AFTER UPGRADING MY ZOOM, IT WILL NOT SYNC WITH MY EMAIL ACCOUNT.CLIENTS ARE NOT RECIEVING INVITES TO MEETINGS. HELP!!
I love using Zoom to record as I can toggle to my script and read it straight into camera. I need at least 720 resolution for my Udemy courses. I put the record settings to 720 but when I download the recording to my MacBook, it's gone down to 640 × 360 and is unusable. When I go onto the recording on the Zoom website, I can't find the resolution of the video. Can anyone help please?
I run a daily recurring stand up meeting every morning with my team. Twice now in a week the Co-Hosts have been removed automagically after the meeting is ended. Any thoughts? I keep adding them back, both through the desktop app and online.

My zoom screen freezes and it needs to be restarted always to continue with the meeting. but the confusion is that the zoom is freezing in my Pc with a ryzen 9 5900x 128GB ram connected via LAN cable and the zoom doesn't not freeze when using the lower end laptop connected via wifi to the same internet connection. so i am not able to understand the actual issue with the app. kindly help me with the issue its effecting my work drastically.

I'm about to sign up for a new ISP with the following characteristics: 25Mbps DL / 5 Mbps UL, and 600ms ping Is that ok for using Zoom? I haven't used Zoom in 6 months. Found out that with my same plan, I am no longer able to chat with a live agent (same money, less service). So, in setting up a meeting, I can no longer find where to create Custom Registration Questions or to resend confirmation emails. Are these options still available? Thanks for the assist.

Hi there, I'm having issues retrieving a recording I made earlier today. I should note that I did NOT set up the meeting, somebody from a different company did, and this person made me a host of the meeting so that I could record it. I clicked on "Record to Cloud" (I heard the notification), and I also stopped the recording when done (I heard the notification). Do you know where the recording could have gone? Could it have gone to the cloud of the person who created the meeting? It's already been more than an hour since the meeting ended, and I doubt it would take so long to process. Thank you!
Ever since the first day I started usingzoom, I receive reminders for meetings that moved to a different time. So the reminder is not suncing up with the meeting time that is on my Outlook calendar. I also very often (I don't believe it is 100 percent of the time) will also receive a reminder for a time that I initally clicked on to open up a new invite but never actually saved/scheduled the meeting at that time. How can I make this stop?
Recently while I was hosting a meeting my mouse bounced on the "Lock Meeting" in the participants sub menu. This locked the meeting right near the start and many participants were not able to join. There was no indication or dialogue that the meeting was locked, until my boss called.Seeing as the "Lock Meeting" item is at the bottom of the list, and it is critical to the operation of the meeting can a dialogue be added to confirm the change. I'm on Windows 10 with Voicemeeter Potato version 3.1.1.1 with VAIO Extensions. I've been using it without problems for 3 months (until today). I have my speakers in Zoom set to VAIO input # 5 and it was working. Today it doesn't work. I can use any other Voicemeeter input with no trouble. Also other applications can send to VAIO input number 5 so Voicemeeter is working 100% with all of my other applications. I even de-installed and re-installed Zoom but no go. I'm pretty sure it is a Zoom issue. It also says that my default input is VAIO number 5 but in Windows System settings I have it set to Voicmeeter Input and not VAIO #5 so Zoom is not reporting the correct default device either. For the time being, I've switched to using a VB Cable for output from Zoom (input to Voicemeeter) but something within the last 2 weeks has caused the break from Zoom (only) to VAIO input number 5. I also reported the issue to Voicemeeter.&
I have set up two types of meetings in Zoom. One is a meeting that recurs regularly (same time, two days a week, for 16 weeks). The other is a Recurring with No Fixed Time. So far so good. When I go to "My Meetings / Upcoming", every occurrence of the first type of meeting is listed, and the second type of meeting is at the very end. This is because the upcoming meetings are sorted by starting time, and there is no starting day or time for a No-Fixed-Time meeting. Here's my question: Is there a setting in Zoom which enables me to put the No-Fixed-Time meeting at the top of the list? (I'm not sure whether it's relevant, but I've tried naming the No-Fixed-Time meeting so that it precedes the other alphabetically, and this doesn't work.)

Hi, as the title as said, everytime I try to launch Zoom, it says it can't connect to the internet. I am pretty sure there is nothing wrong with my internet as I am able to browse google chrome as per normal. I tried updating my drivers and tried reinstalling Zoom to no avail. My version of Zoom is Zoom Workspace for desktop. The exact error is 'It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network connection and try again' Please help me ASAP as I am using my Zoom for my university work. Thank you in advance everyone.
I have typically hit the cloud recording button, but inadvertently hit the button that recorded a Zoom session held earlier today to my computer. Now I have an mp4 file that I cannot play on my Windows 10 system, and I am concerned that the other participants may not be able to access. Any guidance would be sincerely appreciated.
I think after some updates on Zoom app, now I can't access the HD video option in Zoom video settings, that make the video image sent from my webcame become not so good anymore. My webcam can sent up to 4.9 Megapixel on windows Camera app (2560x1920) and can capture up to 1440p resolution. The HD option supposed to work, but somehow now I can't check the HD option on video settings. Anyone know how to fix it?
Hello, I recently had a meeting over Zoom and asked and got permission from the other person to do a video recording of our session, which I did (or thought I did). I had Zoom setup so the recording would be sent to my local desktop. After the session ended, I did not see and could not locate the recording. I'm using Zoom for Mac, Version: 5.17.11 (31580). If anyone knows what could have happened to the recording, your help will be most appreciated.
We had a user start a meeing on a Zoom Room. They then clicked the "request host to start cloud recording" on their computer. The host is the Zoom Room, how do I log into the Zoom Room account so I can access the recording?
HolaCuando actualicé mi licencia de Zoom a la última versión disponible, la configuración del vídeo cambió. Actualmente se difumina el fondo cuando NO estoy marcando la opción de difuminado, si marco la opción de Difuminar el fondo éste se difumina muchísimo más. Por la naturaleza del uso que doy a Zoom quiero que el vídeo NO difumine la imagen de ninguna manera. Es decir, que la imagen esté igual. Ya probé la cámara con otras dos plataformas y en efecto, no se genera ese efecto por lo que no es un problema de la cámara sino de la configuración de Zoom. Alguien sabe cómo podría quitarle esta función. IMPORTANTE: no tiene que ver con la función de difuminado!! Saludos, Julia
We use Zoom to broadcast our church services. With my old Mac (M1 chip; OS Sonoma 14.1.2) and Zoom version 5.16.10 we got good sound. Now, with a new Mac (M2 chip, OS Sonoma 14.2), the sound is terrible. It sounds as if the piano is underwater. Turning off echo cancellation didn't help. The mic mode is properly set on Standard. (The other setting was worse.) Uninstalling Zoom 5.17.10 and installing 5.16.10 didn't help. I tried an audio interface with a directional mike that with the older Mac produced great sound--still no good. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
I want to use Zoom to record a video sales letter and I want Zoom to share a presentation, like a power point, and then I need to toggle to a web page. This isn't a problem. What is a problem is once I record everything on Zoom and I watch the recording, my face of me talking and teaching doesn't appear? The screen share stuff is all there, but the video of myself isn't. What am I doing wrong?
Hello! Today I had a problem with recording zoom. I had an appointment, before the meeting I made 2 test versions of the recording, then turned on the recording of the meeting itself. After the end of the meeting, I went into the Zoom folder and didn’t found record after the meeting,I found only 2 test files. But I have a file that doesn’t open and convert to mp4. The file has the name zoomver.tag. What I can do with this problem? This is very important meeting for me and I necessary this record.
