Disable the cloud recording downloads in single users

I am the admin how to disable the cloud recording downloads in single user?

Hello @Moorthy-FRSH,
To disable cloud recording downloads for a single user:
- Log in to the Zoom web portal as an admin
- Navigate to User Management > Users
- Find the specific user and click on their name
- Go to the Recording tab in their settings
- Toggle off the "Cloud recording" option
- Save the changes
This will prevent that individual user from being able to download cloud recordings while leaving the setting enabled for other users on the account.
