will freeze, although my sound and everybody else's sound and video will continue. Then ten minutes or so later the whole thing will freeze for me and I will have to log out and back in again. At which point the cycle restarts. I cant submit a technical support ticket because I only have a basic account. And I am not going to upgrade my account for software that doesn't seem to work. Is there a simple fix?

Ik wil over 2 maanden een langere vergadering plannen. Ik heb nu nog een gratis account. Ik wil wel nu al de link van de vergadering doorsturen maar pas vlak van te voren mijn account upgraden. Als ik dat doe vlak van te voren en ik verleng de vergadering, werkt de eerder aangemaakte link dan nog wel?

I set up a meeting on Zoom 2 weeks ago on my husband's Samsung S23 and set the settings to record to the device. We tried to look everywhere on his phone and cannot locate the recording. Does anyone have any suggestions??

I have a class where I need to record ourselves doing a long discussion - it was 70 minutes long. I was responsible for recording it, but when class ended, I forgot i was saving the file and accidentally pressed Command + Q. Usually when things need to be saved, a window would pop up and ask something like "Would you like to finish saving before quitting?" or something like that, but this time it didn't for some reason - other apps would do this like Word Doc, etc. It didn't mention anything, but now I cannot seem to find my recording anywhere. Is there any way to recover the recording?? PLEASE HELP!!!

I am unable to launch a meeting.  The Error Message is 'your app version needs to be 5.11.4 or higher.  Please contact your IT team to update'.  I am an individual user with no IT team - just me.  I have no clue what this means. I am using a HP laptop with windows 11 with Chrome browser.  Any suggestions?  Thank you. 

hi, recently in the past week, when i try sharing sound for my Videos during Zoom meeting is shows me error code- 'Turn off Voice isolation' which i never did set in the first place!I used a macBook Pro and have a Zoom workplace account. I tried going to my Control center on the Mac however it's still not playing the sound when screen sharing videos.

I am having troubles with sending invites, my attendees are not receiving the email with the invite. Why is this happening?

I am creating Meetings and entering in the dates/times and email address of the person I am scheduling the Zoom Call, and they do not get the email or the calendar invite.  I have to copy the invitation and email it to them separately.  What I want to do is have the invitation go to the email and the calendar.  Why is this not working? 

When ZOOM sends a reminder email to my clients it is coming to them with the WRONG TIME.  We are both in Eastern Timezone and the meeting was scheduled in Eastern Time and my Profile is set to Eastern Time.  But the email reminders are showing Coordinated Universal Time which is 3 hours later than the scheduled time. How do I prevent this from happening? Mike Collins - Exec.  We are providing a lot of courses online. We have 20 zoom accounts (20 zoom licences).  But  we have some time 100 teachers in  for example May month .  It is not reasonable to purchase 100 licences , because some teachers are only for 1 day  or 2 hours  and this will be our only and last colaboration.How teacher can join a meeting an admit people without having the admin start the meeting or be present at all? I don`t want to give to   teachers zoom account login details , but  I am not able  as administrator  make them as host manually  - making them a  host in during each meeting.These teachers are   outside of the organization but has access to the zoom link to join the meeting. I want that teacher   click the zoom link, start the meeting and admit students without me as the admin starting the meeting or being involved or present. After the update on the iPad, any sharing from the host does not return to the Gallery view on the iPad, even if it is checked in the meeting options. Ver. 6.0.5the second error also connected after the update, when the always showmeeting control is set, the top bar appears on the connected iPad, which makes it impossible to see the entire top row of participants - they are partially covered by the top bar with meeting controls.
