When I open Zoom through a link on my phone to watch a recorded class, for example, it opens the link in Safari. The issue is that when the iPhone goes into standby mode, Zoom stops. Is this a problem with the iPhone or Zoom's settings?

I am a paid subscriber to Zoom. When I go to broadcast my meeting the "record" button is not available. I use Google Chrome as my browser and looking to record to the cloud.Please help 

I have "automatic recording" disabled in the settings. I use my mac desktop to log into my account.  That's where I adjust settings. The actual zoom meetings are launched from my iPad.  They still automatically start to record.   I tried to use the settings function on the iPad zoom app - but there is no place to adjust recording settings. How do I stop meetings from automatically starting?

I recently joined a meeting where the screen where I selected my audio and video before pressing "Join now" had custom branding for the company who was hosting. How would I be able to enable this for my business account? I only see an option to customize the waiting room screen, but not this screen that appears pre-waiting room. 

Hello, I want to join Zoom meetings with MY camera always on. It used to work fine and I can access meetings directly with my camera on, however, it seems like the recent Zoom meetings I join will automatically turn off my video. Can you guide me through resolving this issue? Thanks

I have a plan that allows me access my recordings but for some reason when i try and access them it gives me an error code. How can I access my recordings? I have upgraded my plan as well.. Please help!! 

We recently ran out of Zoom licenses for our users.  I wanted to ask if there is a way to see what licensed users are not using their Zoom license.   I tried doing a report on inactive users and wondering if the "Creation Time" in the report means the last time they created/hosted a meeting.  Thank you.

Everytime i use zoom, it says Low system requirements may affect your audio quality.  I dont know why this is happening now, before everythings great . but now in the middle of my online teaching. I cant hear my student, it will come and go,,,how do i fix this

Hi, could you help me : I have a zoom account which a few days ago began to mess up : deconnects me when in a meeting.So now, I can't use it for any meeting because my client stays alone while I'm disconnected. A few seconds later, I'm in again but it keeps disconnecting...I don't get( any error codeMy device is imac ventura 13.6.7I don't know which is my zoom versionI tried to download the app but my imac doesn't accept it. Thank you for your help

Hi,   If i set up multiple breakout rooms, I sometimes need to return some of the people from one of the breakout rooms to the main session whilst keeping the rest in their respective breakout rooms.   I know i can move the participants i want from the room to the main session. My issue is it doesn't seem to allow me to move them back into their breakout room again. I do not want to close all the breakout rooms as the remaining participants will also come into the main session which is what I'm trying to avoid.

the first problem is a difficulty of using a keyboard on iPad. Every time I want to type, the line for typing disappears in a second and then I have to tap many times and when I type, it suddenly disappears.next one I can remove the participants as I could with the previous version.I have to tap on the screen to see the tool bar, that is also annoying.And then when I want to see the participants, the screen is covered with the big box.  

I have just updated my DM3 to version 2.0 and planning to use it as my audio input for Zoom in order to live stream a conference. I have connected the DM3 to my Mac via USB and it sees the input no problem. I have updated the USB driver on my Mac also. The issue is on Zoom, [ I have an iPad playing music into the DM3 ] The audio sounds super distorted and quiet and you can't make out a single word of the music. Anyone had a similar issue or know of a fix?

How do I stop automatically downloading a desktop client(exe) when I join Zoom meeting on a browser?I have never installed Zoom desktop client and do not want to download it.However, when I join Zoom meeting on a browser which is invited, Zoom desktop client is downloaded everytime.Is it possible to stop downloading it automatically?If possible, could you tell me the way to do that?Thank you.

Hi Zoom community: I must have an old version of zoom.   I recently had two meetings in which an error message popped up saying that I needed to update, but could still join the meeting using my browser.    (I am using a windows laptop) I did that, and ultimately my two zoom meetings (personal acct) were successful.  I am now trying to update to the newest version and am running into roadblocks.   The chatbox showed me where to go in settings, to check for updates.  But my list of options under settings looks different than what the chatbox described should be there.  I called customer service.  I entered my personal mtg ID and my host key, as instructed.    However, I was told by their robot voice that there is no record of my account.  How can that be if I am indeed logged on and conducted two zoom meetings?! Any ideas on how to update my apparently old version to the newest one?  &nbs

That way, every calender mail is unpersonalized and I have to resend the mail again.Is this issue known? Do you have any ideas what I can do to prevent that?Thank you very much in advance!

When I try to share a page on my screen from Microsoft Edge the other parties only see a black screen and my curser. However, If I try to share the same pages on Chrome there isn't a problem.  I've updated Edge and Zoom to the latest versions but continue to have the same problem.   

Hello, I am trying to set up a Zoom meeting in the US, with Taiwanese participants working at a public university in Taiwan. I noticed Taiwan did not appear in the drop down menu for country call in codes, and I wanted to make sure that the site worked for Taiwanese public employees. I've seen conflicting reports about whether Zoom is allowed for Taiwanese government work, and whether universities would apply. Thank you very much.-phantasm89 

I recorded it, she thought it would be emailed to me and it has not been.  Is there any way I can access this? 

Has anyone had any luck getting out of Zoom Work Place.  It is horrible and I cannot seem to contact Zoom without paying higher prices.  Maybe this is what they want... us to cancel.

I found that my ZOOM was crashing and freezing up my new computer resulting in a frozen, pixelated screen. I had to reboot to get back to the meeting I was hosting. I took my computer to tech support and did a factory reset on a brand-new machine. After the reset, I downloaded ZOOM again and the issue returned. Tech support contacted hp and installed a new motherboard under warranty. The issue returned. Time for me to do some troubleshooting for myself.  Here is what I found out:The download from ZOOM is not compatible with Windows 11. If you download to a Windows 11 platform, you must complete an immediate update in order to use ZOOM. That might have been nice to know before being without the use of my computer for three weeks, and an unnecessary warranty claim!

Has anyone found a solution to zoom bombers repeatedly bombing a meeting while flashing?

I am unable to locate the link to start and host the recurring - no fixed time  meeting I created.  

Hello, Meeting invites are not appearing in the Upcoming Meetings tab.The only meetings that are appearing are meetings that have been created by the user. Not meetings they have been invited to. These invites are for meetings that an individual has been added and an attendee via zoom. Additionally, they have also been added as an alternative host.  Why aren't these meeting invites showing in the upcoming meetings tab?
