Question

fetch Zoom meeting attendee name and email from another person's account?

Hello,

Let's say: John has a Zoom account and organizes Zoom meetings, John asks Dan (the developer) to fetch attendees data from a Zoom meeting ID 123456 and post the data on a website Dan develops. However, John does not want to give Dan the access to his entire account via Sign In or via API. John only wants Dan to have access to a single Zoom meeting.

I understand that I ("Dan") can create a Zoom OAuth App but it seems that it then gives me the access to all John's meetings, which is not what I need.

Could you please guide me to the correct way to fetch attendee data only from a single Zoom meeting from from another person's Zoom account?

Thank you!

Accessing any attendance data requires login access to the account which gives access to all meetings.

This is a question more appropriate for the Developers Forum at https://devforum.zoom.us/

If this works please click accept as a solution.

You can download the attendee data yourself and then share it manually with the developer to avoid giving them access to the entire account. If you want to automate this there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you schedule attendance reports for your account and have them shared with emails you specify including a developer.
