Avatar doesn't even exist

Hello all,

I have the 6.1.11 version, my laptop system definitely meets the requirements, and I still don't see the avatar option. I have checked the web portals setting and do not see any avatar option, however, I see video filter option which is on.  I go into a meeting and there is still no avatar option. I have gotten rid of the application and redownloaded it multiple times and nothing. Why is it not populating at all?
