Asus monitor is connected to laptop running Windows 11.  During Zoom meetings the monitor goes in and out...in other words, it goes black, then wakes up again.  Pattern and timing is random. 

I have not been able to open and upload meetings that I recorded.  When I click on "recordings" it just keeps loading and I have not been able to see any of the recordings.  How do I fixe this issue?

I have a recording in the Zoom cloud of a town hall my organization held, but when I play it, there is no sound and the screen is all black except for the name of one of the many participants in the meeting. When I created the meeting, I made it so that the meeting will automatically record when the meeting begins, and I also made it so that the recording would be automatically saved in the Zoom cloud. I've done this before with no issues, but for some reason, this recording has no sound and is basically a black screen. Can anyone share some tips/advice? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,I have checked my settings in Meeting Basics and all appear to be set correctly. I have also checked, Account Management / Account Settings and looks in order with the exception there doesn't appear to be an option to enable or disable co-host, so I assume all is correct.Yet, when I am in the meeting, I can only assign a host and not a co-host.

if I open a room and walk away, how long does the room stay open? I have pro version with unlimited meeting length but Im noticing it closes the room if there's no activity after a while

Bonjour Nous avons constaté que des matériels visio Lifesize se déconnectent intempestivement à plusieurs reprises lors d'une réunion. Cela peut être au bout de 5mn comme 1heure. C'est aléatoire.Dans ce cas, l'utilisateur doit relancer la session SIP sur le matériel pour que cela fonctionne. la déconnexion est soudaine et brutale, et ce problème n'affecte que l'équipement de visio, les autres participants restent connectés à la réunion.Je précise que nous passons par les connecteurs de salles zoom crc.Quelqu'un aurait-il été confronté à ce problème ? 

My Eckankar church uses unique words not included in the Zoom CC dictionary.  How do I get Zoom to add a few words?  Or can I do it myself? ECKANKAR is displayed as "ack and car," Sugmad as "soup mad," etc. TIA Richard BerlingTech volunteer for my church and a Kiwanis service club.  

Hello We have recently setup a Windows 365 Cloud PC environment and have installed the Zoom VDI clients. The VDI client is working as expected and properly redirecting local devices etc. When someone clicks on a link to join a meeting in their Outlook, they are taken to a webpage to launch the Zoom client however nothing happens. It will only launch after downloading the Zoom Workplace app and then use that app to join the meeting. If they do that, they do not get the advantages of the Zoom VDI plugin.  Is there a way to have links to Zoom meetings launch using the VDI client instead? Currently they are only able to join meetings by manually typing in the room + passcode.  Thanks

URGENT - They send me a virtual link to join a meeting but it does not make me access (asking for meeting n. and password) .  Pls help. Thank you  normally the link should connect me to the meeting ? here is just asking me the meeting n. and the password but if I put  the relative parts of the virtual link it feels me that the info are wrong. ‘maybe because the meeting started already ?pls help. It was very important. ‘thank you.

I teach piano on zoom. lately I cannot hear the piano while my students are playing.

I've been trying to schedule Zoom meetings for later this week using the desktop app; however, when you go to select the date on the calendar, it won't change the date from the current day's date.  I tried to do this last week and today and it won't let me schedule for dates in advance.

Does Zoom have something similar to the Scheduling Assistant that MS Outlook has? That is, I'd like to identify a time/ date when most attendees will be free for proposing a convenient time and avoid conflicts.Asking each attendee for their availability is super time consuming and definitely not efficient at all! Thanks

Still participant can't log in waiting the host even I allowed them to join before the host I disabled the waiting room in my room . But still appearing for the participants

I have bought a new headset - Logitech G Pro X Lightning. And only using Zoom i have the headphones hissing effect. I can hear people, but through hissing. Check audio is ok, i don't hear any hissing. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Hello - looking for help as our HR staff members are asking what is the best way to schedule multiple zoom meetings with potential candidates over the course of a day or days with various people. I.e - Joe Bloggs will be meeting with HR at 1pm, at 2pm he meets with Legal and at 4pm he meets with Sales. and on the next day he meets with a VP of Marketing at 9am. the zoom link can be the same or be different.  The person who is setting this up will need to use her zoom account during these meetings for other meetings so it can't be their zoom Meeting ID. Any ideas?  thanks 

Hello, I am aware that a transcript is automatically created for meetings that are recorded onto the cloud. I accidentally recorded my last meeting to my laptop and there is no trancript. Is there a way to get a transcript from this? And is there a reason we don't get a transcript when recording to our device?

 I need to set up a  Zoom meeting so that individuals won't be able to see each other's personal email addresses. These are patients.  I want to be able to make it so they are in a waiting room until I the host, joins; then I don't want to be bothered with having to let each individual in. Please help!

In our meetings we use the funny hats, glasses, etc filters on Fridays. We call it Fun Friday. Mine are gone! I have the studio effects but the other masks, hats, glasses, etc. aren't there anymore. What happened?

Hi,I am using a computer with a resolution of 1366x768 when recording in cloud, there is a black space as shown below, is there a way to make it fit the screen? when down recording, the resolution is 1686x738, why is that?

Hello. I'm using Kubuntu 22.04 and since the latest Zoom Workplace update, 6.1.0 (198), I cannot move one of the screens that is shown when the "use dual monitors" option is enabled. In this recording (the link may expire at some point), you can see how I can move one of the windows around by just pressing and moving, but I can't do the same with the other; I cannot maximize it either. Any help would be appreciated.

I am hosting a virtual high school reunion.  To date I have used the free version of zoom, but I want to use breakout rooms for the reunion.  What is the minimum cost subscription I need to get the breakout rooms feature. Can I set them up so that participants can see who is in each room and join/leave the room at their discretion? Thanks
