I accidentally deleted an important Zoom recording that was saved locally and that I now need again very quickly. Does anyone know how I can restore them? It didn't work with recovery software for my computer. So now I'm hoping that I can somehow restore it with Zoom. Is there a contact service that can restore something like this?

Since they updated to the new version, Zoom has been difficult. It consumes so many resources on the computer that it constantly crashes and you can't have any other window or application open. I hope they can fix this at some point.

We recently had two seeming unrelated events. The first event (Zoom version unknown) during the set up for the presentation, the Logitech Spotlight would change slides, but the remote viewers on Zoom only saw the original slide. The slides only changed on the local system. The presenter, on a MacBook, shared his desktop. To fix we moved to the room workstation and all was well. I marked this as a network issue. However yesterday, we had another meeting. I hosted it on the workstation that I have been using for all meetings for the last year with the Logitech Presentation Pointer (sharing the Desktop). The pointer worked fine until about halfway through the 1 hour presentation. Then it stopped working. The laser pointer would work, just the forward and back no longer worked. I switched to a different Presentation pointer and it changed slides without issue for the remainder of the meeting. After the meeting ended, I stopped zoom remotely and then tested the Logitech Spotlight

Hi,I offten use zoom for jurying things and the yes or no button press is (in reaction menu) complicated, also to clear that votes in a day for 300 times is also a challenge. Read the community and long awaited feature is that.Also would use in streamdeck.

Hi helpful members, we are using superlumin firewall online our environment and we have zoom issue as it freezes and connections drops. we never configured any udp settings  or routed traffic to any supernets of IP. The connection is using ssl+proxy. Can anybody have suggestions how to solve this 

My calendar tab in the Zoom Workplace 6.0.10 (25100) VDI application is not showing up anymore. There hasn't been any changes on my end. Has anyone seen this behavior before and how did you restore the calendar tab?  

I have a recording saved to my Zoom cloud. I want to cut out part of the recording (about 20 seconds) but the problem is it's in the middle of the recording. How do I do that without having to download the video to a local recording because as I understand it, you cannot upload a local recording to the Zoom cloud?

When we share our screen to show a PowerPoint during a meeting, we checked the box enabling computer sound when playing a video within the PowerPoint. This works fine on my computer, but when we do this on my friend's computer, checking that box immediately mutes her as the host and she cannot unmute herself unless she stops the share. It must be a setting issue, but we can't figure it out! Help!

From Calendly, I initiated a Zoom integration. Now, when people schedule meetings with me, they get a link, but no phone numbers to call in. How do I get the phone numbers? (They only show up if I make the invite from Zoom myself.)

hiWhen we create a registrant for a meeting  , registrant will receive an email containing that meeting information   what happens if we create registrant for a recurring meeting (let's say weekly) ... Will registrants receive the email every week for each occurrence or just that first one ?if not is there any way to send weekly email reminder for each occurrence ? 

I have created a recurring meeting and one of the instances has a conflict.  Is there a way to reschedule just that one instance and have it resent to participants?  

How could recover the meeting video?

I really need help scheduling a meeting for the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month. Is there any way to do this in zoom? There is only one option when selecting Monthly - 2nd -FRI in the cadence.   

Dear community members,  I'd like to confirm on the following scenarios for zoom recordings.  1. For all zoom software versions with recording function, is it possible for the host to have a recording of a zoom meeting if he allows a participant to record at her end and the host didn't press the recording button at his end at all? 2. For all zoom software versions with recording function, is it possible for the host to have a recording of a zoom meeting if he allows a participant to record at her end for the first part of the meeting and in the second part the host starts recording at his end? Does it matter if the participant is in a breakout room when the recording starts and didn't stop recording and later on goes to the main room where the host then starts recording?  3. Under what circumstances will the host have a recording of a meeting session other than when the host clicks on the recording button on his end? Your help on this is much app

HI Everyone. Happy Monday.Preparing for an upcoming International conference requiring sign language and discovered the latest version of Zoom 5.12.3 with the Sign Language enable is limited to allowing 2 interpreters max. As interpreters work in pairs I need 6 interpreters to sign, ASL, ISL and FSL. I will also have 6 audio Interpreters. How can I configure my Meeting to handle more than 1 Sign Language? Good day,I am a sign language interpreter and experienced a difficulty with being re-assigned the Sign Language interpreter status after temporarily leaving the Zoom room.  It seems that once the Zoom conference call is in progress, if a Sign Language interpreter (who has successfully been assigned interpreter status) leaves the Zoom call and returns they cannot be reassigned Sign Language Interpreter status.  Has anyone else experienced this? Is this a general problem or a problem on an individual level?

When I send the recording link to my clients after using GALLERY option it only shows them, not me. What is wrong? Why can't they see us both?

If a host assigns an alternative host to a meeting, and the host's account is disabled between scheduling and the meeting occurrence, will the alternative host still be able to start the meeting? 

I was in a meeting and got kicked out after 30 minutes. We have a paid account so longer than 40 minutes. When I went back in to open the meeting I get the message "host has another meeting in progress". I don't think anyone else usurped the meeting and if not, how do I get back in to close out the meeting?How can I look on the account to see if another meeting is in progress? Nothing is scheduled. 

I am on an Asus Lap Top with a Green Screen.  On my Zoom background my hair is green and the image projection is often intermittent. Please help asap

I am using the Zoom meeting integration on Mac and have it set to automatically add a zoom meeting for every invite. Recently, any time I open up an Outlook calendar invite to check a colleague's availability, Zoom creates a meeting inside of the Zoom app despite me discarding the invite in Outlook. This meeting appears in both mine and my colleague's Zoom app. I have had several calls from people asking if I was trying to schedule with them since they saw a random meeting show up in Zoom that did not appear in their Outlook calendar.  I had to explain to them that Zoom creates meetings in the app before the invite is actually sent, so it creates extra meetings based on discarded invites. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix?
