Perhaps you can help me again please

.I went into one of the getting started guides and updated information, Just accepted what it was set at. Now I can't get into anything. In the Zoom community getting started guide if I go to the bottom of the screen it says comments have been disabled on this post.

Have I done something wrong? If so how do I fix it.

I can't scroll down when I go into Notification settings. Perhaps this is the problem. I will look at the answers this morning LOL I am now off to bed good night
