Latest version 6.6.11. Both online and using app when I screenshare, participants can see my screen just fine but my screen turns black. I have had Zoom Workplace Pro for a number of years.  In the past, I could adjust my audio settings in order to sound a bell (like a musical instrument) and it could be heard by participants.  I either changed the background noise suppression, or used original sound.  I have not changed the settings in over a year, but suddenly other participants could no longer hear the bell.  When I tried to look at the settings, I could no longer find any option to adjust the audio -- either background noise suppression or original sound.  I followed a recent zoom tutorial which showed exactly what I wanted, but it is NOT  listed as an option on my settings list!  Any thoughts?

Hi My name is Michal and I a guitar teacher at Berklee College of Music. Due to pandemic we are unable to held physical classis that's why we are teaching our students through zoom. Last night I was delivering lecture to my students that how to play guitar with music. At the same time I connected best dj headphones under 50 with my laptop. When I connect this headphone with my laptop then zoom became close by itself. After that I tried again to open the zoom but it is not opening.  Can you guide me please what is the issue? I have wired headphones connected to my laptop with Windows 11. All my audio comes through the headphones except for Zoom. Things I have tried: Making sure my Zoom audio output is configured to work with the headphonesMaking sure that the Windows audio settings are correctMaking sure that the individual application (Zoom) is configured to send its audio output to the headphones But nothing works! What else should I try? 

I need zoom to call me and figure out how to get the AI meeting notes to a person that requested itI can't get technical support from zoom as I can't find any 6 or 10 digit codes that represent my business (even when I am on my profile page)so please get zoom to call me. I have tried sales and they can't help. I am on hold with billing but they probably won't help either.  the sales guy emailed me this - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057960 but I don't learn by reading stuff. I learn by having someone lead me step by step through something and then my brain memorizes it.  but looking at that link does me zero good.I have tried to register with the Read AI account (never had that before either) and I think that I have it set up correctly.   but I have no idea how to use it.

Hello.  About 2 months ago the Zoom App stopped opening when clicking on zoom meeting links. I was able to join via the web only. I initially tried uninstalling which failed the first couple times but eventually, I got it uninstalled and reinstalled. The same issue happened as nothing opened when clicking the app icon.  When the app finally did open, clicking settings didn't work, nor does clicking join or new meeting.  I reviewed everything in the forums as found several older discussions about this topic and none of the recommended solutions worked. Most of those discussions were unresolved though. I responded on one of them and hadn't heard back which is why I am making this new post.  I am on a newer PC with everything updated. I have Zoom version 6.6.11 (232772)  I had tried an older version ( recommended in one of the solutions ) but that didn't work either. Also, recommended on the forums was to turn off

Is there a way, when scheduling Zoom meetings through Zoom Workplace, to ensure that if the invitation is sent to multiple recipients, each person's email address remains private and is not visible to the other participants? Essentially, I want to know if there's a feature or setting that allows sending invitations without exposing everyone's email addresses to the entire group.

Hello, Community! My team and I regularly submit feature requests (like, a LOT of feature requests) to Zoom, but I'm looking to get in the habit of sharing these here so that if other community users feel that the proposed features (sometimes blatant oversights or bug-fixes that get classified as 'features' by Zoom dev teams) are useful, additional feature requests can be lodged to gain traction. ////Requested Feature: Near-End Camera Control Description: Ability to control PTZ (pan/tilt/zoom) of a Zoom-certified UVC-compatible webcam directly from the Zoom application. If supported by the camera, additional UVC standards parameters could be modified (contrast, brightness, saturation, focus). Context: Zoom Client currently has access to UVC controls (PTZ) with its far-end camera control options, but offers no option for near-end control. More simply, others can be delegated access to control your camera, but you can't even control it yourself!! Use-case: Zoom C

I am very disappointed and very annoyed by the red "jump to last message" that has been added. As someone that admins a weekly zoom with over 400 international users, this is VERY annoying when trying to control and answer in the chat while watching videos, allowing participants into the room and more. AI says: "No "Off" Switch: There isn't a single "Turn off jump to last message" button, but these settings manage the behaviour" = very unhappy that as an admin I can not turn this very annoying new feature off for myself as admin. 

