Is there anyway or setting to select what the default 2nd camera is when screen sharing? Or do you just have to choose "Switch Camera" until you get to the one you want every time? Unfortunately Zoom recognizes 3 cameras on my laptop and isn't going to the camera I want to be my default 2nd camera. I was hoping once I switched to the camera I wanted and stopped the share it would remember the camera I chose, but it doesn't. Just curious if there is something in Zoom to fix this? Thanks,Jeremy

I have been running a recurring weekly meeting for ages and today it did not appear in the upcoming meetings under its name.  I have eventually found the same meeting ID under the personal meeting rooms tab with a new name and it has been assigned to me as my personal meeting room ID.  How do I get it to revert to its original settings because it has been widely publicised in its previous incarnation and my attendees are not very good at coping with change?

I created a recurring meeting months ago. It is not appearing in my list of recurring meetings anymore. The meeting still exists - when i open Zoom and "Join" using the Meeting ID and Passcode I set up originally I get put in the zoom room. How can I get this meeting to appear as an option on the Meetings page in my account? I tried to set up a new recurring meeting, hoping to enter the ID, but the only options are to use my Personal Meeting ID or to have Zoom automatically generate the ID. Other people haave the meeting information and I'd rather not create a new meeting. Can anyone help?

  it's a strange mix between the beginning- the end- and in the middle there is just silence...but the size of the file is enourmous- 1.6gb! for each recording- 8.5 gb in total!is there anything I can do?!

I use ecamm on a Mac Mini M1. The video feed quality is dreadful when I run a masterclass session through Zoom Workplace (integrated into ecamm). I have upgraded my Zoom (HD), and recording the session through ecamm produces good quality video. However, the video quality during my live session for participants is not good enough. What am I missing here? What can I do to improve this situation?

I use Zoom on my laptop. During a meeting I put it to record on my own computer. After a few days, I clicked wrongly and within the Zoom program installed on my computer I clicked delete recording.Has anyone gone through this and managed to recover?It's like Zoom deleted the file straight from my computer and didn't take it to the trash. I tried to recover the file and so far it didn't work.Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

We have two different iPads, and neither of the iPads will consistently hold a Zoom meeting. I can start the scheduled meeting, and without any type of error message the meeting drops, and the screen goes back to the list of scheduled meetings. It happens on both iPads. I've tried restarting the meeting over and over and sometimes it won't ever keep the meeting running. Other times it will keep the meeting running without issue. I've restarted both iPads, deleted and redownloaded the Zoom app, connected with our internet provider to confirm it isn't a connectivity issue. Anyone experience this, or have ideas of how to troubleshoot?

Can I find out the actual start and end time of a recent meeting? (Not what was planned, but the actual times)

Zoom meetings have always showed up on my outlook calendar but I noticed new meetings now no longer show. Although it shows in my upcoming meetings in zoom, it doesn't show in my outlook calendar. Please help.

I have a Pro account and it looks like I should be able to pull a list of the attendees' names from a past meeting (with no registration to attend).  How can I do that? 

There is no CSV Import button for recurring meetings to import pre-registered attendees for a Zoom Meeting. There is for single occurring meeting

I do online coaching and teaching and I am hiring another coach to work with me, i need them to have their own zoom account but here's where it gets complicated. I need them to be able to cloud record and then all the cloud recordings synchronise over to my account, i have my recordings sync automatically to Vimeo and Vimeo only allows for one zoom account to be linked via the vimeo zoom app. So i need to be able to have multiple coach accounts that can record and then the recordings sync to my account. Or some other way to sync multiple zoom accounts to the one vimeo account. 

When a meeting is created via web portal, it will show on the Zoom Desktop calendar but not Outlook calendar. But when a meeting is created from Zoom desktop, it will show on Outlook calendar All meetings are visible from the web portal

I has configured intergration google calendar to zoom for auto join meeting. i has clicked sync calendars and status is synced. but, to day, zoom room could not view my meeting in google calendar. i was checked my host meeting and this work well via join meeting manual in zoom room controller.How can i sync meeting from google calendar to zoom. Thanks !

Obviously, I have the free version of Zoom that's why I am here but I cannot find the record button. I've gone in and set it all up in my account settings so it records to local comuoter but still nothing

I have a Zoom acct for my business, plus one for the college I teach at. When I am logged into my business account, schedule a meeting, and try to save to my business Google Calendar, it default to my college Google calendar and I cannot figure out how to fix this. HELP!!!

We have a meeting set up on our account with a 500 seat capacity. That account will not be the account that ultimately logs in and starts the meeting. A "pro" account will enter the meeting and use the host key to claim. Will we will have a 500 seat capacity, or will that be cut to 100?

Hi! I have the "Zoom workplace pro" product and when I create a meeting, the invitation does not automatically appear on the individual's calendar (to decline or accept). I have a MacBook Pro laptop and can't figure out what is causing the issue. Even when I type in the invitee's email in the invite, it still does not work. Does anyone have a solution to this? Hello, Zoom crashes in meetings when I have my camera on. It can go an hour without doing so, or do so three times in a minute. Zoom does not crash if I am the only person in my own meeting room, only when someone else joins. I have tried altering the rendering method in Advanced Video Settings, this didn’t help. I thought it might be a conflict with the antivirus, but I shut it all down and still the problem persisted. I have uninstalled every program that could conceivably be conflicting with Zoom. I have uninstalled Zoom and downloaded the latest version several times. I have an external Logitech webcam, but the problem persists if I switch to the laptop’s built-in camera. I don’t think the problem occurs if I join someone else's meeting from my web browser. I haven’t done this for long enough to be absolutely certain, but it doesn’t seem to. I cannot find advice anywhere that addresses this issue.  I cannot find advice anywhere that addresses this issu

I held a meeting June 29 at 3 p.m. Eastern. At the end of the meeting, I received a chat transcript but not the audio or video recording. The recording has tremendous sentimental value and I'd like to know how and if it can be recovered. 

My desktop app on MacOS updated automatically this morning. Now it hangs (spinning pinwheel) every time it is launched.I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling to no effect. Any ideas?

We just found China has been removed from the data center list in March, 2023, and we didn't get any announcement?  We currently encounter network stability issue due to this, any thoughts?

Zoom WorkPlace has been where I have been connecting with my tutoring students as of late.   CCleaner did a Zoom update for me this morning and now the Zoom icon is absent from my task bar.  I can go to my Windows Start screen to Search and find it.  However, I would love for it to be on my taskbar or on my shortcuts beneath Google search bar for easy access.  The Workplace screen seems to not have a URL associated with it, so I cannot even get it as a shortcut.  No option for pinning to task bar either. Not sure what to do.  What makes Workplace different from the basic Zoom platform?  Thanks

Can Anyone has any solution on how to restore editable white board?

Can anyone help me locate this setting? I've already checked through the Settings multiple times without success.
