For my organization, we hold monthly meetings/trainings for the community. We will set up the meeting on our Zoom which requires registration. Someone can purchase our training through our agency's website and once purchased they receive the registration Zoom link via pre-set-up email. We recently had a person purchase our training for 10 co-workers and the person received the registration link. That person distributed the link to their co-workers and each co-worker registered (with their individual contact information) separately. However, once the meeting started, instead of showing each person's name, it showed the person who originally received the link 10 times. I'm trying to figure out what the issue was. Was it an issue on my end or a Zoom issue? Does anyone have any thoughts?
Hi, I've scoured the internet looking for documentation about keyboard shortcuts to switch between the original audio channel and the interpreted language audio as a simultaneous interpreter. It seems that such a shortcut exists, but hardly anyone specifies what it is, and the few who do don't always agree. I should clarify at this point that I'm focused in particular on Zoom for Windows. Ctrl+Shift+C seems the most popular answer but I can't find it documented anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find documentation around the behavior of this shortcut? I am not myself an interpreter so I can't just open Zoom and use trial and error until I discover something. My goal is to create a small keyboard as a gift for my mother to simplify her life as a Zoom interpreter, but such a keyboard only seems possible if there are well-documented shortcuts I can use to interact with her Zoom window. Thank you for any insight you can provide!
We have a recurring meeting with another company that they only use Teams. We have all our meeting rooms setup as Zoom Rooms. We have setup Teams to run through Zoom, however the other company does not allow anonymous/guest logins. Whenever we go to join it allows us and then quickly disconnects us. My belief is this happens due to the room not being named. Is there a way to have our teams room meeting named? or be seen as not anonymous?
I was teaching a private lesson via zoom and its not the first time a meeting disconnects, but it was the first time I was asked to wait for 9 minutes to initiate a new one, which put a pause on the lesson. it then happened again afte about another 40 minutes and asked for 9 minutes again at which point my student ended the lesson.I was led to believe that 1x1 meetings are not time limited, so why does this happen? And why am I asked to wait? I do not teach nearly enough to merit a 15$ monthly fee, especially since my native currency is worth about 1/3 of a USD. I resent being pressed to pay for a service I don't need neary often enough to make it worth the pay.
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with accessing my recordings and transcriptions in Zoom. When I navigate to the Recordings & Transcriptions section from the left menu, the page never loads, making it impossible for me to manage or delete my recordings. I have already tried: • Clearing my browser cache and cookies • Using different browsers and devices • Restarting my internet connection Despite these attempts, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this so I can access my recordings? Thank you for your help.
When ever i join a meeting without audio, it will load up fine. If i join the audio, it closes the meeting window forcing me out the meeting. If i go to the settings menu and open the audio tab, it closes the settings window. This is making the app basically useless. The web app seems a bit buggy at times, so any advice would welcomed. Thank you

We had an employee resign and they were responsible for company meetings. I would like to move those meetings to a new person without changing the meeting ids and the other information. I can set-up co-hosts, but would prefer to remove their license. Anyway to do this?
Hello all, I am hoping someone can help me. I am using a Rodecaster Pro 2, connected with a Shure SM7B microphone, and the Rodcaster Pro2 is connected via usb c in port 1, directly to my macbook. when i run the tests, I am on Rodecaster Pro 2 Chat, and all the checks work flawlessly, as soon as i get on a call, neither myself nor my audience can hear me. I end up having to shutdown and go directly into my airpods for speaker and microphone. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thank you. Yes, I have checked mute everytime and I am not muted and neither is my audience.
"Request Remote Control" button is missing. I've reinstalled the software. Checked the settings and it's set properly. How do I do gain the ability to request remote control?
My laptop show this error message when video call, the CPU usage 56%, but memory 95%.What the reason to caused this error? and Zoom 64bit APP also can found this error. Is my laptop audio driver problem? but the audio/video workable when error popMy Windows Teams APP did not found this error. MacBook Air M2 on Sequoia 15.3 with connected monitor LG 27MD5KA (connected to the Mac via Thunderbolt 3 Dock), Zoom Workplace 6.2.11I'm using Bluetooth headphones KEF Mu3 for meetings. As the microphone isn't too good usually I connect the headphones, select in the system settings the headphones for audio output, the microphone in the monitor for input before starting Zoom. Microphone and camera (also in the monitor) work fine. They are listed in the microphone and camera lists in Zoom, respectively.Meeting starts and after a few minutes the mic vanishes (I cannot select it in the mic menu anymore). Choices left are MacBook mic (useless as the MacBook is closed), iPhone mic (tried that and lost it almost immediately with a message that the connection was lost) and the headphone mic (that turned out to work ok'ish).A few minutes later the camera is lost as well. Choices are FaceTime HD camera (useless as the MacBook is closed) and iPhone camera (not really useful without a stand).
