I can't see participant list on zoom reports

There's a Zoom report that doesn't show the list of participants. The count says 51, but nothing shows once the file is downloaded.

    @MMG, 

     

     You will need to submit a support ticket for this issue. I checked on the backend for that meeting ID and there seems to be an issue on it. The database team will need to get involved in this issue. Could you please reference this thread when you submit the ticket to our Technical Support team, please?
