Hello, I have an HP laptop that every time I use zoom through it my computer freeyes and turns into a blue screen. I sent the computer to the HP lab for repair and they said it was not a problem with the computer but with the zoom on my computer. I updated the zoom on my computer to the newest version and it still happens.I would appreciate your help on what to do about this as this is a glitch that happens when I use zoom.Thanks,Shenhav

I recorded a coaching session in order to be able to use it as a demonstration. Because there where multiple viewers, I put on the focus mode and made my coach client a co-host. The plan was, that only me and my coach-client where visible but now I see that only I am visible. I recorded it on the cloud. Does anyone know if this can be fixed? I would like us both to be visible. Thanks for reading this and helping me out!
My computer option is disabled and greyed out for me. That's why I am not able to send any file using My computer Option in chat .I am using Windows 10 and zoom version is : 5.17.11 (34827).I have tried different ways like making host each other and also restarting zoom, then also I have tried using zoom app and zoom web login both way but it didnt work. Not able to choose any file from "My Computer" option.
Does anyone know when the recording consent popup feature was released? I think it was early 2021 but can't find any info on it and having issues contacting zoom support on my plan.
Previously, when clicking a meeting link, zoom would open and before joining the meeting I would see a video preview of my camera, after upgrading to v6.0.0 I no longer see the video preview and I'm immediately added to the meeting with my camera on.I found this article: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061118 which mentioned the feature I'm looking for but the video tab in my settings does not have this option.Any ideas on how to get the video preview enabled again? Is this a feature that has been removed? I'm using the Desktop Client v6.0.0 (33147) on macOS and I'm on the Pro plan.
The zoom installation in my work profile v5.10.1 (5163) on my OnePlus9 Android phone doesn't allow me to sign in using google sso. When i click on it, nothing happens. The personal installation of zoom works fine
I have watched the video on creating a meeting and it does not give me the same view. i HAVE CLICKED on MEETINGS but I don't get a "Schedule a Meeting". I have had success in creating the meeting however it NEVER keeps the name I call it. This is really annoying. Every Zoom meeting has the same name. How do I fix this please.
Hello!I have installed Zoom Workspace from the MS Store that comes with Windows 10 and 11.While the official direct exe and msi releases have already reached 6.0.11, the version available from the MS Store has not (yet?) followed the major version jump to 6.x and has not been updated for some time.Will the MS Store version follow to 6.x in the foreseeable future and will it get regular fast updates again, or should I switch to the msi or exe directly available from Zoom to stay up to date?Thanks!
I have been experiencing a problem these past 3 weeks where whenever the host shares the screen the fps drops down to 1 or 2 even when I have a good and stable internet connection and low cpu and memory usage ( I checked it from the statistics tab in zoom app ) and have the latest zoom version and have my windows 11 up to date and I close all the apps and google chrome tabs when I am in the meeting to minimize the cpu usage as well. So I don't know what the problem is.

Hello everyone, I wanted to upgrade (pay sub) to more professional service from google meet to zoom, but i'm having problem with Frames per second, it's laggy as hell when doing screen share. On google meet there is lag, but drastically less. Tried discord the frames are perfect and it's smooth. I have a pro account, but when people try to join my call, it tells them I'm in another meeting, when shouldn't it just put them into the waiting room? I have the waiting room enabled, and it used to work fine, this is a recent glitch. Another thing is that when someone joins my meeting, I'll get an email announcing it, but I won't get a notification within Zoom.
Hi community, I can’t see other participants video while I share a content on my IPad. I used to work on iPad for last 2 years and didn’t have problem like this. But suddenly it happened, probably because of the new zoom version idk. I’m a teacher so I have to see the group in order to ask them questions but now it’s quite impossible for me to work on my iPad. is there anything I can do? I saw similar questions but they all are pretty old and about computer version of zoom not iPad tnank you in advance
I have a business account and a private account, and I'm unable to switch accounts. When trying to 'Add Account' I'm asked to use SSO or Apple only. My private account is simply email+password.How can I manage it in Zoom Workplace? Thanks

I can no longer stream to facebook group by clicking "more" then "live on facebook" as there is no longer an option for my facebook group. I tried using the live streaming app but when I set it up and i'm ready to stream im getting, "Error: Failed to connect to Zoom servicesPlease refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error. If the error persists, contact Zoom support." I have tried refreshing, restarting and logging out and back in. I need help please
Hi All, I recently was required to watch a zoom recording and found that the chat doesn't auto sync to text added into the chat at a given time. Does Zoom not have this functionally? It's quite cumbersome to have to manually search each and every time the lecturer in the video references chat discussion points in the recording. Thank you. Kind Regards, MarkGSargent

i purchased a zoom pro account two weeks ago. Suddenly the 40 minute limit popped up today in my session. Zoom does not have any live person to help since I own a one person business of psychotherapy practice. I don't think it makes sense to buy a 10 license package which allows a live person support. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Hi Team, we are running Citrix DaaS environment with Citrix VDA version 2308 and Zoom VDI Application 5.17.12 (64 bit) version. On end user's endpoint it is running the same zoom vdi application with Citrix Workspace App 2403.1. Zoom VDI is unable to detect the camera both built-in and external USB camera. In the device redirection if the camera redirected is generic then it works but in case if it is optimized camera then it does not work. The generic camera is not an optimum resolution. the camera works on teams call and google meet but does not work in Zoom VDI. I have followed the installation process as per VDI releases and downloads (zoom.com) and also added zoom app on virtual allow list in Citrix DaaS policies. no luck on this one. Has anyone encountered similar issue or found a work around for it?
On May 8, I ran a webinar with just over 1,000 attendees. The Usage Report is important, because tracked attendance is a criteria for issuing a certificate of attendance. Immediately following the session's conclusion, I downloaded the Usage Report and it showed a user with less than 1 minute of attendance. I still have the version of that Usage Report and have not modified it. That user subsequently complained that he did not receive his attendance report. Today, I pulled the Usage Report for the same meeting, and it shows the user with 230 minutes of attendance for that same meeting. On both Usage Reports, the Start Time is identical. However, the End Time is substantially different. Has anybody run into this problem? Did I pull the Usage Report for that meeting too early? Did I need to wait for the Usage Report to fully update?
I have scheduling privileges for my boss. I scheduled a meeting using the zoom desktop client, and it did not show up on his Google Calendar. The meeting does however showsup in his meetings on zoom desktop and web. If I add him as an attendee of a meeting I'm scheduling on his behalf, the issue is resolved and the meeting appears in this google calendar, but this seems unnecessary. We have enabled bi-directional sync.
