I've hosted several webinars but I cannot find the attendee list. Is there anyway to find it? I've searched on webs and followed the track reports->usage reports; but there is no way to click on the number of attendees. this is the screenshot of the page  How could I change the webinar settings to make sure I have the list in the following meetings?  I've attached pictures below.  Thanks! 

Hi all, I am wondering if there is any way to sharpen text that is embedded in images that are pasted in a PowerPoint shown on Zoom.  The images are very sharp in the actual PowerPoint (I know how to correct for sharpness), but after the recording is processed by Zoom, the text is very blurry so participants can't read it.  These images are screenshots of written handouts and charts. I am hoping to be able to correct a couple of recordings POST processing. . .  Thanks in advance! 

I just hosted a 2 hour doctoral class on Zoom where 20 students gave live presentations. The recording was to the Cloud. I'm on the latest update. In the new version, I did not get the dialog that showed it was converting / saving. When I go to my Cloud Recordings page, it says "Processing Recording" but it has been that way for over an hour with no indication of progress.  Does this mean the recording has failed?? I've never had this happen before and there will be many angry students if their presentations are lost. 

How can I send Zoom meeting invitations with the accept/decline feature? We use the Calendar program that is provided by Apple within the company.  Do I need to set up a Google calendar in order to use that feature?   Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I use zoom to host meetings with a bunch of people in the meeting at once. I can't find out how to get my invites to show the "accept-decline-tentative" buttons on the other person's end. Another person in my office can send zoom invites, and it will show up for his invites, but not mine. The only way I can get it to work is to invite people through the calendar app but I need to invite a couple hundred people at once, so there's no way I'm typing all those emails out. Is there not a way to just send the zoom invite through email and have those buttons pop up?

 Hello everyone,I'll try to keep it short: I'm hosting a monthly self-help group meet-up via zoom for people with complex post-traumatic disorders. As such we have participants, who can get triggered or deeply distressed by certain topics, which are sometimes very specific to them and as such unforseeable, thus unavoidable for the group. The idea was to handle it through a spesific emoji reaction. So someone could react with a red X, so we know, this is a difficult subject and to either change the topic or arrange to signal, when the topic is over, so they could mute the group. But I got some feedback, that it can be hard to impossible to use it, because a participant is afraid to expose themself as having this topic as trigger and also is afraid to disturb the group.I'm searching for a possibility for a participant to signal, that a topic change is beeing wished for, withouth them having to expose, which participant they are. Is there any such thing?

I have a meeting that was scheduled. The meetings have been canceled however I have no way to remove them from my schedule.

I am having a problem setting up zoom on my new iMac. Specifically, I have been unable to be able to get my microphone to register my guitar so that others can hear it. The input meter hears my voice, just fine, with the green input meter showing that I am speaking. The other zoom participants can hear my voice, but they cannot hear anything when I play my guitar. In the audio settings, I have tried virtually everything I could think of, and nothing seems to work. I have it set for musicians, which is the recommendation I get from what I am reading on the zoom website, but that doesn't work, either. I am at a loss and then wondering whether anyone else has encountered this problem and whether there is a fix for it. It seems that it should be simple. I have never had a problem with this using zoom on a windows laptop, or on my old iMac but possibly there is something about my new iMac..

Is the maximum participant limit per meeting inclusive of cohost? What happens in the following scenario? I have 100 participant license limit. I start a meeting, 100 participants join the session, now I promote 20 participants as cohost and invite yet another 20 participants, will these 20 users be able to join the session? P.S: Zooms help page, they support unlimited cohosts.

I have been using Zoom for perhaps 20 years, both as a participant, and someone creating Zoom meetings. I have the Chrome extension. I have a Personal Meeting ID and a Host Key. When logging onto a Zoom session today, Zoom told me, via a dialog box, that it could not allow me to access my laptop's microphone unless I downloaded the latest version of Zoom. I participated in the meeting being able to see and hear the other participants, but I had to call in to be heard. That has never happened before. When I tried to download the latest Zoom for Windows, I got an error message, saying I had to get my IT folks to get me the download. I have not had IT folks supporting me since 2010, when I retired. I work alone, and have the free version of Zoom. I created a support ticket, and got back an automated email saying my case is closed, because Zoom could not find my account. Anyone have any suggestions for how I can get out of this unhelpful loop at Zoom?

