Tried 3 different usernames on two different windows 11 insider program 10.0.22623.730 logins. Uninstalled zoom client 5 times, shut down and booted 6 times. Used browser on zoom meeting today, but camera didn't work. Clicked on profile photo, then settings to no avail. Clicked on settings gear icon to no avail.
We have been experiencing several Zoom meetings over the last several weeks that have been getting "unstable network connections" and freezing video and audio. We had not been experiencing this for the last several years here in the office with multiple calls happening every day. Our internet connections speeds have remained very fast and showing no issues during the same time these zoom issues occur. Is there something we should look at on our Network Firewall that could be impacting this? We recently did update our Firewall on our network. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
A few weeks ago I started getting “Your internet connection is unstable” messages during meetings, and it was true – I froze momentarily for others and they froze for me. So I called the cable company and a tech support rep said he saw the problem, could fix it remotely, and did. Only it happened again. So I called again and the rep said I needed to replace my modem. So I did and it happened again. So I called again and they sent someone out, who said the coax cable had degraded and he replaced it. And it happened again. So I made a fourth service request and the guy replaced the new modem with a newer modem. And it happened again. I’m at my wit’s end; at this point, I can’t believe the problem is the cable connection. But what else could it be? I use Windows 11 with a new Dell laptop and a single wired connection to the net; I always reboot my laptop, modem and router (though the latter doesn’t play a role) before each Zoom session; I’m always Host or Co-Host and s
For Toastmaster meetings, we commonly rearrange the faces on the display so the Speaker image is close to the webcam. Looking at the "webcam / Speaker image" simultaneously, gives the impression, to the Speaker, that the audience is listening. If we cannot place the Speaker image close to the webcam, it appears to the Speaker, that the audience is not listening. We do not want to give the impression that we are ignoring the Speaker, because it is a boring Speech. I suspect that there are thousands of Toastmaster clubs who use Zoom. There are quite likely more small groups than large groups who use Zoom. It would be better if we could "always" rearrange the images on the screen, even if someone raises their hand.

We connect our camera using type-c to an iPad then start a Zoom call. Meetings starts ok - video stream from external camera is working. Then we are trying mute-unmute several times and camera becomes black. Also there is a big lag when external camera is being muted - whole application freezes for ~10 seconds. This doesn't reproduce with internal cameras. And we tried many other usb cameras as well as different iPads - same issue.STR: 1) Connect type-c camera to iPad.2) Make sure video stream works and external camera is used.3) Press mute/unmute many times.Actual result: at some point camera stops working.Expected result: camera works. Device: iPad mini (6th generation) OS: iPadOS 18.7.1 Attaching videos of the issue:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UHIFhNhCR2LpkH1quYc15TP_8DB1KRVG/view?usp=sharinghttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1HetFxMbkICg0i1tPnlkriPO6lX4SxfRE/view?usp=sharing

Hello,So up to now I've been able to use a Rode Video Mic-Me USB-C external microphone on Zoom calls with no issues. I log in via the Zoom App on a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (Android). After a hiatus over the holidays, however, when I plug this mic before/during a Zoom meeting I get a pop-up stating the video cannot be turned on and that I should check if other apps are using the camera. The microphone works fine when recording video on the native camera app while not on a Zoom, so I know it's not Android OS or my phone causing the problem. Also, I plugged in USB-C earbuds during a Zoom meeting with no issues, so I know its not just any USB device blocking the camera - only my Rode mic Moreover, if I start my own Zoom meeting, the camera works (I can see myself) until someone else joins, whereupon the outgoing camera completely shuts off and I receive said error msg. While I can see other parties, they can't see me. Since I'm unable to
Hi there, When I create a recurring I set the meeting ID to my personal ID, then I set the reoccurring settings and the meet ID defaults to a random ID that I don't want to use and my group isn't familiar with. I tried this multiple times. This used to work so I assume it is bug?
I have two users that are delegates for different people. They are able to schedule meetings/Zoom meetings in Outlook for their delegators. I have confirmed the meeting is showing up on the delegators' web portals as being the host. When the time comes for the meeting, the Zoom presence status for the delegate will switch from available to in a meeting, even though nothing is on her calendar. The only calendar that is showing any appointment is the delegator. As of right now, Zoom support has been unable to duplicate the issue and can't assist with resolving the issue. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
I have an new computer and need to know how to put the zoom icon on my taskbar to start a meeting.
Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!! It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!
Hi! The "raise your hand" button is missing for me...When I click on the participants button, I should be able to raise my hand by a button on the bottom of the list of the participations but there is no such button, only to unmute me and to invite someone to the session. Does anyone know where this button is in my case? Kind regards!
Occasionally, I can't control the camera; the camera button is grayed out when I join a Teams meeting via my Poly G7500 device (set to Zoom Room provider mode). I've tried restarting all the Poly G7500, Poly TC8, and Trio8800 devices, but this didn't fix the problem. After a few hours, when I rejoin the Teams meeting, I can control the camera again, and the camera control button is no longer grayed out. I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed. I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting.... Sigh..... Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there. Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent? I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.
Hello, I am trying to help my mother from afar. Unlike it used to be, in recent attempts to join a Zoom meeting, she is asked to login into her Microsoft account. My mother does not even know if she has one and does not know its login details. How can she continue using your product? Maybe somehow unlink the application from Microsoft? I'm not sure and would really be happy to be assisted with that. Thanks in advance!
In the last 10 days my integrated laptop camera has started flickering in Zoom meetings. It does not flicker in other applications. I have tried multiple suggestions from prior posts about flickering: reinstalling the latest version of Zoom 6.4.10, unchecking Optimize outgoing video quality with de-noise and changing video rendering settings all to no avail. Based on when it started considering it might be related to a Zoom update release. Is it possible to install a prior version to check if it resolves?
People cannot see me during video meeting even if my camera is turned on. Can someone help me solve this issue?
