Error Code 13224

When starting a new meeting and joining the meeting, there is an error code 13224 displayed. Unsure if anyone can help with this issue. Many thanks!

    It is still no work on 2023-Dec-18.
    Ans Zoom takes over 300 USD from me and does nothing.