So when either me or my friend do a host on the Zoom app on our laptops, it’s disconnecting and booting us out within a minute or so several times we’ve done this and it still has the same results and then eventually after two times it will just have error and then just cut the whole thing off. The only way it seems to work is if my friend hosted and I use the web browser version zoom meeting and that it seems to work otherwise if both of us are trying to use the zoom app on our laptops it don’t work. I don’t know what the issue is when I’ve gone into meetings for Zoom. I’ve never had this technical issue and I’ve used Zoom on other computers and have never had this issue before until now.

Hi, I use ical. I have a re occurring meeting that I scheduled along time ago that no mater what I do re appears.I look at the zoom calendar it doesnt appear there. I look at google calendar doesn't appear. It only appears in my iCal. The associated calendar account is a gmail account, when I de select it the meeting disappears, with all my other meetings, so I think its related to that gmail account but as I said, doesn't appear in google calendar.Anyone know how to fix this?
Sat through part of a meeting this past Saturday. It was hosted by a local group and was also live streamed on FB. Not sure if the publicly advertised the Zoom link. Seemed most of that was pushing the FB stream. About 15 minutes in we noticed racist audios and sexual videos or GIFs popping up. The more we watched it was apparent they were actually channeling the disruptions through the audio and cams of the other attendees. All of them were showing to be muted and most were no cam. But then you would see the images pop up on different attendees feeds, like they had turned on their cams. Also you can tell when someone is talking, because the yellow outline box will appear. This was happening, but only for like a second or 3, then hopscotching to another attendee. Almost like signal hopping. Anyway, wondering if this is something new. I know we get uninvited guests, but have never seen the atte
The clock on Zoom Rooms in conference rooms with Mac minis consistently falls behind by as much as 50 seconds. I flagged this to Zoom support, and three tickets later, I was told it wasn't an issue and to submit a feature request on this community board. I don't see a section for feature requests, as the link I was given did not work (access issue). This has affected multiple rooms, and it seems like a baseline level of functionality rather than some unreasonable expectation. I've observed this on Apple silicon on various versions of Zoom Rooms. If anyone else has this issue, please comment. It would be greatly appreciated if someone from Zoom was interested in assisting.
I just scheduled Board meetings for the coming year as a recurring meeting, however, I cannot REVIEW my work, nor can i see if there are any conflicts, nor can I change one future date to another day due to a holiday. I spent an enormous amount of time and energy trying to make the "date range" show more than a few months - the pop up doesn't suggest that the time frame is limited. And when i tried the chat bot - no success. and when i tried to call Support, i get the requirement to give account and host numbers (which i found) only to be informed that my paid account doesn't cover support. What bull***. This is really annoying. Multiple people schedule meetings - not to be able to see conflicts is absurd.
We use closed captions in our Zoom meetings and some of our participants have diminished hearing. On Apple iPads, the caption font size is very small and almost impossible for our older participants to read. How can we increase the font size for iPad?
AppOmni says that we should "require dictionary check" in our Zoom password settings. However, I don't see this setting anywhere in Account Settings --> Advanced – Security --> Authentication. AppOmni Support told me they don't know what it means either and would escalate to their engineering department. That was over 40 days ago. Does anyone know what they might be referring to?
I have the "password is required" setting turned on and locked on the account level. My audio recordings are starting when the link to the recording is clicked - there is no prompt to enter the passcode. I am on Chrome. Tried both web and the desktop app. I tired turning on "passcode required" on the User level and admin level. Updated to the latest version of the app. What else do I need to do?
Thanks for weighing in to my thread. windows 10 laptop, version 6.2.11 I did search in interiors of background on my zoom. I did not find a good office/work settings to place as background of my meeting settings. Where can I find those? Are there any tutorials available to know about it? Thanks for your guidance.
We had a meeting that had to be canceled due to the video freezing right before the start of the meeting. I have had this setup for the last two years with no issues. I have a Sony a7R V using a USB-C to USB-A cable through a hub with USB-C into my Dell XPS PC. The camera is less than two years old and has a fully charged battery. To troubleshoot, I made sure Zoom and Sony software were updated. I uninstalled the Sony Imaging Edge software from their site and re-installed Zoom. I also tried different USB-C cables, including USB-C to USB-C. I tried different ports on the PC and ensured my Win11 PC was updated. After trying different settings, when the "USB Connect Mode" comes up on my camera and I select "Remote Shoot," as I've always done, Zoom will only show the Sony Imaging Edge screen and will not display the video output. I tried the "Live Stream USB" option as a workaround, which immediately works with the 720p/30. So if I get a faster USB 3.2
Good afternoon! Can you tell me why the video that is saved on the computer is not converted? I double-click on double_click_to_convert_01 but nothing happens?
The participants can't hear me while speaking. What can I do?