When I Share Screen on my Powerpoint presentation the audio volume is too low for those I am sharing with.  I turned my Mac and Zoom volume to the highest.  Any suggestions?

We had the same plan last year, No problem. A participant in Oregon got on using dial up.  In the process of cancelling, and then resigning up, she cannot connect. We purchased thru Apple. I have the $149. plan but find there is no live help. I have researched, submitted a ticket with no response and do not know what to tell this participant. I am not a wizard. Can anyone help? Hi.I do not use virtual backgrounds or blurry background on zoom. I need participants to see what is behind me.However, my background on Zoom is somehow automatically blurry, while the virtual background is set to "none". If I click "blur", it becomes a bit more blurry than usual. Please help to unblur.

Hello, I am the newly appointed admin for our Pro Plan. We have approximately 10 scheduled recurring meetings each week. One meeting has decided they want all meeting reactions disabled for that meeting. The remaining meetings decided they want to have meeting reactions. I have searched Zoom help articles, elsewhere on the net and cannot find an answer or solution on how to do this for only one meeting. As admin I can only disable reactions for all meetings which we do not want to do. There is no control when signing in as host to disable them. I am aware that meeting participants can disable them only for themselves. This is not what we want.FYI The person who set up the admin for all meetings did not assign anyone to groups, just scheduled the recurring meetings with IDs and passcodes. I don't know if this makes a difference and can find no help in getting an answer about this. Detailed help would be most appreciated. Thanks. 

Since the last update, when I go to the desktop site to add a new permanent recurring appointment at a non fixed time, I no longer have the ability to add a Topic that is customized.  They all are created using "Zoom Meeting" so now I have 4 entries on my meeting list that are called "Zoom meetings."  Typically I use the customer's name or initials so I can easily distinguish them.How can I edit them? Or set them up (again) to show up in my Meetings LIst as something specific??  thanks so much!Annette

It's been probably up to one year since I tried to upload my own virtual background for Zoom meetings. It never allows me to do so. It looks like image is uploaded but at the end it doesn't show up in my zoom profile to be picked as preferred option. I tried everything and I'm truly desperate. It seems like such a simple thing and yet it's not working. I found it bit ridiculous. I'm using Zorin OS, which is Linux Ubuntu.

I have made recordings of two meetings. When the meetings ended, I received a message from Zoom that they were being transposed to mp4 audio files. I can't find these recordings in My Recordings in my account. How do I find them? 

What is the best way to brainstorm a title with 100+ participants on Zoom offering their ideas that will show them other participant's ideas in real time?  Is there a way that someone can "upvote" an idea rather than writing it again?

Hello, I'm new to Zoom and need some help. I want participants to be able to share their screen, but I'm not sure how to stop the sharing as the host. I want to maintain control over screen sharing and be able to end it when needed.I’d really appreciate it if someone could help. 

Is it possible to customize the Meeting Summary settings so that it follows a set meeting agenda rather than its own standard template? The AI Companion tools are great but we're needing to cut and paste what it captures to correctly follow our discussion. Also it doesn't seem to capture indiviudal motions and secondary votes in the discussion. thanks for any suggestions!  

If transcript is selected and you can see the words throughout the entire meeting, why doesn't nothing generate after the meeting ends showing the full transcript automatically?  It only exists if you click the save button and that seems really dumb.  And, the transcripts are not saved in the zoom account like the recordings are, I can only find them in my OneDrive (which I never use) buried in a random file.  

Hi, Zoom Community,I get Zoom pop-up notifications on my Windows 10 desktop for every event on my Google calendar. I only want Zoom to notify me about Zoom events. How can I turn off Zoom's notifications for the non-Zoom events??Thank you!

When I set up a new meeting, I cannot see it in my app (so I cannot edit it there - e.g. add an alternative host, etc.). I can still see my meetings scheduled previously. I've updated Zoom to the newest version. It did not help.
