There is an existing issue with audio in teams/zoom calls, no audio heard on far end, issue exists with all the version at 6.0.0 or higher,If it is rolled back to 5.17.9, the issue resolves, but we were unable to resolve some of the rooms back to 5.17.9Any thoughts??
Hello community,i reinstalled my Lenovo B50-70 with Windows 10. I installed the latest Zoom Version 6.0.11. But the Video is off. There is no picture, only a black screen but the white led close to the camera is on. When i open the camera app in Windows, there is a picture. I checked:- the Lenovo Vantage issue with the camera private mode - all looks good- the Windows 10 permission for the camera - it is turned on for other apps. Zoom is listed with the latest access- camera driver update - Windows updates Can anybody help?
When I have a meeting participant pinned and someone does a share screen, the share screen comes up large and makes the Pin video small. In the upper right corner I can click View and select "Swap video and shared screen" and now the Pin video is large again and the share screen video becomes small and goes into the strip of videos above the Pin. How do I set this as a default? How do I make it so every time someone does a share screen, my Pinned video remains large?
Attempted to install zoom (by simply clicking on a zoom meeting link), it's stuck at 95%. Let it sit for an hour, but still stuck.Attempted the ZoomFullInstaller.exe, no effect. I have the extension for adding Zoom meeting links to my outlook calendar (browser-based, not app), I'm logged into Zoom everywhere, latest updates done. But I'm still stuck in a bizarre login window loop when trying to add a zoom link to my calendar events. It will pop up with a login window, close when I enter the info, and ask to pop up ANOTHER login window. Over and over. I'm using Safari, could I need to use another browser for this? TIA.
I learned that my institution has ended the Zoom subscription, like today. However we are not informed and I need to reach previously recorded meetings and at least download them. How can I do that?
Hello!I have a been a zoom user for many years but am having a few issues that I have never run into before:1. When I select "share", to show a presentation, I can no longer see the participants and the menu bar that normally pops up at the top of the screen is not appearing (see below).2. Also, if I try to share a pdf document, zoom automatically mutes me when I am sharing another document. I recently purchased a new HP laptop and learned that it is operating in "S" mode. Is this the reason why I am experiencing these issues? Any feedback anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!AJ
Can anyone help me recover my lost recording? During the Zoom call it was automatically recorded and I hit stop at the end. Now there is nothing under my recordings. My software is updated on my laptop as well as the Zoom workplace app. Any suggestions? Definitely not worth $160 if I can’t recover my recording. Please help!!!
I have noticed that the quality of a recorded session is much worse than in the live session. I have sent the link to the recording several times now and I get a lot of feedback that the quality is not good. Is there any way to improve the quality, perhaps via an upgrade or something similar? Hello. I was wondering if it is possible to adopt my own meeting ID for a Zoom meeting. I know that my personal room will always be the same but I accidentally put the wrong Zoom ID on a flyer and I wanted to see if I can change the meeting settings to reflect the Zoom ID on the flyer.
Hello! There's such an issue. If I work from an app, those participants who work from the browser don't see my breakout rooms invitation. Is it possible and how to fix this issue?

Hi All,Kindly request your help on a matter. We had recently hosted a Zoom meeting which was scheduled for a duration of 1 hour.- We had opened the meeting from the Host account.- Few minutes into the meeting, we had transferred the host rights to a non-licensed user and the original host had left the meeting Now as far as I've read about it, transferring the host of a meeting from a LICENSED user to a NON-LICENSED USER will not have any impact on the meeting as the original host is LICENSED and there is not 40 min max duration cap being imposed. Now, after we transferred the host to the non-licensed user and left the meeting, at precisely the 1 hour mark the meeting got ended. Would anyone kindly let me know why the meeting got ended at the 1 hour mark with no manual intervention?Ideally the meeting should have kept going till further action or is there a limitation that I'm not aware?Please do help.

When I call the 888... support number I am asked for my host and meeting IDs. When I give it , I am told by the system that it is not recognized. I have a valid password and id so I know why my information is not recognized. Anyone out there have a suggestion.
I'm trying to set a zoom contact as Alternative Host. After adding the person to my (zoom) contacts and they accept, why cant I add them as an Alternative Host when scheduling a meeting? This person is not on my zoom account but has a free zoom account.
I started using Zoom during the pandemic and have been running a weekly meeting, paying fees every year to continue this tradition and use the product. As of a week ago, (June 2, 2024) My longtime users, many of whom do not have any Zoom accounts, but participate from their homes because they cannot get out to join my meetings in person due to distance or ability, now are being given a confusing screen that they must be a commercial user to participate. First of all, this makes no sense. It sounds like you are requesting users joining a meeting hosted by myself with a pro account, to create an account despite the fact that I specifically did not want to require that of my participants. Not everyone is onboard with signing up for unnecessary accounts. Second, by requiring users who don't pay large amounts to change their meeting settings after such a long usage is going to lose you customers. Hi. I have a tech company and when we do demos, I typically have my 34" screen set up with 3-4 windows. 1 shows my android for one app we have on left side, middle shows my web portal, and the right screen shows my iphone for another app we have and i'm able to show how all three work in sych. Is there a way to do this over Zoom? Also, I often have a few powerpoint slides and I want to see the audience at the same time so i can see their reactions. So essentially, possible 3-5 screens with an android and iphone being 2 of those. Thank you so much!

Hi,I'm transitioning to a Mac M2 Studio (OS 14.5) from an Intel iMacPro (OS 13.6.7) - same Logitech 4K Brio camera. I had a meeting this morning and just before the meeting I opened Zoom and was told there was an update for Apple Silicon, which I did (Version: 6.0.11 (35001)). Immediately my camera was black, it wouldn't turn on. When toggled the video on switch it would work for a brief instance and refreeze so it in effect created a screen cap pic. I was able to get audio during the session.I know Sonoma (14.5) has been a bit of a hot mess and has strict security - but I think I've set everything properly with security permissions. Wonder if the host and the participants would be notified if I turn on the caption (live transcript). I don't want to embarrass the team by turning it on. Sometimes it's hard to understand someone's accent. That's not their fault. I just want to understand better and communicate effectively with captions.
