Question

[Camera can't show]

In my Zoom meetings, my camera always shows a black screen and does not display my video.

I’m using Windows 10 and have tried the following solutions:

First, I confirmed that my camera is functioning properly:
a. When I use Google Meet, the camera works fine.
b. I checked the Settings > Privacy section and confirmed that Zoom has permission to use the camera, but it still doesn't work.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zoom, but the camera still shows a black screen.

Could you please help me find a solution? Thank you.

Did you SELECT the camera in zoom? Go to settings > video and effects > camera tab and make sure your camera is selected.

If this works please click accept as a solution.

hi @chenghuang ,

Make sure that Google is not trying to access the camera at the same time.
These apps dont like sharing
All the best
