Please Help!! I was not signed in on my zoom account as I just followed a link and now I cannot find the recording. I was invited to attend a meeting and was made host so that I could do my presentation. I pressed record and a pop-up said the recording had started. I then selected to have the recording saved to my computer. After the presentation, I ended the recording and again the pop-up came saying that the recording had finished. Shortly after the meeting ended and I left the meet. The original host is asking me for the recording and I cannot find it anywhere. I desperately need this recording. Please help
Good afternoon, We have a Zoom pro account, and we are trying to enable HD. I've followed all the steps as far as enabling it in the account and the group level, as well as having full screen and active speaker, but no matter what it won't send HD, only 640x360. I had heard you have to request it to be enabled, is this actually the case? Thanks, Mike
I have looked through and tried all of the solutions on this forum and nothing is working. This is very frustrating as I need this option as a musician to collaborate with other artists. I am running windows 11 on a minis-forum mini desktop. i have amd audio drivers that I think are causing the issue but disabling them causes zoom to glitch. I am also using a behringer UMC202HD audio interface. 64 bit AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz. When I try to share sound on zoom I also lose all the sound on my computer until I exit zoom and change the audio input to something else and then back to the original settings to get it back on.
I have used Screen sharing for a few years, ,but suddenly it doesn't work. What can I do?
Our Room Kit mini device is registered in the Webex and Zoom cloud and has a CRC license. Every time you connect to a Zoom conference with a user who does not have a license, the message “The host of this meeting does not have a CRC license” appears... But if the Room Kit mini device is registered directly to the Zoom account without using the Webex cloud, then connection to the conference occurs without a request for license confirmation. How to properly connect the Room Kit mini device to the Webex and Zoom cloud so that it connects without using a pair code?
so, my zoom meeting is always interrupted by sudden closings, my internet is good and my pc is pretty decent for this app but what bothering me is that the app close and restarted by itself, it happened like 6 months ago. always updated but nothing fixed. i did login and have an account, I'm just a participant
Hi. Why all of a sudden are most the participants of a meeting (that I created and host) showing my name when they join the meeting?
I have a newer core Ultra laptop (Core Ultra 5 135u) on Win 11, and Zoom v5.16.2 For some reason blurred background and other meeting backgrounds are 'not available on my device'Is this due to lack of support for newer Core Ultra CPUs, or is there likely some other issue?
Hi, I want to unlink my Facebook Account to my Zoom Account. I linked my Google account now, and would only like this to be my main link. I already disabled permission on FB, but it still shows that Zoom has a link to my FB. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have literarily scoured this Community Board + spent hours trying to find the solution by clicking around the admin/accounts sections. Much appreciated!

Is there a way to change my profile picture through automation? I would like to be able to setup an automation in "Zapier," that I can use to change my profile picture based on the meeting topic/context.
I attended a meeting last night with many people muted. When it came time for homeowners to speak, we were individually called On. Two of the most outspoken people against the board were called onto to speak, but they were unable to unmute themselves. Both of them are very techy and at one point, they one of them was unable to unmute and all of a sudden she muted again, not without touching anything herself so my question is is it possible for the host to block an individual from speaking even after they tell them to speak? Can it be done permanently or would the host simply mute them again after they have unmuted? Thank you for your help.
I mistaken clipped too much of aZoom recording. It was stored in the Zoom cloud. How I get back the original.
I accidentally removed an attendee instead of muting them last week and then they weren't able to re-enter the meeting. How can I ensure they can attend future meetings with no issue? Thank you
While using my MacBook Air, I recorded a meeting. At the end of the meeting, the file converted, but when I tried to save it, it vanished. There is no sign of it in my history. Any suggestions on how to retrieve it?
Prompt says "For better performance on your Mac with Apple Silicon Chip, please update Zoom to the version compatible with your device." Or "Your app version needs to be 5.14.5 or higher to sign in...." I click update. Then install. It says, "Your client has been successfully updated." It works fine until the next I launch zoom I have to go through the same steps.
Help. For a couple years have successfully and easily Zoomed and recorded to cloud on an iPhone 11...a meeting every Thursday. Just upgraded to iPhone 15 and now can only get a recorded video, no audio. I have done everything I can think of...watched videos etc....no success. Checked settings, everything is updated, not on mute..... Any ideas? I am so frustrated.

We just did a Zoom meeting and recorded it. This is the first time that we have a small visual within a large black frame. I did not intentionally (and I don't believe accidentally) changed the settings. Perhaps Zoom in an upgrade made an adjustment. In any event, would you know if it is possible to enlarge a past recording? And, how do we avoid this in future? Thank you.
I just upgraded on 05/14/24 to the Pro plan from the basic plan. When i go to schedule a meeting now it still says this meeting has a
Cannot access zoom meeting. Keeps buffering.
I created a recurring meeting, and cannot find it under my Meetings tab. This is preventing me from adding an alternate host. Has this happened to anyone? I've looked months out and it's not appearing yet a second meeting I scheduled does show up. Not sure what's preventing it from showing up.