Hey everyone,I'm Darshan Hirannadani, Since updating Zoom to a newer version yesterday, I've run into an issue with my Zoom desktop app not displaying upcoming events from my Google calendar anymore. I keep receiving an 'unable to load' message in the calendar tab, despite still getting desktop notifications for upcoming meetings.I've tried clearing my cache, uninstalling/reinstalling Zoom, and reconnecting my Google calendar, but none of these steps have resolved the issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any suggestions on how to fix it? RegardsDarshan Hiranandani

It seems impossible to change the volume of zoom meetings with an iPhone. Is there a secret settings somewhere?  The volume is not affected by the standard volume buttons on the side of the iphone.Please help 😄 thank you

When sharing links to recorded Zoom meetings, we're getting reports the videos won't stream on Android phones. The video starts playing but stops after a minute or so, and looks as if it's loading but never does. Streaming runs smoothly on computers, tablets and Iphones. Is there a solution to this problem?

During a PowerPoint presentation it was previously possible to make the speaker window hidden. After a Zoom update this is impossible. The speaker window does not allow the presentation to go full screen. Neither the speaker nor the presentation can be seen WELL. That's no good!

Hello Zoom Community!I host a number of Zoom calls and I'm always a few minutes early in advance of these calls. While waiting for my attendees, I'm usually using other apps and/or browsers on my computer that are on top of the Zoom app, which means that I need to keep switching back to the Zoom app to see if an attendee has entered the waiting room, which can become tedious. It would be great if there was an audio notification that regardless of the app you're using, would alert you that someone's entered the waiting room to get on the Zoom call. If this audio notification is available, please let me know where to find it. If this notification isn't available, it should be.

If a moderator is sharing a window during a zoom meeting the Option "Reactions" is not available for him in the menu bar. It appears again, if the moderator unshares the window again. For participants of the meeting this option is always available.  Is there a possibility to make this Option available for the moderator while he is sharing a screen? 

Does anyone know if there is a way to configure my Zoom account so my clients can automatically choose to record THEIR Zoom sessions with me to THEIR Zoom account cloud or on their computer hard drive---not mine acct? I no longer wish to record my sessions on my Zoom account and be responsible for sending their recording link---ever---and want clients to have immediate permission to click record and have the recording land in their zoom account or hard drive by default. We have a situation in a zoom meeting: the speaker's audio failed but he's not aware of it, continuing his presentation. We cannot hear him and he cannot hear us. Does zoom have a feature that the host can inform the speaker by sending a pop-out window on the shared screen so the speaker can see it?

the problem happens again after the new feature updated. Every time I try to type something from my wireless keyboard, the signal loses so I can't type. Please do something about it soon. I teach on iPad so I need to use both writing and typing. 

When sharing my screen to show some Powerpoint slides the viewers naturally see the slide and me in a small window. My problem is that I want to show a few slides, then revert to them seeing just me speaking and then repeat the process but if I pause the share the last slide stays up and I remain small. The only way I seem able to get myself back as the focus is to stop the presentation but then when I want to show more slides later it is a problem as i need to go through the whole share process again and as a result the presentation is not smooth and professional. Is there a way to minimize the slide window and maximize my live feed and then when I again show a few more slides to minimize myself and show the presentation. Hope that is understandable

I'm using the free version of Zoom, and when I joined the meeting, I asked the host to record it, got permission, and recorded the meeting for 50 minutes. I ended the meeting, but the recording file was not converted to an mp4 file, and there were no files in the recording folder I changed. There are no files in the Zoom folder under the Documents folder either.Last time, I recorded a meeting for 40 minutes and 27 seconds and the recording file was saved normally, but I don't know why it wasn't saved this time. How do I recover recorded files?

Hello, I accidently cut-off / deleted the first part of the recorded meeting (it should be the other way round). Can I somewhere find the deleted part? It is NOT in the Trash bin of the recordings.

Hello. I had a 3h30 meeting and recorded on the cloud. I wanted to delete the last part, but unfortunately I deleted the wrong part of it. Do you know if it is possible to recover the original (complete) recording, again, please?
