About 10 minutes into every Zoom meeting lately my screen freezes, goes gray, and says that Zoom is not responding. Clients can hear me, but after 5 minutes of that Zoom drops me off the call and automatically puts me back in the call. Nothing happens to the client except that they are talking and I miss part of the conversation. This normally wouldn't be a problem except that I am a coach and it's critical to my business that I listen carefully to the entire conversation, not just pieces of it. How can I stop this from happening?
The iPad version of Zoom does not have a volume setting within Zoom, what do you do?With the ability to connect an external camera, the volume seems to be dependent on Ringer.Even if the volume of the iPad is set to maximum before starting Zoom, Low Power Mode and focus mode are deactivated, and in addition, the volume is set to maximum after starting Zoom, there are times when the other party's voice cannot be heard.Has anyone else experienced the same phenomenon?
We have a very complex flow design that attempts to limit hold times by automatically triggering a rollover to our answering service if our internal agents are not available. We are attempting to figure out the best way to notify callers that they will receive a post-call survey without having our agents be the one to notify them. The main issue we're trying to address is that based on how post-call surveys are initiated, there are many endpoints within our flows where an caller may not reach the queue with the post-call survey. These are the options that I've currently identified with our associated concerns. Would be interested to hear if anyone has a similarly complex set-up and how you've built in post-call surveys. "send media" - survey notification is provided as part of the flow. ISSUE: Entering the flow does not mean that an individual will connect with an agent (rollover calls) and if we tell a caller they will get a survey and they don't this could cause confusion."Queue
We have a very important event coming up, I would like to record it to our icloud account but just a few days ago-although my iphone was on 4K, when we went back to produce the program, the video was just about the worst I have ever seen it--- compared to ANY time EVER I've ever recorded something. What are other organizations doing to try to improve quality? I was shocked to see the product. I've tried to get help for our account, but a bot is there to not connect me. When I'm frustrated and disappointed, the bots turn me into someone who isn't rational!thank you for any help ahead of time...
I can't find any information on the Zoom site about how to become a meeting host and schedule a meeting. Can anyone help?
Is there a way to record to the cloud mutiple simultaneous participant screen shares along with their webcam? Ideally, I would like to record the "All Screens Mode" with multiple participants but this is not currently possible. Does anyone from Zoom know if there are there plans to add this as a feature in the future? Thank you,Kathy

Hey there, I'm not able to change settings like Meeting Passcode or Personal Meeting ID Passcode because they are "Locked by admin", but I am the account owner. There are no other users on my account. How can this be fixed? Thanks
Hi, I have been with zoom several years, sharing my meetings on livestream to facebook. But since 1 month ago there´s no option to make the livestream on groups, just on personal profile and facebook pages.It's there another upgrade that I need to make, or what happened?

When I create a New Event in the Outlook calendar, I use the Zoom Add-In to "Add a Zoom Meeting".This works well and is automatically reflected in the Zoom app, on the Zoom schedule. However, if I subsequently change the event meeting time in Outlook, or delete/cancel the event in Outlook, the Zoom app and schedule are NOT updated. Is this the expected behavior?
All the meetings I schedule are sent to people in all different US/CAN time zones. When the recipient registers for a meeting, the email confirmation always shows the meeting time in Eastern Time (my time zone). Is there a way for the confirmation email to show the meeting time in the recipient's time zone? This is causing meetings to be missed as the recipients are overlooking the time showing in Eastern Time.
I would like to make people actively agree on a set of ground rules before they enter the meeting, for example in waiting room. Does anyone know how to do it?

I did a zoom meeting earlier this morning and hit the record button, it then asked the host for permission to record the meeting and she accepted and it popped up on my end that permission has been granted. However at the end of the zoom meeting, the recorded session is nowhere to be found. I searched in my Zoom folder.I looked up today’s date in the search bar.I logged into my zoom and looked under recorded and the last recording shows from 2023. Is there anyway to recover / find this recording? I’m wondering why it didn’t save or if it did where it would be? Is it possible that if I had no storage space on my laptop that it simply did not save because there was no space for it to download? That’s the only reasoning I could think of.

I'm sorry if this isn't the correct area, but I could use some advice.I've just updated to Zoom Workplace, and now have two blue and white arrows that are on top of any app. They are definitely Zoom related, as when I close the app they disappear, and then reappear when I open it. I've tried hovering over them but there is nothing. They don't click. Nothing seems to work. I've had a look through all of the settings I can think of, but can't find out what this feature is, or how to turn it off. Would anyone have an idea?
Hello! The Zoom gallery isn't working properly. When participants join the session, the resolution or size of each person's image is smaller than the available gallery space for each one. It looks like a "picture in picture" in each space assigned to each participant.Zoom It's updated to the latest version.Thak you!
I have used Zoom for years on a PC and have been able to create an invite automatically when setting up a meeting. I was helped by a Zoom rep and told to always have my Outlook app open and schedule on the Zoom App. An email pop would pop up and I'd type the name of the contact and it auto populated the email address. I hit send and the recipient can then accept/decline directly from the invite. I got a Mac and I've spent countless hours trying to set it up to do the same thing and it doesn't work. Not only that, I can't enter an attendee's name or email address manually into the meeting when I click on the schedule icon. It won't accept when I try to paste a copied address from Outlook. When I manually added a personal contact into the Contacts tab, it still didn't auto-populate when I tried to enter the name and there is nothing to choose a contact from. It takes me forever to copy/paste each invite into a separate email and send and I don't get the benefit of the accept/declin
I have a Zoom workplace account. Every time I send Zoom meeting link to China colleagues, they are unable to join/access the meeting.
