Hi,   Could someone kindly help me. I plan to create 2 breakout rooms with automatic assignment of participants, then bring everyone back to main room for a chat and again move them to new set of breakout rooms. I just need to ensure that each time there are different people in the rooms. I wanted to ask if when creating the breakout room second time, I just click on 'recreate' button and the system will create a new mix of people, or clicking recreate will create the rooms with the same people like the first time.  Thank you. 

I can't seem to find a definitive answer to this one! When you assign breakout rooms, is there any way (after a set time or on a host control) that the participants can be randomly shuffled around without closing them all down and reopening them?

Hi,New to using the Automatic Translations tool and the Translations. What I have noticed is with this active, when one participant changes the language of the Closed captions it changes it for everyone, it seems one user cant see English CC and another participant see French.Is this correct or have I made a settings mistake?Thanks

Someone I know is now in Ghana, Africa. We'd like to video-conference together. Tried reading some of the stuff from Zoom, it ALL seemed to assume I have something called a "Zoom phone." I do not, but I have participated in MANY zoom "meetings" but they were all domestic. Tried chat, was denied because I don't have a paid plan. Can I do this and how to go about it?

This problem has been annoying me for a while now. I bought a new computer to work from home and it is has decent specs: Ryzen 5700U, 16 GB RAM 4266Mhz, Fast SSD, Wifi6.My router is also Wifi6 and I have consistent 300Mb download/upload link.I have not noticed the same problem on other conference solutions. The problem is (and I am still trying to narrow down the scenario): whenever I am muted, in a zoom conference with more than 2 participants (not one-to-one), every 2 minutes or so I get a blank in audio for about 3 to 5 seconds. Then the audio returns, but that piece of the audio streaming is lost. It only happens to me, and only for audio. The video keeps working during the whole thing (that is why I do not think the problem is my network). Curious thing: If I hit the space bar to temporally unmute myself for 0,5 sec, then the audio immediately returns. That is why I think it is a problem in Zoom other than in any other piece of my system. I recently found out I

I use Zoom for teaching and often need to stream audio from my computer. Although both myself and the participant can hear each other perfectly the audio (either audio or audio from video) is very faint and the participant has problems hearing. I have all my audio settings set to max, I have used Pot Player (volume set to max) and VLC (audio set to 125%) and it makes no difference. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of Zoom, (I  think  this is the same version as I had before). The problems have only occurred since I reinstalled my operating system at the weekend. The new version seems to be Zoom Workplace whereas before I was using Zoom Meetings, an upgrade? I am on the free plan as my lessons are only 30 minutes long Has anyone got any ideas please? Thank you Bob

Hi, i want to open a default chat and participants panel when join a meeting in zoom/meetinfsdk/embedded , but now need to click on more option and then click on chat and participants manually , i want it open without clickcking default , please guide me and also tell me which function call when click on more , chat , participants buttons.

Hi everyone, We have many recurring meetings but now when I create polls for different meetings all the polls for every meeting shows up in the Poll feature when in the meeting which is a huge headache because I only want the poll that is relevant to that meeting. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I am using windows 10 on a desktop, zoom Version: 5.15.7 (20303). my camera shows a white screen (see below). i use zoom every day, and it has been happening every day. sometimes it resolves itself after some time, other times not at all. i have been using zoom since 2019 on multiple devices and haven't had this problem until this past month when i moved into a new apartment. i am still using the same computer, webcam, etc, i've had since 2021, so it's definitely not the hardware. previously, when this question has been posted on the zoom community forum, there hasn't been a solution. please assist. thanks

I recorded a meeting locally in which I shared sound (just sound). There were 11 participants which I could see in gallery view as I was sharing the sound. However, in the recording I cannot see the participants at all. I could hear the sound that I was sharing, but not the participants. Can you please advise what I can do.

There must be a setting for this... why would anyone want a bot to be in a breakout? I don't want to manually go through and find every bot and boot them out just because I'm having 1:1 breakouts but right now, that's what I have to do. this seems like a really simple thing to do. Any thoughts on how to get Zoom to not invite bots to breakouts?

I setup a raspberry Pi camera that has a camera. I can stream a live video within the network by entering web address: http://192.168.1.139:8081 in a browser, e.g., google chrome or safari. I want to make use this streaming in Zoom. So instead of setting Zoom video to a video device, I want to set Zoom video to a streaming address. How do I do this?

Hello Zoom Community,I have developed a bot that extracts video from each participant in a Zoom meeting using the Linux SDK. For each participant, the bot creates a new renderer and processes frames in the onRawDataFrameReceived callback. This setup performs well in meetings with 4-5 participants, where I successfully receive and process video data at a resolution of 360p for each participant.However, issues arise as the number of participants increases. Specifically, in larger meetings, onRawDataFrameReceived sometimes does not receive data consistently for all participants, and occasionally the data for certain participants is missing entirely.I am seeking insights into the limitations of Zoom's video processing capabilities, especially related to the Linux SDK:Is there a known limitation on the number of video streams that can be processed simultaneously by Zoom's Linux SDK?Could network bandwidth or system performance issues be causing this inconsistency in data reception?Are there

Will Zoom help you find a missing recording?  It may have been deleted by someone other than me. Can my IT department which backs up our system, help me locate it.

I am not a paid subscriber.My question is as follows:Why are people from the PRC who formerly joined my meetings, now unable to connect?Their inability to connect began after March 31st, following my most recent upgrade to the version listed below.Version 5.14.2 (14578)I understand that there is no incentive for Zoom to fix this problem for free users.

I started using the new beta feature to show a PowerPoint as a virtual background. In this situation my camera window shows up in the front of the PowerPoint.  Million dollar question: Can I put a second person in front of the PowerPoint  with me?  

We have 6 devices in our office using ZoomRooms + calendar integration.  A couple of weeks a go we had the following error on our devices : "the calendar credentials are either expired or invalid"  After having this error resolved  4 out of 6 devices are working again but on two devices the error changed into:  "the calendar permission configuration is incorrect" We are unable to fix it, can anyone advise?  We already have  forced a re-sync of the calendar services from the Zoom account.

Hello,I am a language teacher and I am planning to organise 'a webinar-style' and a 'live stream' as well.The reason I said 'style' is my subscription plan will be 'pro', not 'video webinars'I will pin (spotlight?) myself and mute all students' audio. ( ← Q1. I can call this 'a webinar', right...?)When I want my students to answer the questions, some people need time to think longer. If it is a webinar, they need to listen to the answer before they figure it out. If they will attend a live stream, they can pause to think and play again when they are ready to know the answer. (Q2. Seeing live stream on zoom platform, is there a play button like Youtube so that they can pause?)So I am considering to organise a webinar and a live stream at once so that students can select which suit them well.(Q3. Do you think this is a good idea?)Q4. I know I can embed a meeting but am I also able to embed a live stream too?It will be appreciated if you kindly let me know your opinion or advice

 Whenever I start recording, there is no recording happening but just this dialog box appears, how do I resolve this? 

Hi - I've used the Host Key many times with other accounts, but in the account I'm working with the option to Claim Host or 'login as host' doesn't come up in the waiting room. To my knowledge I have turned on the option in the admin side. Can someone please help me figure out how to get Claim Host to work? Thank you.
